Overview[]
Dr. Vladimir Rovoker, more commonly known as Dr. Rovoker, is a major antagonist in the Countrys Love and War series created by CalebGamingz.
He is a crazed yet brilliant mad scientist with an IQ of 300. He plans to invade and conquer the country of Calebickstan and use his weapons to assert world domination. He is also the arch nemeses of SlimvinIV, since it was revealed in Country's love and war 7 that Dr Rovoker actually invaded slime island and claimed the land for Russia as a peace treaty for his fatal accident, he had caused back in Russia.
He is portrayed by CalebGamingz, who also plays Walter Smite in The Chemistry Wars, Terrence Nuave in Noobs Vrs Pros, Corrupt in Life of a game developer, Rod Parker in Countrys Love and War, and will also play Pony in upcoming Piggy Lost Hope.

Personality[]
Doctor Rovoker has a very interesting yet rouge personality. He is mostly a cocky arrogant scientist that gets extremely angry when he is foiled or if things go wrong. At some rare occasions Doctor Rovoker will actually care for others, mostly towards his brother, Ivan. On even more rare occasions Doctor Rovoker will take his plan very seriously such as when he tried to kill Caleb Noobowski in the Rovoker Pod.
Appearance[]
Dr. Rovoker appears as a tall slim man with green eyes, a black jacket with a yellow stripe, grey pants and boots, and pale skin. In countrys love and war 7 he appears to have a much more darker eye color, a black eye under his left eye, blue jeans, brown boots, and a black jacket with a red overlay and a white stripe along with elbow pads. Dr. Rovoker at most times has an aggressive personality, but mostly shows care for his loved ones
History[]
Dr. Rovoker was born on October 15th, 1953, in Livisky, Russia. Dr Rovoker also has a brother named Ivan, who was born 1 year later after "him". Vladimir would often protect his younger brother from constant bullies, in one incident, Vladimir created chemical bombs to permanently injure Ivans bullies. At age 19 Dr. Rovoker was recognized for his immense intelligence and was hired to work for the Russian governments nuclear program. Things went well until the 1970s, When Dr. Rovoker accidentally launched a warhead at North Korea. This accidental mistake would turn into a bloodbath for a young Vladimir as the Russian government executed his parents in retaliation. This would eventually force Dr. Rovoker to leave Russia, Ivan would later flee as well. Dr Rovoker decided to settle in Mississippi, during this time Rovoker had already built the Rovoker Carrier, which Dr Rovoker wanted to test out, so he enlisted in the U.S army and fought in the Vietnam War (Dr. Rovoker also served in the Soviet - Afghan war and Yugoslavia). Dr. Rovoker allegedly killed 5,000 people in Vietnam and was never caught for his War Crimes. After the war Dr. Rovoker earned enough cash to buy a hanger for the Rovoker Carrier, he decided to move from Mississippi to a small town called Prescott in North Dakota where he would settle down for a bit. Dr. Rovoker would eventually still get into trouble in North Dakota as he encountered a gang called "The Dakota Boys". Dr. Rovoker would go on to obliterate the existence of this gang and would leave North Dakota.
Countrys Love and War 2[]
After leaving North Dakota, Dr. Rovoker decided to head back to Russia in order to work things out. Along the way Dr. Rovoker "Discovered" Calebickstan and thought that if conquered he could redeem himself to Russia. Dr. Rovoker decided to make Calebickstan fight its best Allie so it would be weakened for Rovoker to conquer it. He eventually failed at this and decided to go with plan B and that was to kill the leader, Caleb Noobowski, by trapping him in the end dimension. His plan backfired though, since the Calebickstan leader retaliated and blew up his Rovoker Pod by throwing a trident at its weapons, this would cause Rovoker to be sent flying in the air and into the portal where he would be trapped there for 3 years.
Countrys Love and War 3[]
After 3 years has passed, Dr. Rovoker finally built a tractor beam which was allegedly designed to ignite the portal so he could escape. This tractor beam did however work and Rovoker managed to escape the dimension. Wanting revenge Dr. Rovoker set up a custom lab, which was built in a mountain. Dr. Rovoker then decided to build The Rovoker Death Bot to destroy the country of Calebickstan. During the building process Dr. Rovoker decided to rob the Calebickstan treasury, and he coincidentally met up with Zombo and his gang, who were also robbing the treasury. Dr. Rovoker and Zombo decide to steal the Calebickstan Emerald and team up. Rovoker then completed the death bot and stands his ground in the sulfurous sea off the coast of the Connor Republic. Things were going well until Caleb Noobowski and Connor Noobsly infiltrates the robot, kills Zombo, and blows up the Robot after Noobowski pushes Rovoker out of the robot and into the Sulfurous Sea. Dr. Rovoker would swim to shore where he would be captured and deported back to Russia, to be sent to a gulag.
Countrys Love and War 7[]
After 25 years, Dr. Rovoker finally escapes the Colsk gulag with a taste for blood and revenge. Dr. Rovoker would also team up and somehow become the leader of the "Ice Crushers Gang" and would convert the gang into his henchmen and would create "The Rovoker Empire". Once Caleb Noobowski and his new friend Slimvin here about Dr. Rovoker escaping the gulag they rush instantly to Russia in order to capture Rovoker, but by the time they get there, Dr. Rovoker leaves in a designed hovercraft he built and leaves for Calebickstan. in the meanwhile, it is revealed that Dr. Rovoker killed Slimvins family during his conquering on the United Slime Republic. Once Noobowski and Slim get back to Calebickstan, Dr. Rovoker is already planning his invasion by contacting his brother Ivan and building the XT3 helicopters and several planes, including a SuperJet. Noobowski and Slim would find out Dr. Rovoker's plans and would sabotage them causing Rovoker to Rage and launch his invasion. Dr. Rovoker would then fly the Rovoker Carrier and would hold his position in the sky. During this time Dr. Rovoker would fire his Carriers death ray at the Connor Republics airship and would also invade the Connor Republic. Once Noobowski confronts Dr. Rovoker on his airship, Dr. Rovoker decides to launch the death ray again at Noobowski but fortunately the Death Ray would reflect off of Noobowski's Airship and would end up destroying of what's left of the Connor Republic. This eventually caused Noobowski to send Slimvin to kill Dr. Rovoker, as Dr. Rovoker is responsible for the death of Slims father. After infiltrating the Rovoker Carrier, Slimvin and Dr. Rovoker would have a standoff on the left wing of the Rovoker Carrier. During this standoff just as Dr. Rovoker is about to win, Slimvin shoots an arrow at Dr. Rovoker's explosives which would send Dr. Rovoker flying into the left thruster of the Rovoker Carrier, killing him instantly and blowing up part of the Rovoker Carrier, which lead to it crashing into the sulfurous region. by the time of his death Dr. Rovoker had an estimated kill count of 47 million making him the third most deadly CalebGamingz Villian.
Aftermath[]
After Rovokers death, many people were scarred from his despicable actions. Rovoker had hurt, mutilated, and killed many. Rovoker also had hurt his own brother mentally, leaving a permanent reminder of what he truly was. It also didn't help the fact that because of Dr. Rovoker's heinous acts he had severely damaged his brother, Ivan Rovoker's reputation and caused him to be sentenced away in Elm County penitentiary where Ivan would serve a 15 year sentence for being an accomplice of Rovoker terrorism. Rovoker had greatly affected the Calebickstanians and the Connor Republicans and is said to never be forgotten. Rovoker will go down as one of the most evilest and complex scientist in Calebickstan history.
