Doug Washton is a BitLife character created by Al Timotheus. He is characterized as a noble environmental scientist and promising medical student, while secretly masquerading as a serial killer who murders classmates that pick on him.

Personality[]

Doug is described as a handsome young fellow and an overall good-hearted and well-meaning individual. Despite displaying a charismatic attitude, he harbors a dark personality, deriving from his exposure to humanity's bad side at a young age.

Biography[]

Introduction[]

Douglas Thomas Washton (March 16, 1995 - May 14, 2024), dubbed the "Classmate Clubber," was an American environmentalist, medical student, thief, and serial killer. Between the ages of 14 and 25 (from 2009 to 2020), Washton murdered a total of fifteen classmates from high school, college, and medical school. After retreating from killing, he tried to focus more on climbing out of debt to help his sick father; in the last days of his life, he resorted to stealing cars that were owned by corrupt individuals, intending to sell them for the purpose of raising enough money to pay for his father's medical expenses. This plan ultimately failed when he was killed by the owner of one of the cars he was stealing.

Previously known by the public and media for his environmentalism and unique studying of medicine, Washton's spree of murders would not be revealed until shortly after his death, when new evidence linked him to the crimes. Police and medical examiners determined that he had suffered from numerous mental disorders, including childhood trauma that was provoked by a mainly unnoticed history of bullying and other factors.

Early life and education[]

Doug was born in Columbine to Mary Washton (1962 - 2020), a firefighter, and Thomas "Tom" Washton (1941 - 2025), an author, lobbyist and Vietnam veteran. While he had no siblings growing up, he was close with the family dog, a beagle named Echo (1993 - 2009).

Washton was only four years old when he first heard about the Columbine High School massacre of 1999. At first, the event made him feel scared. However, as he got older and learned more about the background of the massacre, he began to develop a mindset of vigilantism and taking justice into his own hands; while he did not support Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold's actions, he appeared to show sympathy towards them due to their somewhat tragic backstory of being bullied, which he himself would later endure every now and then in his own school years. Washton started developing a large social media presence in his early teens, focusing mostly on YouTube during the late 2000s and early 2010s when the platform was still relatively brand new and considered revolutionary. He posted many dark and edgy videos about his views against negative aspects of the world, such as violent crimes, corruption in politics, and many more.

After graduating from high school in 2013, Washton enrolled in University of Colorado, Boulder, Class of 2017, majoring in physics. There, he joined Habitat for Humanity, the agriculture club, environment club, foreign language club, and sewing club. He also successfully rushed and gained admission to the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity.

Environmentalism and medical school[]

After graduating from CU in, Washton managed to find employment in the environmental industry. Hired by a frat brother, he started working for the Iris Company as an environmental scientist. After working at Iris for one year, he resigned to pursue his medical career by enrolling at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Class of 2025, hoping to graduate by the time he turned 30.

Murders[]

In 2009, during his freshman year of high school, Washton befriended numerous fellow classmates. One of his classmates was a girl named Madeline Ramirez, with whom he tried to make friends, only to be rejected. After a second failed attempt, he felt offended, and thus started spiting her in different ways. At one point, after he gave her a fake love note, she attacked him, whipping his jugular and backhanding his chin. This made Washton snap. He first attempted to push her down a flight of stairs, only to be attacked again, escaping with a temporarily detached knee. Madeline got suspended for the assault. Shortly after, Doug spiked her morning smoothie with elephant laxative, which ended up killing her, making her his first victim.

That same year, Washton lured a bully of his, Peter Kopecky, into his backyard with the idea that he had lunch money for him. Doug caught Peter off guard and fatally impaled him on a stake. In 2010, he insulted his classmate, Cherrish Springer, when she refused to befriend him. Springer reported Washton to the principal, who gave him lunch detention. Angered, he impaled her just like he did to Kopecky a year earlier. In 2011, Washton went through another friendship rejection by Jessalyn Bougger. After a series of pranks on her, he poured antifreeze in her iced tea when she wasn't looking, and she died upon drinking it.

Personal life[]

Washton met Megan Fox at a school dance in seventh grade middle school. Fox would go on to become a Travel Associate for Montgomery Dominguez. After six years of dating, they married in 2013. They had four sons together:

  • Marcus and Marvin (Twins; born 2015) - Marvin was named after a childhood friend of Doug's named Marvin Crunk
  • Buck (born 2018)
  • Jeff (born 2024)
