Dr. Victor A. Devoniak is a menace among the Homo sapiens ultimorius, to the point the Grandis Armor which was designed to slay them was designed by none other than him to force his Arch-Enemy into taking up a mantle he did not wish to fulfill ever again. With Ultimorian Deity Grandis back in power, Grandis is now cursed with the immortality factor of Devoniak himself to ensure Devoniak will now always have a backup scapegoat for him to utilize in his plans. Eventually forcing Grandis to break his Thou Shalt Not Kill rule to end Devoniak's menace on Earth by the time he nearly caused the various nations to ruin through an escalated Cold War, Grandis is permanently mentally scarred with the fact Devoniak left him no other choice and the fact Devoniak's wealth of knowledge would've proven useful for Grandis many times in the future, but Devoniak had taken all of his plentiful secrets to his grave. Knowing full well that Grandis would need said knowledge sooner or later, Devoniak waited in complete silence in the borders of the afterlife knowing full well that the gatekeepers could not claim him, and he knew his own resurrection is only a matter of time from now...
Personality/Characteristics[]
Devoniak is an enigma who has withstood time's forces against his abyssally old body, using a twisted form of technomagic to keep himself alive for eons at a time by stealing the lifeforce of everything else around him. He did this to the biospheres of both Mars and Venus to allow himself to survive for eons while observing the changes on Earth for study. Having no remorse for the destruction of these formally habitable planet's biospheres, Devoniak had intended to do the same to Earth, but upon realizing just how stronger Earth's biosphere was compared to the other planets, he deliberately toned down Earth's degradation from his abilities to enjoy the suffering of a planet he recognizes full well as having a great story to tell in the future. Having forbidden knowledge, Devoniak is fully aware of Earth's significance, and some claim that Devoniak's vast age allowed him to twist and warp the entire Solar System into his own image just as a means of testing mankind with a puzzle that they have no hope of solving to the point only their own destruction awaits.
Despite being human himself, so to speak, he seems to have nothing short of contempt for humanity as a whole. Aware of his own hypocrisy he is, he merely "excuses" it by claiming that humanity should be thankful for "birthing the one true genius to ever exist". He sees himself as the top of a very large pyramid of command in regards to humankind's influence on the multiverses. He's biased in that he believes he is the utmost authority of all things regarding humanity even though that at the same time, he despises what he is, and wants to outright render every other human than himself as either flat out extinct, or being rendered into undead slaves to him for physical labor. Dr. Devoniak also used this intent to rig the rebirth of Ultimorian Deity Grandis, by creating the Grandis Armor from which Grandis gets his name with the intent of wiping out everyone else of their kind except for Devoniak himself and Grandis. Grandis would become nothing short of a puppet to Devoniak in the end, being an immensely powerful brutish force that could accomplish things that Devoniak himself is not as sturdy as to handle, while also taunting Grandis to his face that he'll never have the guts to outright kill off Devoniak himself and have it stick.
Even when proven wrong by Grandis by his demise sometime in the 1900s, Devoniak is fully aware of his existence within the borders of the afterlife, and since the afterlife dimensions cannot claim him, all he has to do is wait and observe from which to taunt Grandis with the forbidden knowledge he knows at the chance of being revived.
