Dr. Gromeo Grinch is the main antagonist of BATCW TAB series. He is the attractive men to give flirt attention to the other characters. He always be friends with Ratchet sometimes. He is the archenemy of Adam Flayman.
He is voiced by Jeff Bennet who also voiced Bradley Uppercrust III in Extremely Goofy Movie.
The Grinch is described as hating any sort of happiness. He is very mean, selfish, sly, cunning and manipulative. Among his love interest, Ratchet he always kind to him to make a date. When he feels upset that Ratchet is taken by Adam and furiously fights Adam for stealing Ratchet away from him. He wanted to capture Ratchet to date but Adam finishes him for the fight for his defeat.
