Emperor Falco is the overarching antagonist of the Duo-Franchise especially the Grizzly Empire myth arc. He is the secondary antagonist of Dino Charge, the overarching antagonist of The Variant Dynasty: Part I, the hidden arc villain of The Variant Dynasty Part II and III, the overarching antagonist of Summertime Graduations: June Arc and the main antagonist of Summertime Graduations: July Arc.
History[]
He first appeared in the arc Dino Charge and attempted to invade the world. However, he was eventually defeated by Zachary Delightful. Unbeknownst to the young protagonist, he survived and went into hiding. Pretending to be a raccoon student named Reggie, he spied on Zachary for 6 years as he secretly entered a controlling relationship with his attempted killer. As he found out about the Myles Bots, he remained victorious in his manipulation against his arch-rival. When he found out about the new bonds he forged with Lily Loud, Spike, The Rat (formerly Wolfgang), Hank, Re (formerly Mary Gaperman), Woodstock, Tweety Velma (formerly Velma Dinkley) and Pedro Ling, he tried to drive a wedge between them all. After succeeding for two years (as well as being indirectly aided by Shelby Forthright), he was intrigued by Zachary’s newfound akumatization into the Spot and forms an elaborate plan to use one of his classmates as a thrall to enforce his new world order. He chose Kiff Chatterley and bided his time as he resurrected Professor Parenthesis’ fleas and secretly placed a nanochip containing the fleas while she and Barry Buns were using VR headsets. After Kiff sabotaged Helen’s grocery shopping, he had Spot place a temporary collar on the squirrel to enthrall her. However, Spot realized the truth of Parenthesis’ tech which leads Reggie to reveal his true colors as the long-defeated Emperor Falco. Determined to restore his invasion, he planned on using Spot’s harp to turn the citizens of Table Town into his mindless drones. He proceeded to do so making Kiff his lieutenant and pet while Barry is betrayed and abandoned leaving him crestfallen.

Personality[]
He started out as a stereotypical alien invader but became fleshed out after being filled with vengeance. As Reggie, he was a dorky goofball who is technology savvy and has been well-off. After his true colors are revealed, he is vindictive, vengeful and self righteous.
