Dr. Facilier is a major villain in the Character What franchise, originally the main antagonist from and Disney's fourth-ninth animated feature film The Princess and the Frog. He is a member of The Forces of Evil.
Personality[]
Facilier is a greedy, sneaky, devious, arrogant, scheming, cruel, sadistic, traitorous, and manipulative which doctor/bokor who plans to rule New Orleans with the help from his "friends on the other side". Similar to villains like Ursula, Hades and Bill Cipher, he makes deals with his victims to help further his own goals, and more willing to kill them once their needs are fulfilled similar to villains like Shadow Aaron, Emperor Palpatine and DOR-15.
Beside being driven by greed, Facilier is murderous and remorseless, he has no qualms against offering the souls of the citizens of New Orleans to his "friends" in exchange for more power. His murderous state extended to Ray the Firefly, as shown when he crushes Ray for taking the voodoo talisman away from him as well for destroying several voodoo shadow demons with his bio-luminescent abdomen, so he decide to end the firefly to prevent further interference without no remorse whatsoever. However, it is unknown if Facilier is fully are that animals are sentience like he is.
After being banished to voodoo realm and released by Shadow Aaron, Facilier became vengeful, as shown when he tries to kill Tiana as revenge for destroying the voodoo talisman, foiling his plans, and sending to the voodoo realm by his "friends". He also attempted to turn her into frog permanently as a way to spite her.
This version of Facilier doesn't seem to be pure evil as shown free the Mace Six to help him get revenge on Trixie Lulamoon for betraying him, though this was possibility for pragmatic reasons and not out of altruism.
Character What: The Adventures[]
In The Princess and the Frog, like in the film, Facilier is a witch doctor who only uses his magic to scam his costumers out of their money, and also has a shadow that seems to be sentience and interacts with him. Facilier is first seen on the busy streets of New Orleans, making a deal with a bald man who wishes to grow hair to be attracted to the women on the streets. Facilier initially grows hair on the man's head, but shortly grows entirely over the man, frightening both a woman and the man himself, Facilier sadistic laughs at the man's misfortune. However, Facilier's joy goes straight jealously after witnessing Eli "Big Daddy" LaBouff, the most wealthiest man in New Orleans, giving a huge amount of money to a young newspaper boy after receiving the newspaper. Both Facilier and his shadow were disgust by this, realizing that he must find another way to make themselves just as rich as Mr. LaBouff.

In Watch Out for the Gorg, Dr. Facilier appears on one of Twilight Sparkle's pictures of the villains she was examining of their origins.
