Julian Kintobor, or as he would go onto be known as Dr. Robotnik, is the main antagonist of the Sonic the Hedgehog fan-film simply titled Sonic created by Eddie Lebron.
He is an egotistical and cruel scientist aiming to rule the masses and turn it into his own utopia, believing that all of society should be under his leadership. Initially being opposed by the G.U.N.S Special armed forces who were trying to put an end to his plans however, when a mysterious Blue Blur named Sonic emerged and managed to put Kindobor’s domination at risk, He soon became his ruthless opponent in the process.
He was portrayed by DJ Hazard.
Personality[]
As is par for the course with any version of the character. Robotnik is an egotistical mad scientist who believes that all should be ruled by him. Although unlike most of his counterparts, Robotnik noticeably has a sinister, more stoic personality, lacking the goofiness his original mainline counterpart has, this makes for a far more sinister adaptation of the character than what many are used too. With all that said, Robotnik does still show some of his classic Eggman edge, such as becoming frustrated when Sonic starts butting into his plans.
Biography[]
Not much is known about Julian's past. What is known is that he was an acclaimed roboticist who went missing for two months. Three months prior to the modern day, Julian returns and attacks South Island, wiping out all intelligent life on it, at least, that is what he thinks.
Invading Station Square, Julian reveals himself along with his new alias, Dr. Robotnik, at which point he enslaves the entire city. Time skip to the modern day, freedom has been robbed from humanity, and that is when Sonic, one of the few survivors of Robotnik's attack starts to intervene. Not wanting his plans to be foiled, he sends his robots after him along with having them question any of the GUN Soldiers on their whereabouts, having them either killed or roboticized if they don't comply.
At one point, Robotnik has one of the soldiers captured for questioning, asking what "The Blue Blur" looked like. When he didn't give him a straight answer, he had him electrocuted before sending him to be roboticized, completely apathetic to his cries.
Upon managint to catch Sonic thanks to the cameras of one of his Buzz Bombers, he has a 100,000$ bounty put on his head so that he can be captured and detained. When Sonic rams one of his own missiles at him, in a furious rage has his bots all focus their attention on him, wanting him killed at all costs. At the end of the short film, one of his robots gives him the Green Chaos Emerald, at which point Robotnik omniously states "that makes three" revealing that he already had two in his possession.
