Dr. Harry Twister is the main antagonist of Attracopel: Vigilante of London. He is the head scientist of Tornadite Inc, who later becomes the Prime Minister of England. He originally appeared as just a random scientist, who was mentoring Alex Rubium/Attracopel, but it was later revealing he was just using him for his own gain.
He was voiced by The Pro-Wrestler.

Personality
Dr Twister is a very charismatic person, often speaking out loud for extended periods of time, and trying to be dramatic most of the time, especially in fights or broadcasts. He also likes to play jokes, to make things more entertaining, even breaking the fourth wall once. Behind his charisma and friendly attitude, he deep down is a liar and a manipulator, who will manipulate anyone to get what he wants, as he will go to any length to get it. He is very confident in himself and his scientists, and has a belief that only the smart people should thrive, and that those who aren’t smart are holding society back, and making it worse, so he wants to make it so the smarter people get more benefits, to encourage more people into being more intelligent. Even though he has good intentions, he can get quite ruthless with enforcing his beliefs, and isn’t above killing people.
His past experiences most likely got him this personality, as when he was younger, he was constantly bullied and shoved around by stronger people, for being a nerd, and being weak, which made him snap and turned him into the villain he became today. He does genuinely sympathise with Alex and Ben, as the two aren’t very popular, and does give them quite a few chances to join him, and he does seem to respect and care for his scientists, so it’s evident that he isn’t heartless. He’s not petty at all, as he doesn’t expose Attracopel’s identity, even though he easily could of with the snap of his wrist, and in his final moments, he accepts his demise, even calling Alex’s attack “Impressive”.
He is HIGHLY intelligent. Not only is he good at manipulating people into doing what he wants, but he is a very quick thinker. If one of his plans fails, he’s able to make up a backup plan on the fly (or it’s possible he just makes lots of backup plans), and will take advantage of any slight opportunity. He knows what he’s doing, and isn’t afraid to show it. He knows exactly where to strike, and thinks of all the possible outcomes of a situation.
Despite being evil, He does have some morals such as being disgusted at Harold Kruel’s desire to torture his daughter and even claiming he should get things done rather than extending out the pain.
Villainous Acts
- For a long time, he was organising heists, having his scientists steal from others so he could get more resources for his creations.
- He created Wolfalco, with the intention of making him a personal attack dog.
- When Wolfalco went against him, his next animal hybrid inventions were brainwashed into loyally serving him.
- It is implied he has done unethical experiments before, but it’s not confirmed.
- He lied to Alex, pretending to be just a mentor, offering him advice and tasking him with taking down Wolfalco, but the truth is he was just using him for his own gain, and saw him as a potential minion. Heck, he was even luring Wolfalco into locations just so Alex would go fight him, just to try and boost Attracopel’s image.
- When he reveals his true intentions, he offers Alex and Ben a chance to join, but when they refuse, he tries to kill them by blowing them up in the vault. (MORAL EVENT HORIZON)
- He steals the energy relic, a powerful machine capable of producing extreme amounts of energy. To do so, he lied to Alex and tricked him into thinking Wolfalco was after it, so he would help him steal it.
- He bribes the corrupt Cheif Harold Kruel into serving him.
- He forcefully takes over London, holding the Prime Minister hostage, and even kills a guard at the entrance of 10 Downing Street. He also reworked the entirety of the inside building.
- During his rule, he has scientists and brainwashed hybrids scattered around London, to enforce his “new world”, with some brutality being involved, such as some scientists attacking an innocent ice cream cashier just for not doing a “smart person discount”. While he does have good intentions with wanting smarter people to thrive so society would “advance quicker”, it’s very likely he would’ve ended up harshly treating the ones with lower IQs, even though it’s not in their control. Heck, society would not have advanced like he claimed, as it would’ve caused a lot of tension between people.
- He reworked and vandalised the insides of Big Ben, turning it into his own base.
- He ordered the deaths of the ones who were rebelling against him in the final battle.
- He tries to kill Alex, Ben and Sarah in the climax.
- He tries to strip Alex of his powers.
- In a last resort, he creates a massive electric tornado, which he would’ve used to kill all of the rebels that fought against him (including an entire platoon), which would’ve also indirectly caused lots of property destruction, even destroying parts of Big Ben during the formation. (MORAL EVENT HORIZON)

Appearance
Dr Twister is a white male, who is in his late thirties. He has white hair which he presumably dyed, and grey eyes. He also has a burn scar on his eye, presumably from an experiment gone wrong. He wears a lab coat over a grey shirt, and some lab trousers and boots as well. He wields glasses as well. He is quite physically weak, which he makes up for with his sheer intelligence, and superpowers.
