Elise Bellwinter, or by her now newly given identity, Eterna Bellezza, is the secondary antagonist in the 2020 crossover WattPad fanfiction, Critical Multiverse. She is a mysterious young woman with the majestic abilities of travelling through time and space, including dimensional worlds and parallel universes. She is the hidden source across the Penumbra Crusade, Delnos' right-hand and sister-like figure, as well as one of Jake's girlfriends and the biological daughter of Khaled Ainz Roberto Bellwinter, as well as the youngest half-sister of Rhea Lucifero.
She is responsible for the events of Delnos' corruption and the existence of the Erebrosapiens, including the war and genocide of the Illumians, as well as the downfall and destruction of the Illumight Kingdom. It all happened when she seductively manipulated his envious nature that resulted to his resolution of becoming a "better ruler" than his father.
After indirectly succeeding in corrupting Delnos, she assists him in every way possible to accomplish his motives and conquest. However, in actuality, she used him to further her advantages of become a ruler herself in order to have men bowed down to her, worshipped and respected by them while women have the higher chances of dominating the opposite gender. That primary objective changed when she began adapting better and think of Delnos as her brother-like figure.

Eterna is a sadistic, cold-hearted, and ruthless young woman whom desires to get her vengeance on all men and other living beings for their perversion and lust against women. The reason behind it was all because of a genuinely tragic background that resulted to her upbringing, but that said story has yet to be explained.
After becoming a "goddess", she ends up using her powers for her own gain of making a world where women rule superior while her fate for men are taken down and knowing their places as the "true scum/filth of many worlds".
He even shown her delightful sadism against those who died or suffered, such as indirectly committing genocide under the hands of Delnos and his army and torturing countless men in their dreams as they were seduced to their deaths nightmarishly.
However, despite her hatred towards men, she genuinely has a kinder and affectious side for Delnos and Jake. At first she attempts to use Delnos as a pawn to her hidden plans, however, after witnessing his care for his mother, it was made clear to her mind that there was more to Delnos' personality, which resulted to showing her care for him and treating him like he was her brother.
Meanwhile with Jake, the story's protagonist, when she had her time arriving on Earth and under disguise, she accidentally met up with the current user of the Crossixior, at first she attempts to seduce and kill him as she knows he is just like other men whom want or desire for pleasure, but instead when he genuinely shows her respect and acted genuinely friendly to her, her viewing on men didn't change, but her heart started beating the moment she genuinely fell in love with him. Ever since they began dating, she started developing an affectious and protective side of keeping her "future husband" safe from other men that might corrupt him. Even knowing he has a Harem, she didn't mind since in her opinion, Harem is considered to be slavery to women, but only if the said man deserves it if he acknowledges them by heart, which got her to respect Jake with ease, but does get envious around the other girls that loved him. Aside from her hatred of men, she has well-intentioned motives of making women acknowledged and given the respect they deserve.
Even if she chose to do evil, her kindness still runs through her veins. As cold as she was, it didn't mean she had thrown away her humanity purely, because if it weren't for her stepbrother and his friends from what they did to her that day, she would've become the "goddess wannabe" she is today. But her limits were pushed to the very edge where she had no choice but to embrace her newly adapted harshness and sadism. Even if she murdered or torture men in her pleasurable delight, she knew best about not to go too far since "bloody massacres" aren't her thing. However, killing those under less violent tactics are okay with her.
She is also said to be very cheeky and playful around others, such as teasing and light-hearted jokes around Delnos and her own friends. As mischievous as she can be, the way she is seen around Jake is different, she would often poke or play around with his face cheeks and act at least less spoiled to make her look cute to get his attention. But aside from that, she happens to have a real hobby of shopping for clothes, accessories, and materials for a makeover like any teenage girl would do at any store or shop in places like a plaza or a mall, much to Delnos' annoyed impression, but such a thing she'd do would only happen if she's in a very optimistic mood.
She also happens to have a softer affection for children, seeing them play around and giggling would make her smile genuinely come out, same goes for little animals such as dogs and rabbits. While at some point when she caused Delnos and his army to destroy everything within the Illumight Kingdom, while laughing at those under death and despair, she sensed the children down there being massacred as she heard their cries, even though she was okay with anyone dead, she is remorseful when it came to children being killed, especially the animals Delnos captured then tortures to become Erebrosapiens. This made her regret her decision on corrupting Delnos without having any thoughts properly of the severe consequences.

- The given identity Eterna Belleza is translated in Italian for "eternal beauty".
- Her entire character shares many similarities to Miku Izayoi from Date A Live. However, she is less mischievous and more dependent on her motives, despite that is seen to be very playful around Jake.
- Eterna's favorite season is Winter. A reason for that other than her real last name, is because she had spent time playing in the snow with her mother when she was little and that includes the nostalgic moments she had during Christmas.
- Her birthday was said to be on December 23rd.
- Each three of her outfits' given names are spelled from other languages, such as:
