This villain was proposed but was rejected by the community for not being heinous enough or lacks what is necessary to be a Complete Monster villain. Dr. Albert Wily is the main antagonist of Blue Core Studio's Mega Man fan movie by Eddie Lebron. He is a cynical, eccentric and megalomaniacal former assistant of Dr. Thomas Light who in spite for the latter's tremendous amount of attention and popularity which left Wily himself as nothing but a shadow in a corner, driving him on seeking to take away what his former colleague's values and achievements through destruction and world takeover, until he was stopped by Rock who became known as Megaman, becoming his archenemy.
Dr. Wily is presented in a white shirt underneath a white lab coat with a red tie and jeans. He has black hair which seems to be undergoing the progress of greying, he also has a black mustache. there are a few pimples on his forehead.
Personality[]
Before his decent into villainly, Dr. Wily is a stoic, focused and brilliantly dedicated yet unstable Mad scientist, to the point of helping building along with Light Proto-man, but he progressingly becomes bitter and envious towards Dr Light's given hand success to the brink of berating the latter in his office when he decides to quit and take over. near the end, he is shown to be a complete coward as he breaks down in fear to Megaman and begs him to throw him to jail to avoid being harmed.
Biography[]
As an assistant to Dr. Light, Dr. Wily had a part in the development of the robot masters. However, he was bitter due to how people recognized Dr. Light more than him.
He was happy when Dr. Light scheduled an interview about the robot masters as it meant they could finally get some publicity. However, while the interviewer is talking to Dr. Light, Wily attempts to take over the discussion only to get brushed off. After the interviewers leave, Dr. Light informs Wily his intent to build another robot on his own. Wily's arrogance and insistence that Dr. Light is nothing without him forces Dr. Light to fire him.
Returning home to his AI girl Olga 5000, Dr. Wily start planning a project of his own to get himself more recognized. However, he struggles with coming up with an idea. Eventually, he decides to create an army to take control of of Fujiwara City. To do this, he breaks into the warehouse he and Dr. Light stored most of their inventions, taking control of the robot masters and sending them to attack the city.
The news reports this attack and confirms the robots to be inventions of Dr. Light. However, Wily refuses to allow the news to pin this on Dr. Light and hacks into the station to tell them his intent on taking control while also boasting how he reprogrammed the bots to spite Dr. Light. As the attack goes on, Dr. Light sends his newest robot, Rock, to handle the situation. Wily realizes the robot to be Light's and orders the robots to attack. However, Rock, now calling himself Mega Man, manages to hold his own. Due to this, Wily orders the robot masters to fall back as he comes up with a plan to split them up into different parts of the city based on their abilities.
However, Mega Man manages to best each of the robot masters (with a little help from Blues). Seeing all the robot masters defeated, Dr. Wily breaks out his fortress, sending the Yellow Devil to severely damage Mega Man. After that, he makes a copy of the blue bot which he sends to kidnap Roll. He then broadcasts this to Dr. Light, daring him to send Mega Man to save her. Afterward, he harasses Roll and boasts about his plans, even saying his intent on killing her once he is done with Dr. Light and Mega Man.
The moment Mega Man arrives, Wily has his copy hold Roll at gunpoint demanding him to stand down. The moment he does, Wily has Copy Mega Man throw her out of the fortress, prompting Mega Man to jump out and save her before returning to the fortress and destroying the copy. Seeing Mega Man manage to make it to the top of the fortress, Wily brings out his his own satellite Machine to fight the robot in his platform of his own base, only for Mega Man to destroy it and the fortress, forcing Wily to flee in his flying Capsule during the explosion which crashes onto the floors of the forest and tries to limp away. But He doesn't get far as Mega Man manages to catch him infront by teleporting, leaving Wily to then begin to break down as he pleads for mercy, to which Mega Man informs Wily that his greed brought him nothing but shame and told him that he wouldn't hurt anybody anymore. Wily is then arrested offscreen for his crimes shortly after the arrival of the sirens.
