Emmy is the main antagonist of the series Chao Forever. She is a yellow Two-Tone Hero Run/Run+Swim type Chao who is the dictator of the Chao Space Garden and the leader of the Space Garden Society, who wants to ruin the lives of the rest of her race due to a hard childhood. She is the arch-nemesis of Little Chao
Emmy was born several years before the events of the game. Before her birth, her egg was acquired by Stingy and sold in the Black Market to Ajax. Upon hatching her egg, Ajax took Emmy to the Health Centre, where he discovered that she had an E rank in all of her status. As Stingy stole her egg, Emmy never found out who her parents are.
As a child, Emmy was treated horribly by Ajax, who would force feed her so she can win him medals and money in the Chao Stadium, would both verbally and physically abuse her and play favouritism with his other Chao. After realising that her status were too low to be of any use for him due to her poor grades and already having Chao with good grades, Ajax use a Chao Transporting Machine to abandon Emmy.
Haven been abandoned, Emmy spent the next several months of her life lonely, travelling between the different Chao Gardens only to be rejected by each one. Eventually, she ended up at the Space Garden, owned by a Chaos Chao called Zero, who welcomed her and treated her with moderate respect. Despite this, Emmy still felt left off compared to the other Chao on the Space Garden, who were much more popular than her.
Present day[]
After doing some research on Chaos and the Chaos Emeralds, Emmy discovers of their power and plans on using them so she can get revenge. She writes a letter to Chacron, a Chao she befriended back when Ajax forced her to race for him, and eventually manages to organise a group of bitter Chao who want revenge on those who wronged them in their past.
With the help of her associates, Emmy manages to kill Zero and enslave the rest of the Chao in the Space Garden. Having stolen a Chaos Emerald when killing Zero, she uses it to power a machine he used for sightseeing to destroy the Paradise Island, killing several Chao. Realising she could do much more with all seven emeralds, she gets the members of the Space Garden Society to travel to all the different islands so they can steal them and use their power to destroy all of the islands.
Demise[]
Eventually, Little Chao and the Chao Saving Society manage to get to the Space Garden and confront Emmy. Although Little Chao tries to talk sense into Emmy and get her to realise that what she is doing is wrong, she still refuses to change her ways. Noticing that Little Chao has acquired six of the seven Chaos Emeralds and still having the seventh herself, she harnesses their power, becoming Super Emmy and intending on using her power to destroy every Chao Island in existence except for the Space Garden.
However, Little Chao manages to harness the emeralds and turn into Super Chao themselves and manages to defeat Emmy for good. Whilst wounded, she is confronted by the Chao Saving Society yet still refuses to admit she was wrong. During her last few moments, Emmy looks up to the sky contemplating her life. A grey Chao cocoon then forms around her before she disappears forever.
Personality[]
Although Emmy was once a shy and friendly Chao, as she got older she eventually went on to become very power hungry, bitter and homicidal. She appears to be at war with herself due to her inability to move on from her past, as well as her unwillingness to form any sort of relationship with anybody she thinks is "luckier" than her. She rules Space Garden with an iron fist, expecting the Chao who live there to follow all of her orders.
Despite this, she does seem to be a bit of a benevolent boss, as she is willing to let her associates take care of their plans how they like as long as they succeed. She sees Tiny as a son-like figure, taking care of him well. She also maintains a very strong friendship with Chacron - at one point she eventually fell in love with Chacron and was intending on proposing to him after her plans succeed, though Chavron seems to be unaware of this. In spite of this, she has no tolerance for her minions working against her.

Like most of the Space Garden Society members, Emmy's name comes from the list of randomly generated names that can be given by the fortune teller in the Fortune-Telling House in Sonic Adventure 2: Battle. It is implied that Ajax just gave Emmy the first random name he was given.
