He is a hateful and offensive little frog who will do anything in his power to start controversy, be offensive, or ruin Pepe's name. He is often depicted as a Nazi or member of another hate group. He is vulgar and rude to everyone around him.

Creation

Evil Pepe was crated as a clone of Pepe The Frog by Adolf Hitler, in 2015. He created Evil Pepe to infuriate and influence the media. Hoping to start outrage. He crated Evil Pepe to be the ultimate hate figure. Evil Pepe behaved like a racist, anti-sematic, and homophobic person, he was even a Nazi at one point.

Infuriating The Media

Evil Pepe began to infuriate the media via social media during the Great Meme War of 2015. He began attacking minority groups as a way to spark outrage amongst society. He began targeting prominent politicians and political figures such as Hilary Clinton. He was the person who started the war between normies, the media, and memers.

Influencing Hatred Amongst Society

Evil Pepe began spreading his mind control powers across America. On sites such as 4chan or Reddit, his influence was growing at the second. People began to spread his hate for him. This sparked mass outcry amongst the community. He was winning the battle he started

The Battle Of Kekestan And Death

After conquering the media and the normies, Evil Pepe lead his army of online trolls into battle against the people of Kekestan. The Kekestani people fought back, with the help of general Pepe The Frog, the very person Evil Pepe was a clone of. The two teams fought for days on end, until there where only two men standing. Suddenly, Evil Pepe fired a shot into Pepe's chest. The blow, knocked Pepe onto the ground below him. It has seemed as if Evil Pepe had won once and for all. But suddenly, Pepe grabbed the flag of Kekestan, and plunged it into the heart of Evil Pepe. After a couple minutes, he died. Evil Pepe's reign of terror was over once and for all. Hitler was defeated and Kekestan was triumphant.

The Return Of Evil Pepe

However, Adolf Hitler was not yet finished. And in his final moments, he created another Evil Pepe, this one even worse than the last. Before he was killed by Shrek with a bullet into the head. Evil Pepe made an attempt to kill Shrek, and almost succeeded. Fortunately, Big Man Tyrone was able to kill Evil Pepe via decapitation.
