Little lambs to the slaughter!!
~ Exvile's catchphrase.

What a sad little lamb, it's a shame that I have to kill you quickly.
~ Exvile to a child Zentredi, his archenemy.

I am the deliverer of death! I am the song that shall slay all who will listen! I shall be the flame that shall scorch all of the living beings in creation!! I am Exvile, the Banished, the Scorcher, and I have come to bring forth Ragnarök and darken the stars above!
~ Exviles speech.

Exvile the Dragon (real name: Zandriass) is a recurring antagonist in the Multiversal Legends franchise. He is an ancient dragon deity, said to be one of the first dragons in existence, and the son of Zaramus. He was assigned as the "Dragon God of Destruction" in another universe, but his lust for violence and destruction led him to wipe out nearly all life in his own universe he was assigned and was stripped of his title. For his crimes, he was trapped beneath the roots of the Yggdrasil Tree for the rest of his days, only to break out by the wicked Vilanus for his own means. He is now a renegade deity, acting as a mercenary of sorts commonly working for Xuriah D'arcmast'r and his Omni-Confederacy organization to carry out murders or decimating whole civilizations for the Confederacy to recolonize.

He is the archenemy of Zentredi Odai, being the one who wiped out his village, planet, and his mentor and friends in the past.

He is created and voiced by Powermonger2003/BrandonDarkOne47 who voiced Aka Manah, Ravagus, Otoru, and Vekkisul of the same series, Charles Eborock from The Coldest Winter, Lewis Coltrane from Culture of the Past, Zorthenport from Scratch Show, HABIT from Rememberence.

Personality[]

Exvile is a sadistic, arrogant, and cruel being who adores his job as a destroyer deity and uses every opportunity to spread death whenever he can. Exvile's pride as a destroyer of worlds left him to believe his purpose was to bring the end of all life in creation, something he gladly seeks to carry out to satisfy his sadistic madness. He doesn't flinch in slaughtering whole communities, or tormenting ally and foes alike if it meant his madness can be quelched. He is also extremely arrogant and confident in his abilities and looks down upon those he considers lesser to him. He would taunt his enemies just to stir them up, even bragging about his pasts actions to them just to anger them. He is also not above constantly insulting them to flaunt his sense of superiority, bragging how he enjoys the looks of his enemy's faces "whenever they meet a superior foe". But he does not underestimate his enemies completely unless he's super sure he can win. He acknowledges a threat when it appears to him, something he considers it rare, and knows how powerful beings such as Nekrozoth and Xuriah are to which he does try not to cross the latter until the time is right. He has acknowledged his foes' strengths and abilities, or their potential of getting stronger which shows he is observant and analytical.

He tends to disobey his contractors or bosses, often finding loopholes in his orders to do what he pleases before getting the job done. However, Exvile is perfectly okay with working with others that hire him ever since he became a freelance "Killer-For-Hire", as long as he is allowed to conduct atrocities on his own term or if mayhem is involved. He possesses a sheer hatred for his father for hindering his plans, believing he "robbed" of his "destiny" that he felt was his right to carry out. For this, he plans his demise once he gains enough power to do so and becoming the most powerful of all draconic beings. He harbors a rather abusive relationship with his former angel attendee, abusing her physically and mentally during his time as a Destroyer God. Even when he lost his status and his angel no longer serving him, he continues his abuse and became more vicious towards her.

Exvile enjoys the thrill of battle, especially when battling warriors as one of his favorite past time other than the mass slaughter of others. When he learns that Zentredi was the very child, whom he tried to kill so many years ago has gotten stronger, he was nothing but giddy on the prospect he created a powerful warrior that he considers "finally worth killing". Though sometimes acts like a thuggish brute, he is far from a dumb muscle as he has frequently shown to be highly intelligent and analytical to his enemies. He is also manipulative, conniving, and a deceitful, using trickery and deception to catch his foes off-guard during battles. He also harbors similar darwinistic beliefs as Nekrozoth and Xuriah holds, agreeing with their philosophy of absolute strength which he where he deems those, he considers weak as "Lambs to the slaughter". Thinking "Might Make Right" and might alone, thus those who are weak deserves death if not the greatest of suffering. As such, he fancies himself a hunter in a world of prey, a wolf in a realm of sheeps. Exvile even demeans his nemesis' village as weaklings, claiming that if they weren't so weak in the first place then they could've easily defended themselves and stopped him. Exvile even mocks him for his newfound trust in his friends, believing that he only gains a weak spot through them for him to exploit.

Holding no value for life in general, seeing friendship and trust as a foolish weakness. He especially holds distain towards his former master and mentor Vilanus whom he shown no loyalty towards despite being the one who freed from his prison. Though, he admits he does respect the being for his conniving intellect and scheming, he lacks his master's ambitions of conquest and tyranny, which is why he betrays him as he believes it contradicts his desire for complete annihilation. Overall, he is a sadistic monster, arrogant yet a brutal combination of cruelty and cunning with an ever-loving desire of mass destruction.

Powers and Abilities[]

Powers[]

  • Pyrokinesis: A fire-breathing destroyer deity, who said to have scorched entire worlds as shown in flashbacks that at his full unrestraint powers allowed him to burn the surface of an entire planet described of if "having a planetary barbeque". He uses this ability to charge his attacks, such as setting whole areas ablaze around him that temporarily incapacitates his enemies. He creates a barrier around him that is so hot, it began melting the surrounding area around him, said to be the equivalent of the surface of the sun.
  • Flight: Comes to no surprise for a dragon, considering he has wings.
  • Shapeshifting: He is capable of changing his and sizes, his current form is but another form he chooses to take compared to his more eldritch draconic form.
  • Demon-Spawning; Has spawned eggs holding demon dragons, ones serve him as minions or be used by evil sorcerers for their own gain.
  • Superhuman Strength: Each attack he strikes, Devos describes it as if being punched by a meteor or an asteroid. His strength is vast, rivaling the myth Hercules and shown to make Daevios himself struggle a bit due to how physically strong he is.
  • Magic: Not occasionally shown but is very much capable of performing magic, even using divine magic to enhance a weapon he uses. He created a magic medallion he uses to steal the life force of other deities and adds them to himself to get stronger, using godly magic to create such artifact for himself.
  • Immortality: Said to be almost unkillable, as none have found a way to actually kill him or even pierce his skin. Due to this, Exvile has only to be sealed away if he can't be killed. Especially when Exvile has fought other deities of destruction similar to his powers, who's powers can erase individuals or objects from existence (sometimes even a planet), and has survived each attack from them. The only person who could possibly kill him is Endgame (who holds the ability of erasing realities from existence in his full power), The Entity, The Observer, Purest, Az'Naru, and Nekrozoth. Daevios stated that even he might not be able to kill him, at best subdue him long enough to reseal him back to his prison. It is said there is a method to kill him, but no one knows what it is unfortunately.
  • Superhuman Durability: Many powerful heroes have shown to struggle in fighting Exvile, as none of their weapons can scratch him or do damage. Daevios, a man who fought Nekrozoth at his fullest (A physical embodiment of a multiverse) and won, has shown to struggle in fighting Exvile, having force to use a sum of his powers to subdue the creature in order for the heroes to lock him back in the Yggdrasil tree.
  • Dimensional Travel: Has with many characters, he can travel to other universes, if not multiple other multiverses, using his claws to carve through reality and open a new portal for him to enter through.
  • Superhuman Speed: He travels across the universe without any ships or transportation, using his wings to fly through the cosmos in lightspeed.
  • Destruction Energy: As a former god of destruction, he can control an energy substance that allows him to destroy anything in his path. Such as blasting powerful rays of orange energy waves with his fingers (usually his index finger), creating sunlike energy sphere that fires purple energy waves from his palms. He once blasted a giant orb of energy that began erasing everything it touches and was following Devos and the others like a heat seeking missile. Even said to be capable of erasing the souls he devoured from existence, sometimes destroying them outright without having to eat them. He has been able to breath energy of destruction akin to how he can breathe fire.

Abilities[]

  • Intelligence: Despite his seemingly brutish (and sometimes thuggish) behavior, he possesses extreme keen levels of intelligence. He is surprisingly analytical, observant, and studies his enemies moves and tactics to figure out a counterattack. He is a strategist that deploys his own sets of clever tactics, especially when hunting down his targets by tracking them down one step at a time. It is soon realized that he is so intelligent he can manage his own army he formed to help him in his conquest of death across multiple realities, effectively becoming a warlord on his own if not his own dark lord.
  • Photographic Memory: He never forgets the faces of his victims he kills, fondly and accurately remembering moments of how he kills certain people or how he causes so much suffering to others. When confronted by his nemesis for the suffering he put him through (the slaughter of both his village and family, along with killing his master), Exvile instantly remembers and gave an accurate summary of what happened so many years ago. Even bothering to remember the names of certain individuals (even though he willfully acts like he doesn't)
  • Swordsmanship: He is the wielder of a dark, unholy powered sword that is said to be only wielded by those who are holds "Purely Wicked Heart of Pure Evil". He has shown to be a skilled user of said sword of which he had used for eons, and a formidable combatant with it.
  • Craftsmanship: Shown capabilities of crafting fairly powerful objects such as a medallion he crafted fueled with divine magic of which he uses to kill other deities and steal their life force, such as evil Vilanus whom he once worked before until Exvile betrayed him.

Quotes[]

Little pigs, little pigs... LET ME COME IN!!
~ Exvile

Be it man or machine, it makes no difference to me. I'll gladly kill them all with my bare claws!
~ Exvile
Let Hell be your grave, and the flames of its pit be your tombstone!!
~ Exvile to Zentredi Odai.

Trivia[]

  • He was originally going to be the main villain of his own verse dubbed "The Chaosblade Universe" where he was going to serve that verse's equivalent of Nekrozoth. However, this soon became somewhat ditched due to the creator constantly trying to come up with concepts and ideas for the character.
    • In said verse, he was going to be a minion or "Champion" to Powermonger's other older villain, Vilanus. There was also a concept of Exvile betraying Vilanus using a medallion, a McGuffin of sorts, that drains him of his powers.
  • His name is a combination of two words, being "Exile" and "Vile", fitting for his character of being a vile entity exiled from his community for his actions.
  • His attire is slightly based on the common outfits Dragon Ball's Gods of Destructions wear, and some of his characteristics were somewhat inspired by Deathwing the Destroyer from Warcraft.
    • Another fact, he is also inspired by Jiren's foe mentioned in the Dragon ball Super anime and manga, with his connections with his archfoe being strikingly based on Jiren's backstory.
