El Coco is depicted as a cloaked monster with silver armour surrounded by a corona of black lightning. However, his true form is much more horrific. He is described as having seven mouths speaking in six foul tongues, the seventh singing the song that will kill all the kids, and four arms holding a Black Hole and a candle that sheds darkness rather than light.

El Coco is an extremely vile, sadistic, dangerous, and evil demon, he can tear apart cartoon worlds, such as Looney Tunes, Garfield, or Tom and Jerry, Coco has the power to corrupt the comics of said cartoons, first, a message will occur, this message is the line "It comes", or a character saying a poem about El Coco, their eyes begin to blacken and bleed,
