Doomsayer a.k.a Galvatron is one of the main antagonists of Transformers: Prime: The Orionverse created by MelSpyRose, the main antagonist of "Transformers: Prime: The New Beginning", & one of the main antagonists of "Transformers: Prime: The Legacy Of Optimus Prime".
He serves as Megatron's former Decepticon general & usurper, Orion Eclipse's arch-nemesis, Megatronus Prime's "bastard" son, Lazerdrive's half-brother, Thundershadow's sparkmate, Unicron's herald and the new leader of The Decepticons which he re-created into The New Decepticons, later, The Destructicons.

Personality[]
Doomsayer is cruel, evil, power-hungry, ruthless, and sadistic. He takes pleasure in torturing and abusing his victims. Doomsayer follows the ancient code which is 'extinction to all traitors' which means he doesn't waste time beating the scrap out of any bot who betrays him to teach them a lesson.
Doomsayer considered himself to be an evil incarnate and he shows no remorse when he kills his victims especially humans. Doomsayer likes to sexually assault any male Cybertronian he finds attractive, especially his ex-lover Knock Out, and his sexuality indicates that he is gay and he does not find femme bots attractive and that he is perverted and doesn't regret committing the crime of sexual assault.
Doomsayer gets angry whenever he gets rudely interrupted during his speeches and he doesn't hesitate to slaughter the innocent and non-innocent. He is also very vengeful and power-hungry and has a passionate hatred towards his family, including his father Megatronus Prime a.k.a The Fallen who abandoned him to be raised by his mother when he was just a sparkling.
Doomsayer believes that love and mercy is for the weak and that fear and hatred is what makes him stronger. He's also a religious zealot who worships Unicron the Chaos Bringer and believes that life in the universe is meaningless. He's also very manipulative as he convinces the once-dead Autobot, Cliffjumper, to work for him once he revives him so he can have his revenge on Starscream for killing him and to get Arcee back from Knock Out.

Background[]
Megatronus had a one-night stand with Doomsayer's mother, Nightblade, before he abandoned her to be with Solus Prime when Doomsayer was a sparkling. When Nightblade fell in love with another Cybertronian male named, Starquake, and she had a son with him, Doomsayer grew jealous of his half-brother, Lazerdrive, before he learned that he is the son of The Fallen. Doomsayer tried to rekindle his family bond with Megatronus, but he rejected him and he didn't believe that Doomsayer was his own metal and energon before he ordered his troops to escort him out of his fortress. Feeling rejected and disgraced by his own father, Doomsayer swore revenge and he turned evil as he slaughtered his own mother and step-father in front of his half-brother before he fled to parts unknown and became a lone criminal.
Eventually, when Megatronus Prime / The Fallen was cast out from the universe and exiled to an alternate dimension, Doomsayer met Unicron and he chose him to be his ultimate champion before Doomsayer became a devoted disciple to Unicron who promised him that if he helped him destroy Primus, then he will exact his revenge upon his father when he returns. When Doomsayer heard stories about a gladiator who named himself after Megatronus, he decided to investigate. Doomsayer became one of Megatron's followers as a Decepticon general and he saw Megatron as the false prophet of Unicron before Doomsayer formed his own group of Unicron worshippers and he plotted to overthrow Megatron in order to seize control of the Decepticons so that they will serve Unicron so that both he and Doomsayer will achieve their goals for revenge. But thanks to Shockwave and Soundwave who caught Doomsayer and his followers for their crime of treason and conspiracy, Megatron decided to have both Doomsayer and his followers cast out into exile from Cybertron instead of just killing them.
Doomsayer vows his revenge and so while he and his minions were in exile at space, he decided to get back at Megatron by having him think that his sparkmate, Firestar, had been kidnapped and killed by the Autobots. Once his revenge plot succeeded (or so he thought because Firestar survived on Junkion), Doomsayer and his followers had been saved by Unicron and they took over a massive spaceship which they named, The Devastator, before they went to conquer worlds.
The New Beginning[]
A few stellar cycles later (which is 5 years after the events of Predacons Rising), when Optimus Prime defeated Unicron and Megatron put himself in self-exile, declaring that the Decepticons are no more, this gave Doomsayer the opportunity to take Megatron's place as the new leader. He re-created the Decepticons into his New Decepticons that exist to kill and destroy for anarchy instead of order. When Doomsayer met Starscream, he convinced the seeker commander to join him and his New Decepticon armada, promising him that he will gain his revenge on the Autobots as well as Megatron. Doomsayer gave Starscream an upgrade and constructed a new body which made him more powerful than before.
Eventually, when Doomsayer introduced himself and his New Decepticons to Ultra Magnus and the Autobots, they recognized him as one of Megatron's former Decepticon generals and then Doomsayer explains his plan to destroy Earth in order to free Unicron the Chaos Bringer while also threatening to destroy Cybertron as well. This causes the Autobots to have a battle with the New Decepticons before they retreated back to base when they were no match for Doomsayer and his New Decepticons, including Starscream.
