Ferdinand von Bernard is the overarching antagonist of An Undeniably Canon Five Nights at Freddy's Timeline by The ooftroop. He is an attempt to make the most realistic animatronic bear imaginable but gained sentience and cosmic power beyond human understanding, and wanders Utah altering reality to his whim and killing people in the woods and taking revenge in his creators.

He is one of the two overarching antagonists (alongside Crying Child) of Part 1 and the overarching antagonist/protagonist of Part 2.

Biography[]

Part 1[]

After being created by William Afton and Henry Emily, Ferdinand wandered around Hurricane, Utah before murdering and consuming a local restaurant owner and fleeing town.

Later, when William was testing Michael with the Nightmare animatronics, Ferdinand appeared in his true form and tried to kill Michael to get revenge on William, only for Michael to outsmart him. After failing to kill Michael, Ferdinand left to wander Utah more.

He is then seen at the end where he appears behind the person that The ooftroop was talking to before the video ends.

Part 2[]

The video opens with the reveal that Ferdinand had only arrived to sit in a chair. He agrees to sit still while The ooftroop explains the story to him and the person.

His face is then seen multiple times in the video and changes the story of Sister Location to the bad ending.

He is also seen later, after he killed and eaten Jeremy Fitzgerald I.

He is last seen in the fire.

Part 3[]

After the fire killed William Afton, Henry Emily, and the rest of the spirits (minus Eleanor Schmidt), Micheal Afton took control over the entirety of Fazbear Entertainment.

Ferdinand, having grown a resentment for the company of his creators, united all of bear kind under his leadership and waged a war against Fazbear Entertainment.

However the war began to fall out of Ferdinand’s favor so he sent himself and the rest of bear kind to an alternate reality where they would remain until the time was right.

Trivia[]

He is one of the most pivotal antagonists of the series, as his actions are what led William and Henry to found Fazbear Entertainment, which would ultimately lead William to being a serial killer.
His name is meant to be a more complicated variation of "Fredbear".
