Farmer Felix is a supporting antagonist in Playtime with Percy, created by Fazie Funbear. He was made as Rowen Rat's replacement as an entertainer at Percy's Playhouse, and was programmed to be able to play Simon Says. After the restaurant closes down, a Pal Percy takes control of his and his fellow robots to hunt down the night guard.

Appearance[]

Farmer Felix is a pale brown, bipedal animatronic ferret with small black eyes and white pupils. His nose, inner ears and fingertips are pink, while his stomach, the top of his muzzle and underside of his tail are light brown. He has black, Z-shaped eyebrows, black beard stubble, and a red cap with two gold Ps inside a yellow circle in the middle. He wears green overalls with yellow buttons and a darker green pouch, and brown boots with three pairs of broad black straps. His hands and the lower halves of his fingers are black, resembling fingerless gloves.

Biography[]

After Rowen Rat was decommissioned for repeated malfunctioning, Farmer Felix was created as his replacement, with Rowen's legs being taken and given to him during his creation. Some time later, he was programmed to be able to play Simon Says with kids visiting the establishment, though this caused him to start acting strangely. After Percy's Playhouse closed down, a man named Nick was hired to watch over the place until the robots could be sold off. During the week, Nick's Pal Percy virtual pet took control of all the robots in the building, sending them after his owner to keep him at Percy's forever.

After Monday night, Nick is tasked with selling off the robots online, looking for an offer that matches the price listed for them, during which Felix is sold for $700. He first activates on Tuesday night, where he'll walk by the window in the player's office. His eye color will be either red, yellow, green or blue, and the player must click on the corresponding color on a panel in the top left of the office before he can pass by to prevent his attack. If the wrong color is chosen or he walks past the window fully, he'll shut off power to the building and attack moments later, his eyes flashing in the four aforementioned colors as he does so.

At the end of Thursday night, Felix will walk past the window once more, but this time will start to malfunction when he reaches the middle before falling to the ground. He's then taken to the repair room where Nick must fix him while the Playful Poodles start climbing on him and must be shooed away. After unscrewing a panel in the back of his head, the player must fix all four systems in his programming. The top left requires three types of gears - red, yellow and blue - to be put into knobs of the same color, which must be done three times. The bottom left has a crank that needs to be turned to fill up a power bar without overheating it. The top right needs the player to match certain actions to each other by matching the numbers on top of each action. Finally, the bottom right requires the player to fix Felix's eyesight by playing Simon Says with four blinking colored squares, with the pattern getting increasingly complex.

After Friday night, Felix is absent, having been sold to his new owner. In the game's credits, he can be seen in a photo as the new mascot of a mini golf attraction, looking rather unhappy, with "Hole-In-One" written in black marker underneath.

Trivia[]

He was once of the last characters added to the game.
Like the other robots, he was planned at some point to be present in the final battle against Pal, though was ultimately getting replaced with the Pal Poodles and Tama-Terrors.
He was one of the hardest characters to program as his A.I would frequently break, with his description in the bonuses menu noting how fitting it is considering he's always breaking down.
In an older design, he had two carrots in his overall pocket and smoked a large cigar.
Originally Percy Poodle, Charlie Cat and Rowen Rat were going to be the only three enemies, with Farmer Felix and Mother Moose getting added in later.
In early concept notes, there was going to be a possum animatronic that functioned similarly to Rowen, which may have been the inspiration behind Felix.
An older version of his repair segment had the player complete a game of whack-a-mole in his system, though it was cut for feeling dumb and being too difficult to program.
His original mechanic was to appear on either side of the office, though this was scrapped for not making much sense.
Originally, he was just going to shut off the cameras rather than the whole building's power.
