Elizabeth Afton is a major character in Game Theory's "ULTIMATE" version of the Five Nights at Freddy's timeline, serving as a minor protagonist in Part 1, the deuteragonist of Part 2, the secondary antagonist of Part 3 and one of the two posthumous overarching protagonists (alongside the Crying Child) of Part 4.

She is the daughter of William and Clara Afton who was accidentally killed by her father's Circus Baby animatronic before possessing it and tricking her brother Michael into helping her.

Biography[]

Part 1: The Ultimate Timeline[]

Elizabeth is briefly seen when MatPat mentions William has a family.

Part 2: The Rise of Afton[]

Afton, realizing that the animatronics might be haunted, decides to investigate by claiming more victims. He creates the Funtime animatronics and opens Circus Baby's Pizza World to kidnap kids so he could experiment on them. The titular attraction was based on Elizabeth. The day before the opening, Elizabeth disobeyed her father for the first and last time in her life by sneaking away to see Baby. The animatronic would rip in half and swallow her whole, with her dying inside it. After this, she would possess Baby, something William noticed when he saw Baby's eye color change from blue to green. Afton would then go to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza to dismantle the animatronics and melt down their endoskeletons, something Baby saw happen.

Part 3: Burn Them All[]

Michael worried that William hasn't returned in a while (having actually been trapped in a Spring Bonnie costume). He goes to his home office to investigate and finds a secret elevator to the underground bunker where Baby and the other Funtimes were kept. He sees that Afton planned to bring back the entire family as robots and figures out that Baby is haunted by Elizabeth. She would use the fact that Mike wants to free the children's souls and atone for killing his brother to combine with the other Funtimes into Ennard and then lure her brother into the Scooping Room, where the Scooper would rip out his insides. Ennard would spend the next few months living inside Mike's body until it rotted away into a zombie, causing her to leave him and escape.

Off-screen, Baby and the other Funtimes would separate for unexplained reasons (presumably the same as in canon). In 2023, Michael and Henry would lure all the animatronics, including Baby, into their new Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, with her now serving under William. Following this, the two would set the building on fire, killing everyone inside excluding Afton, freeing Elizabeth's spirit in the process.

Part 4: A Family Rebuilt[]

Years after Elizabeth's death, her mother Clara would try to put her family back together. She would eventually come across a woman called Vanessa, who was very similar to Elizabeth in looks and personality. Clara would expose Vanessa to William/"Glitchtrap", who would manipulate and force her into acting just like Elizabeth, which the two succeeded in. However, the robotic recreation of the Crying Child, Gregory, and the soul of Michael inside Glamrock Freddy rebelled against Clara, destroying William and freeing Vanessa from Afton's influence, destroying Clara's plans to bring back Elizabeth.
