Dr. Luis Clark (pronounced as "Lewis") is the main antagonist of the Willy Randall comic strip series.
He is an evil scientist trying to take over Misericordia School on a regular basis, but is always stopped by the titular hero.
Background[]
Luis Clark is an old student of Misericordia School who used to be a bully and was very troublesome, but despite his poor performance in school, he was apparently a gifted inventor, creating various guns and rays during his spare time. Luis was "friends" with Willy Randall during this time and often dragged Willy along whenever he was trying to bully, scam or threaten someone with his machines. One day however, Willy thought Luis went too far on one of his plans and refused to help him, but Luis went with it anyway. He was caught by the principal and taken to juvenile prison, owing revenge on Willy Randall and threatening to take over the entire school once freed.
When the Misericordia School was planning the Annual Misericordia School Festival and Games, Luis saw this as an opportunity to get revenge on the school staff and students, and especially, Willy Randall, who, according to him, "betrayed" him. He contacted Dr. Nahuel Plus, Dr. Dellaglio and Robert to help him with his plans.
Now, Dr. Luis and his gang of evil scientist are constantly coming up with ways to take over Misericordia School, but always failing at the hand of Willy Randall and Maylen Derkins.
Personality[]
Dr. Luis is incredibly greedy, selfish, obnoxious and trouble-maker. He was a bully when he was younger, and now is a zany scientist who does not care about anything but himself and ruin the Misericordia School and Willy Randall's life. He does not seem to care for his henchmen, who he treats like useless puppets to get what he wants, promising them part of the goodies and riches of the School if they win, but is very clear that he was planning to get all of those things for himself at the end. He constanly abuses Dr. Dellaglio, and is more than willing to sacrifice the lives of his henchmen if he gets to win.

Overall, Dr. Luis is a very shady and sinister individual, however, he does have his fair shade of funny moments and is clearly not very competent and rather comedic.
Appearance[]
Dr. Luis is highlightly rotund and light-skinned (originally darker) with an overbite, unibrow and rather small eyes. His hair is blond (black originally) and curved into a scythe-like style. He wears a bluish-grey lab coat, dark blue pants, and black heeled shoes. His coat has a swirl symbol on it.
