he and Dr. Karlin infect Dr Blake with wildman venom and fey madness (called O.D.R. by them) for an unknown reason. he latter appears in episode 37 "Gabriel and The Island of Doctor Moreau: the Island" as the main antagonist
Biography[]
Gabriel and Monster on the Campus[]
he with carl infect a Dr Blake with Wildman Venom and Fey Madness, after he kills someone helsing goes to blake to find out why but goes mad turning into a wildman again moreau then explanes the fey madness then sends blake to kill helsing.
he then mocks helsing for trying to save Dr Blake telling him that the Odr takes away the control causing helsing to run at him but Dr Karlin electrifies him and blake allowing them to escape
Gabriel and The Island of Doctor Moreau[]
he is then seen again chasing a man with his Mech Wolf and he tells the man he is selfish before dragging him away, latter he is seen working on something (assuming another mech wolf) as dr karlin enters and he tells him he made 7 and has 3 more on the way causing karlin to warn him saying "I would hate to have to replace you"

- in the Monster on Campus Movie When Professor Blake calls Madagascar he speaks to Dr Moreau, a reference to the H.G. Wells novel, "The Island of Doctor Moreau" which seems to be the base of his appearance in this world.
- "Óðr," means "inspiration," "poetry," or "frenzy". He is associated with ecstatic states and divine madness.
