Droidekas, also known as Destroyer Droids, were a type of heavy battle droid used by the Trade Federation and Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars, and later The Forces of Evil. They are well-known for being the deadliness in the over the course of battle, due to their protective shield generators and deadly firepower.

In Beast of the Museum, a inactive Droideka can be seen briefly in Shadow Joe's Villain Criminology Museum as a exhibit when he was touring Twilight Sparkle throughout the museum. Shadow Joe revealed that he has been scavenging several Battle Droids, including Droidekas that been disabled or dispose of during the Clone Wars and decided to place them in his museum for display and could help people learn more about them.

In Fawn in the Empire, after being informed from the Stormtroopers about Bambi's presence in Shadow Aaron's intergalactic empire spaceship, Shadow Aaron send several villains and henchmen to capture Bambi, three Droidekas soon located Bambi and block his path to prevent him from escaping. Fortunately, Bambi noticed a thereby vent and use it to escape the from destroyer droids.
Character What: Villains Revenge[]
In The Return: Part 2, when Shadow Aaron and most of villains make their way into Shadow Joe's base and engaged the heroes inside to a battle, but the heroes gained the upper hand over the villains, A Droideka participated in the battle and shoots at Shadow Joe. However, Shadow Joe was completely unscathed by their blasters, and send the Droideka rolling toward some Battle Droids and knock them down like bowling pins.
Character What: Friendship is Magic[]
In Betrayal of the Daleks, after a small detachment of Battle Droids, Stormtroopers, Cybermen and Sontarans failed to eliminate the Daleks (who were now fed up with Shadow Aaron's tranny) and were exterminated in the process, three Droidekas were send by Shadow Aaron to deal with the threat. The Daleks's laser beams were proved to be ineffective against the Droidekas' protective force-field, but the Droidekas's laser blasters even had no effect on the Daleks' force fields. But the Droidekas were soon destroyed by Special Weapon Dalek, as their shields were not strong to withstand the Dalek's heavy blaster.
