Dr. Arthur Light is a powerful supervillain in the Character What series, and a villain from 2003 animated series Teen Titans. Like from his respective work, he is comic relief, as he was meant to be taken lightly. He is also a member of The Forces of the Evil.
Personality[]
Dr. Light is a person who likes to brag, as he considered himself to be more competence. He has a tendency to make puns related to light to tease his opponents in battle. However, he is overconfident and lacks common sense which usually lead him to his potential failure. He is extremely scared of Raven and Toepick, due to being dragged into Raven's cloak when she was taken over by her rage personality, and easily scared into submission upon seeing Toepick's face for the first time.
Like most of the villains in The Forces of Evil, Dr. Light is deeply afraid of Shadow Aaron because of his immense powers. However, Dr. Light is more scared of Raven and Toepick than Shadow Aaron.
Backgrounds[]
When Dr. Light attempts to steal gold transport, he was soon confronted by the Teen Tians, but he easily defeated Beast Boy, Starfire and Cyborg. However, Dr. Light made a terrible mistake of haunting Raven, which cause her to lose control over her powers and tries to dragged Dr. Light into her cloak. But Robin snap Raven out of it, saving Dr. Light, though was severely traumatized from the experience.
Character What: Hero Force[]
In Overcome Your Fear, Dr. Light steals money from a bank, Shadow Joe has developed a newfound power to brought someone's fears to life, as demonstrated when he manifested Dr. Light's worst fears, which were Raven and Toepick. Dr. Light immediately surrendered.
Character What: Friendship is Magic[]
In Alien X Challenge, Dr. Light once again robbed money from a bank, but was stopped by Shadow Joe.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Photokinesis: Dr. Light can manipulate light energy to project attacks of various shape, such energy beams or bolts that can knock back opponents, destroy objects or melt metal structures.
- Confusion Inducement: Dr. Light can project orbs of light that can confuse his opponents.
- Force-Field Generation: By using the light energy stored in his suit, Dr. Light can create force-fields to project himself from harmed.
- Bubble Imprisonment: By using a grenade, Dr. Light can seal targets inside energy-based bubbles.
- Photokinetic Constructs: Dr. Light can create weaponry out of solid light, such as whips, blades and shields.
Weaknesses[]
Due to being badly traumatized form the experiences of both Raven and Toepick, Dr. Light is easily scared of the presence of Raven or Toepick.
