| “ | Flippy: We? *He pulls Petey up next to him* You thought we were going to get the power together?
Flippy: HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!! Petey: hehe, why are you not sharing the power, I’M THE REASON YOU GOT THE ORB!!!! Flippy: Just because you helped me doesn’t mean you treated me well, you treated me like a military experiment. You were so power hungry you put me down as if I didn't have literal superpowers!!! Petey: But what makes you better? Flippy: The thing is that I don’t brag about my stupid achievements, making me better than you. You are a SAD PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR AN INVENTOR. I will explain that, in a musical number. |

| ~ Flippy revealing his true colours towards Petey |
Flippy the Fish is the main antagonist of The Dogman Movie 2: Chaos Unleashed, as well as one of two overarching antagonists (Alongside Blank Slate) in The Dogman Show.
He started off as a typical fish before accidentally overdosing on Supa Brain Dots: A product that makes you smarter but also more agressive, he would also join forces with Petey in order to find an orb of unlimited power. Despite seeming to keep a calm and composed personality on the surface: He is a highly unstable and thinks highly of himself, however unlike Petey, he is better at manipulating people and shows his actions rather then telling.
Since he originates from a written story, he has no canonical voice. But if he had one, he would be voiced by Brendan Blaber, who also voiced Mr. Puzzles in SMG4
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Flippy never had a good life, he never had parents growing up as they left him the second he was born. While in school, he would always been forgotten about. However he did have one friend: A rock named Dwayne. He would then get captured by workers at Penelope's Pets, being put in a tank with other fish. In the tank, Flippy would go on a power trip, leading him to develop a fondness for Treasure Chests, before being moved to the Evil Pets section of the store.
Being taken by Dogman for Chief[]
One day, Dogman would come in and buy Flippy as a birthday gift for Chief. The next day, Chief would get Flippy, who he liked. He would place Flippy down on a table, with him also placing his lidless Supa Brain Dots on a closet, causing it to fall and spill into Flippy's bowl, turning him into a super intelligant freak.
Meeting Petey[]
Flippy would disguise himself to make sure no one regonizes him. He would find a hospital themed after a Treasure Chest and would enter, demanding for the treasure chest. After the Doctor said there wasn't one, he would beat him up. A cat named Petey however stated he had the key to ultimate power. Flippy would take Petey back to his lab and would learn the Compass he had lead to a powerful orb known as the The Orb of the Physchokinetic. The two would go on a race to get the orb while Dogman and Petey tried to catch them. During the chase, they would collect the four Crystal Keys. Overtime however, Flippy would get more and more tired of Petey's pretentious attitude. Leading to him betraying Petey once he got ahold of the Orb.
Attacking Okhay Ville and Death[]
Flippy would return to Okhay Ville and use his powers to bring PETEY Bots and the Petey Mech back to life. Dogman and his friends would try to fight it off, with Chief successfully pushing the Orb out of Flippy. Flippy would still use the back up power source, allowing him to almost kill Dogman and his friends. However, Dogman would use the orbs powers to transport Flippy to a snowy tundra and freeze him to death, before falling over and having his bowl shatter, mangaling his corpes.
Legacy[]
Since he is now dead, Flippy ends up playing a posthumous role. His powers and destruction of Okhay Ville were used as inspiration by Petey for his next few schemes as he became more aware of the power of Physcokinetism. He would steal Flippy's corpse before mangaling it even more, leading to him throwing it in the freezer. However, he would research Physcokinetism even more, eventually attempting to make a time machine, before the core was accidentally broken.
Personality[]
Unlike Petey, Flippy doesn't show his ego. He knows when to remain calm and on the surface he seems like a guy who shows his intelligance then tell everyone about it. But underneath his cold and caluculated facade, he is a man who wants the world to fear him. He thinks the world doesn't deserve to live based off how he was treated.
