Dr. Kocchin is the main antagonist of the Dragon Ball Z Abridged movie The World's Strongest.
Biography[]
Some time ago, Dr. Wheelo fell ill to lung cancer. In response, Kocchin puts him in a jar and then leaves to get groceries, not returning until the entire lab froze over. Due to this, Kocchin went on a hunt for the dragon balls and takes fifty years to find them. Upon which, he summons Shenron and asks him to melt the ice off the lab.
Shenron takes offense to such a wish, but he obliges while putting a hole in the ozone layer out of spite. With the lab now open, Dr. Kocchin starts hatching a plan to capture the world's strongest fighter. To do so, he creates saibamen (actually biomen) to capture Piccolo, Master Roshi, and Bulma. He refuses to put Dr. Wheelo in Bulma or Piccolo due to them lacking a penis, instead choosing Roshi under the belief that he is the world's strongest.
After a demonstration shows otherwise though, Bulma tells them how Roshi isn't even in the top 5 anymore and tells them of Goku. Upon which, Kocchin gets alerted of Goku arriving to inform them that he was the one they want. With Goku willingly arriving, Kocchin invites him in while also sending Dr. Wheelo's creations (which he modified into bio-warriors behind Wheelo's back) to wear down Goku. Each bio-warrior is easily beaten by Goku, making Kocchin excited while Wheelo is heartbroken over the death of his creations (especially after finding out they are scentient).
Once Goku reaches the main room, Kocchin introduces himself and Wheelo and then puts a forcefield around Goku to capture him. When Goku easily breaks out, Kocchin summons Piccolo whom he has brainwashed to attack Goku, Krillin and Gohan. While Piccolo fights Goku, Gohan gets in an arguement with Kocchin before losing his temper. Seeing how strong Gohan is, Kocchin starts considering putting Wheelo in him while Wheelo feels that claiming a child's body is going to far. However, before Kocchin could capture Gohan, Krillin knocks his cane away. To counter, Kocchin reveals his arm to be a machine gun and shoots Krillin, only for his bullets to have no effect.
When Piccolo is freed from Kocchin's control, Dr. Wheelo grows fed up with the carnage and breaks out of the walls, revealing a robot suit that Kocchin put him in without saying anything about. Having reached his breaking point, Dr. Wheelo smashes the floor beneath Kocchin, sending him falling to his death.

Trivia[]
- In the original verion of the movie, Dr. Wheelo was just as much of a villain as Kocchin and the main antagonist with Kocchin being his right hand man. Here, Dr. Wheelo is an adaptational nice guy who isn't evil at all and instead a villain by proxy, which makes Kocchin the main antagonist up to his death.
