El Lament, lesser known as the new Rainmaker and later the Forecaster, is a major character turned major antagonist of the Toontown: Corporate Clash fanfiction The Witch Hunter, the villainous main protagonist of its sequel A Riptide Runs Through, and will be returning in some capacity in the threequel, first appearing in "A Mob and Mobsters".

He is the new Rainmaker of C.O.G.S., Inc. who aims to improve the quality of the company he works for. Following the death of Mr. Virgil, he becomes the new Forecaster for C.O.G.S., Inc. whose purpose is to predict company trends.

Personality[]

El Lament acts as a sophisticated individual and poetic to unneeded degrees. He frequently speaks with similes, often relating to weather.

He is shown to be a rude individual to select people, notably those that he perceives to be weak and incapable for the goodwill of Cogs. He also harbors strong animosity for Misty Monsoon, who he hates for being kind to Toons. He constantly speaks ill of her whenever around others.

Despite his rude behavior, he shows a great deal of respect to those he finds to be amazing at work. It is shown he idolizes Mr. Virgil for his competency in the workplace for wanting to eradicate Toons more than anyone else. However, it is not without limits, as when he learns that Mr. Virgil is oppressing his employees, he calls him out on it and later rebukes him over what he did.
