This version of Walter C. Dornez is a major character in Team Four Star's Hellsing Ultimate Abridged serving as a minor character in Episode 1, a major protagonist in Episodes 2, 3, 4, and 5 and a major antagonist in Episodes 8, 9, and 10. He is the butler to the Hellsing Organization and a former Vampire Hunter who betrays Hellsing and joins Millennium to kill Alucard, ironically becoming part vampire himself.
Biography[]
Walter and Alucard originally were part of Operation: Kraut Control, in which a teenage Walter and a female Alucard defeated Millennium, however Walter harbored feelings for Alucard in his female form that he was never able to act on when Alucard took his normal male form. Walter was later sent on vacation by Richard Hellsing so that he could kill Integra after he poisoned his brother Arthur to usurp his position as leader of the Hellsing Organization but Arthur passed it on to Integra rather than him. However Integra releases Alucard and kills her uncle Richard. Walter is often seen by Integra's side, answering to her every command. Walter informs Integra of Alexander Anderson's interference in Alucard's mission as she goes to confront Anderson. Water, with help from Seras Victoria also defeat Jan Valentine and his ghouls when him and his brother, Luke Valentine attack Hellsing HQ. Later on as Integra is briefing the Wild Geese, Walter hands her a letter from Enrico Maxwell and is present next to her during their meeting. Later Walter, in a plan to send Alucard to Brazil to find more on Millennium, Walter tells Alucard that he has vacation days and tells him that Integra told him not to go to Brazil (knowing that Alucard would disobey her) as Alucard takes Seras Victoria and Pip Bernadotte to Brazil and is asked by Integra when Alucard slaughters members of the Brazil police sent by Tubalcain Alhambra how many casualties they can expect, to which Walter replies "the Alucard amount". Walter is later present when Hellsing and the Iscariots meet with the Queen in which he is surprised by Schrödinger's sudden appearance because of the guards they had stationed (it is implied Alucard killed them by mistake) and is later seen with the Roundtable as they attempt to retake a ship that has been taken over by Millennium forces lead by Rip Van Winkle. Later Walter and Alucard have a talk about how excited Alucard is to fight Millennium again and later brings up the possibility of using the blackbird against the captured ship. Walter once again accompanies Integra when Millennium begins their attack and kills a group of undercover Millennium forces before Integra and Walter take their leave. Walter attempts to drive Integra back to Hellsing HQ, only for the road to be blocked by flames as The Captain emerges from the inferno. Walter exits the car to face The Captain as Integra drives away. Walter attempts to use his wires against The Captain who proceeds to grab them as The Major arrives in his Zeppelin and Walter is enveloped by the Zeppelin's spotlights. Later after Alucard defeats Anderson, Anderson goes to tell Alucard how he made peace with his demons but before he can, Walter, now looking much younger, steps on Anderson's remains, much to Alucard's anger. Walter then reveals that he has betrayed Hellsing much to both Integra and Alucard's shock and anger. Suddenly Yumie Takagi dashes towards Walter who proceeds to effortlessly tear her apart with his wires before he and Alucard face off as Integra and Seras board The Major's Zeppelin. The brutal battle wages on as Alucard is nearly outmatched by Walter, who seemingly kills Alucard's dog and subdues him. However when Walter stabs what he believes to be Alucard, he is shocked when it is revealed that Alucard switched places with the soul of Luke Valentine, as Alucard, now in his female form, attacks Walter from behind as Walter's now unstable form de-ages him into a teenager as Alucard mockingly calls him "Jolly Wally", and tells Walter that he knows about the feelings he had for his female form as he further mocks him as Walter angrily asks why Alucard can't take the fight seriously to which Alucard responds by saying that it's what Walter wants and he refuses to give it to him. Their fight continues as Alucard begins to absorb more souls to use against Walter. However unbeknownst to Alucard, he is playing right into The Major's hands, as waves of blood from the souls he is absorbing fill London's streets, on a nearby roof Schrödinger decapitates himself, with his corpse falling into the blood river. Alucard prepares to continue fighting Walter, however he stops and suddenly asks himself if he is a bad person before vanishing as Walter bursts into tears and laments on the people he has betrayed and how he threw everything away just to face Alucard. Suddenly Walter is shot out of nowhere as Heinkel Wolfe emerges from the shadows, enraged at Walter for killing Yumie, whom she was in a relationship with, rather than fight back, Walter cites his situation as a traitors death and accepts his fate as Heinkel aims her gun at Walter and shoots him in the head, killing him.

Walter is also featured in the non canon Christmas Special, where he acts as the narrator of the story.
