Every Fanon CM Parody Character is the physical manifestation of every Villains Fanon user's reflexive cringe at generic fanon dark lords and Complete Monsters. He is also the ABSOLUTE GOD OF EEEEEEVILLLLLL or something edgy like that.
He is voiced by J.P. Beaubien, specifically his voice for the generic Dark Lord archetype.

He never got the Red Ryder carbine action rifle as a kid and had a vaguely abusive past I guess. This supposedly made him evil, but since this is such a laughably pathetic excuse for an evil backstory, he would be WELL BEYOND Fake Tragic if he was taken even remotely seriously. He then developed the powers of Hell or something, killed his whole family and started committing literally every single crime known to man for the sake of shock value. He also took up a hobby of eating multiverses for breakfast because that's shocking I guess. Oh yeah and he also raped a couple people, because that's a common shock value crime.
What actually happened...[]
A bunch of wiki writers got sick and tired of random kids and teens posting their "cool" villain OCs, so they decided to start making joke pages that were so over-the-top that literally nobody would even think to propose them for CM status. Why they didn't expect this on a webpage where literally anybody can post their villainous OCs is unknown. In doing so, they ended up creating EFCMPC, the physical embodiment of the parodic "villain sue" or "fanon dark lord/CM." Deriving his power from pure edginess and teenage angst, he set out to make sure that only the best and most well-developed villains ended up on the Villains Fanon wiki by making generic villain OCs look so pathetic that no one would post one again. This, however, failed, because the site was literally made for people's villainous OCs, even the ones they'll probably cringe at when they mature.
