Franjrill Tobias Atticorish II (or known by his god-like entity forme, The Arrow Bird) is the overarching (yet primary) antagonist in the parodied series of the famous franchise Power Rangers, Mighty Morphin' Anime Rangers (Jake's version). Atticorish is a madman whom's face is hiding behind is his real identity as a Bird-like deity, was once a student of the evil lord from the underworld, Hades, the arch-nemesis of the Anime Rangers (Eijiro (mostly), Tsubaki, Asta, Akko, and Zenitsu), and the primary archenemy of Izuku, who was responsible for his brainwash of becoming the KuroMidori Ranger.
He was once born a deity who the appearance of a bird, hungers for power and destruction before his powers were taken and sealed away by a crystallized god named Kryston. After becoming a human he was taken in by Hades to study upon his research of creating the Black Serum, a serum that holds the great power of unlimited Dark Matter and Immortality. The latter would betray and kill Hades to gain the serum, drink it, and become all powerful. Later gaining the title, "The Apprentice of Hades".
He had conquered most planets while destroyed others, committing genocide to its specimen and its living beings. He is also responsible for Marielle's tragedy of her parents' death, manipulated her mind via brainwashing and not only made her a servant whom fight for his bidding but also a slave to please his lust.
He'd also found a way to turn living beings he'd once killed to turn them into monstrous forms called "Kaijin" in order to manipulate their minds into doing his bidding, which he would later entrust it to one of his generals, Skavdish, into making the Kaijin useful to kill the Anime Rangers and bring despair and destruction on innocence.
He would later become The Arrow Bird, his true form, in order for his research of finding the Time Portal to re-create the universe and change history where everywhere in the world can be transcended as hell where he rules supreme. He is also one of the leaders of the Doomsday Alliance.
Personality[]
Franjrill is a sophisticated and power-hungry individual who seeks to gain power through conquest and destruction, at first when he turned human after losing to Kryston and taken in by Hades, he begins his studies with him and constantly admires his intelligence. However, his admiration for Hades was merely a facade since he doesn't approve of Hades not interested of using his latest project, The Black Serum, to spread chaos around the universe. Disappointed and enraged with the decision of making sure the Black Serum is not used for evil, He simply kills Hades without the slightest of regret and betrays him.
Ever since with gaining his abilities from drinking the Black Serum, Franjrill went mad, turning into this malevolent, inhuman, vicious, remorseless, cruel, and heartless warlord whom destroyed countless planets and conquered some of them in order to spread his rule of power and dominate those who defy him.
He sees nothing in every living being except finds them inferior and enjoys their suffering, despair, and sadness when he violated them via murder and torture, same goes for those who became his slaves and prisoners.
However, despite his cruel actions, when it comes to battles and planning he attempts to be calm and cunning, he is proven to be very intellect when it comes to murdering someone or attempt to stop intruders from getting something back he stole of what was needed for his ideals, same with prisoner escapes and battle strategies.
But when he laid eyes on Marielle, he didn't feel any love except for the deadliest sin of lust but sees potential of making her a pawn and slave. Because of that reason he conquered Marielle's world and killed her parents, the latter would brainwash and manipulate Marielle, making her an official servant who'll fight anyone to make sure they don't interfere while she also serve as Franjrill's slave who'll serve him. Franjrill has no remorse for ruining Marielle's life and sees nothing in her but somewhat of a tool use to please his desire, making sure she knows her role in his gain: "a sl*t".
He also seems to have hold an intensive grudge against the Anime Rangers, however, he finds some admiration in Eijiro's spirit and strength. But it would've been said if he had real respect or praise for him, but plotted to make Eijiro his surpassing pupil and uses this advantage to commit one of the most horrible acts as he can such as Blackmailing Akko into being with him and attempts to make her have sex with him and killing off Zenitsu before Kryston revives him. The real reason for that is to make Eijiro embrace his hatred and wrath just like how Franjrill describes himself as: An heartless madman whom uses what's left in his calmness alongside his wrath towards others, violating them under the process, making sure they know their place into serving him well into succeeding his ideals, even if it meant using such violence no one will soon have a right to speak. This is considered something Kryston fears the most if Eijiro never listen well to his advice when it comes to his loved ones being harmed, the result could come out with Eijiro becoming like how Franjrill is.
He seems to also enjoy toying with others' lives when it comes to his brainwashing abilities, such as making those betray their loved ones and destroy their own homes, ruining their lives indirectly and enjoys seeing his brainwashed victims getting blamed for something they don't remember doing or never meant to do. He never takes full responsibility for the lives he ruined. Especially towards Marielle when she was forced to have sex with him and made her kill thoses during her fights.
If there was one horrible act he felt remorseless the most, was that he used the dead bodies of the people he murdered for an experimentation, reviving the ones he killed through an unethical experiment that could transform them into a monstrous organism called "Kaijins". The bodies he stole were from the graveyard of the planets he conquered, not caring if the families and friends of his victims fall into despair of their now dead loved ones taken away, breaking their souls into misery. It gets worse for the Kaijins he created when he manipulates their minds, making sure to never remember their loved ones again in order for his creations to serve him well and even when they are destroyed by the Rangers. This shows how cruel and inhuman Franjrill could be.
Later when he becomes the Arrow Bird, it's revealed that both Franjrill and the Arrow Bird themselves are actually two people in one soul, making them dissociative. However, they never mattered about that fact since they both come to an agreement where they both want the same thing, the latter would later on co-operate into succeeding in rewriting history where hell is everywhere and ultimately kill their archnemesis, Eijiro Kirishima.

- Franjrill Atticorish is considered to be the more darker counterpart of Lord Zedd from the original Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers.
- Because for differences, Zedd was a serious villain at first not before he fell in love with Rita via a love spell and had some comedic features, while Atticorish on the other hand is very serious and does not genuinely love Marielle but lusts to deflower and violate her beauty.
- His arrow tattoos are given a similarity to Aang from Avatar: The Last Airbender while his Arrow Bird form quitely resembles Medusa Gorgon's Arrows from Soul Eater.
- Franjrill might serve as a foil to Eijiro Kirishima, the only thing they have in common are they're pride and the people they admired, Eijiro admires Red Riot and becomes someone who'll be strong, while Atticorish is amused with Hades' studies but the latter betrayed and killed him because he finds Hades too overexaggerated to not even take matters into his own hands. However, when Atticorish provoked Eijiro after telling him about Marielle's past and how he made her a sex slave, Eijiro loses control over his quirk and becomes enraged, this reminds of Atticorish of how he first reacted when Hades refuses to use the Black Serum to destroy all life and killed him under the process. The wrath was something Kryston taught Eijiro to never give into because he knew this was the kind of reaction Atticorish wants that would corrupt Eijiro to the dark side; This proves Franjrill is a someone Eijiro could've become if let his pride get to him and embrace his anger, therefore it also serves as a warning and a lesson Kryston taught Eijiro about, because if Eijiro loses who he is because of wanting power, He could've end up like Franjrill.
- With Mighty Morphin' Anime Rangers portrayed as a parody but the series itself is original. Franjrill Atticorish was never based on any original Power Ranger villain, therefore isn't a Parody/Homage and making him an original character despite he was viewed as Lord Zedd's counterpart that was deemed Pure Evil than him.
