FokaJoga, also known as Foka, is a supporting character in Topcraft and a supporting antagonist in the second season of Utopia.

He was the officer of Topcity and one of the member of PSI, but after Apuh disappear, he became the mayor of Topcity and installed a dictatorship before being overthrown.In Works.

In Topcraft, he is the titular main protagonist of Foka's Story, the tritagonist of Ayu's Story, the tertagonist of Apuh's Story, the tertagonist-turned-secondary antagonist of Ralls' Story, the pentagonist of Nogal's Story, a major antagonist in Lggj's Story, and a recurring character in other stories.
