Amberly Roselyn, known as Edgy Amy, is a minor antagonist during Part 4 of Joe's Cosmic Saga. Where she is a goddess edgelord who antagonizes Joebotnik (in his feline alter-ego as JOEVESTER) over the fact she seeks to conquer all.
Origins[]
Her species is actually a Mobian, which are the animal humanoid beings that are in the Sonic universe. She was adopted by an extremely rich family. Her parents were extremely rich and she was spoiled by them. She ran away because she was bored of being a “rich girl” so she ran away and discovered her powers. Then, she trained to become the super-cool and powerful goddess she is today.
She was once a very good friend of Sonic, and is in love with him, although her “cool” act is just a mask for her to hide her love for Sonic. But over time, she became an enemy of the Sonic gang due to her egotism blinding her of her amorality, and wants to take Sonic for herself, so she can be special, and have her own way with things.
Since Edgy Amy became a goddess and a queen in her eyes, she doesn’t need any other job than to make people love her and worship her beauty. She is also a professional thief and robber, because she loves stealing other peoples treasures, she was once a good liar and a manipulator, which she uses to her advantage.
Once Joevester showed up out of nowhere and attempted befriending her, she saw him as a immediate rival of hers, but also saw him as nothing more than a fool and a pest. She saw herself more powerful and wise than him because of Joe's easygoing attitude before Joe got irreverent towards her, but her downfall came from her overconfidence.
She refused to believe that someone like Joevester could defeat her, and now that he has defeated her, she is embarrassed and humiliated. She will now do anything to get her revenge on Joevester, and try to reclaim her place as the all-powerful goddess that she once was.

She’s evil and selfish, and doesn’t care who she kills to get anything she wants.
She’s really self entitled and narcissistic, she thinks she’s “the perfect being” and that she is “a perfect goddess”, and she’s “too good for anyone”. Amy is also a “pick me girl” so she thinks she’s more special than she really is. Despite being a random Mobian, she thinks she’s better than everyone else, and she wants to make everyone know, even though she’s not. Because of being spoiled by her family, she’s such a bratty, bossy, self-centred, spoiled, arrogant, and selfish goddess.
Her hateful obsession with Joevester and her jealousy made her become a villain and want to take revenge against him, and any other mortal who dares to oppose her “greatness”.

- It is hinted she is a omnipotent being who could kill anyone in seconds and tortured anyone for even challenging her, but Joebotnik was somehow able to defeat her no problem. Making it seem like she could harm others, but not being as resourceful as Joebotnik when he showed up.
- She and Kaizo are one-shot villainesses who are fully enigmatic and are hinted of being vile but are treated as incompetent when Joebotnik is present.
