His ambition is to defeat all the plants. He hires his zombies to do it for him, in which they always fail.

Angry Birds Plush

Dr. Zomboss appears in the final boss of Angry Birds Bosses. When Newspaper congratulates the birds, he summons Dr. Zomboss, doing a "Wawawa!" noise. King K. Rool says to him "See?! You can't do that quote, how original!" Zomboss tells him to step aside, as he uses himself as a missile to knock down some of Purple Bird's fortress.
