El Bufeo is the main antagonist of the question of the Aeyen The Lobster Canon of The Bloody Choice Game called Drug of War, he is the leader of the Colombian drug trafficking mafia Los Delfines, which kills anyone who disrespects or betrays it. His status is dependent on the options picked by the viewer.

Background

Floppy and Hoppy are two members of Los Delfines, both of which are very optimistic about their morbid deeds. Floppy gets excited when he hears he's about to execute someone he closely knows, but instantly regrets it when he sees his sister Hoppy tied up to a brick as she criticized the mafia, with her execution about to be filmed by other mafia members. Floppy cuts the ropes free and frees Hoppy, they then run into the bushes and meet Trang who's vacationing in there.

While he dosen't appear in option 1, members of Los Delfines who were sent by him do. They appear at Isla De Providencia, the island Trang and the dolphin siblings stay at for the day in an attempt to hide from them. After Floppy accidentally dies after diving into the water, a mafia member notices him, and holds up his cheap katana and lets Hoppy fall on top of it, impaling him.

In option 2, he and the rest of Los Delfines members are seen loading drugs onto a car so they can be transported across the region, while Trang, Floppy, and Hoppy are armed with katanas to fight back at them. Trang starts by impaling the forklift driver, and so Floppy and Hoppy proceed to kill every member of the mafia. Out of fear, El Bufeo searches his box of drugs and finds the steroids, and so he injects them into his body right as Hoppy impaled his back with a sword, immunizing him to it. El Bufeo then mutates and gains a muscular form ridden with veins, and attempts to kill Floppy and Hoppy, right before Trang, still riding the forklift he used to kill members of the mafia before, impaled his back with the arms of the forklift, lifting them up and ripping him in half, successfully killing him, causing them to celebrate by smoking his weed he was going to illegally traffic

In option 3, he is in a car being driven by Aldalafayn al'Azraq who just "ran over a roach", he notices Trang and the dolphin siblings on the road, and commands Azraq to run into them, stunning them. Azraq throws Floppy and Hoppy in the trunk, and as Trang sticks his hands in there as an attempt to pull them out, he slams the trunk on his hands, causing him to die of blood loss. Meanwhile in the trunk as they're driving away, Floppy pulls the pin out of a homemade grenade, not knowing what it is and thinking it will help them escape, causing the entire car to blow up, killing everyone in it presumably killing El Bufeo.

Personality

El Bufeo is depicted as being insane and not caring for anybody outside Los Delfines, with him mostly caring about drugs and if he can traffic them. He is shown to somewhat respect those who work in the mafia, but would instantly command death to those who criticize it.

Trivia

• His mutated form is a homage to Senator Armstrong's nanite-empowered state from Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.
• Although his left arm is a gun, he is never shown using it, and it's only used by him for smoking.
