Elmer Phitts, also known as The First Elmer, is a major character in the Brandon Rodgers series.
He serves as the tritagonist of Sam And Stuff, and one of the two main antagonists (alongside Bobby Worst) of Blame the Hero (specifically as the deuteragonist of the first half and the main antagonist of the second half).
He is the son of Donna, who was kidnapped as a baby by Bryce Tankthrust, and copied multiple times so she can have hearts. The clones went on to do jobs like and convenient store clerk, security guards, and office drones. He was saved by Donna and her roommate, Sam. He later grew up and captured Bryce and repeatedly killed her and bring her back to life with the book of life.
After the nuke dropping by Bobby Worst, Elmer became the leader of the resistance and helped Blame get the time machine in order to prevent the nuke timeline from happening. However, due to the past Elmer getting the time machine and founding out it was made by Hitler himself, he turned antagonistic and decided to drop his own nuke on everyone, making everyone turn exactly like him, so he will no longer be unseen.
He is played by Brandon Rodgers.

Elmer was born under Donna Phitts and an unknown man, however it is hinted to be George (Aka, Blame). When he was a baby, he was kidnapped by Bryce Tankthrust and cloned multiple times into his older self to steal their hearts, in order to use it for herself. The clones go on to do jobs like office drones, security guards, store clerks and park rangers.
