Franklin Wilson is the main antagonist of the Vyond short film Man Arrested For Reckless Driving On The Freeway by J0rdIToonZStation.
He is a reckless driver who causes mayhem in GoAnimate City with his car and is on high speed chase with the police, killing anyone who attempts to arrest him. However, thanks to the help of superheroes and their dragons, his car would get destroyed, leaving Franklin to be arrested and sent to prison for the rest of his life for his crimes until his execution date.

Franklin Wilson is an overweight man with short brown hair and a beard, as well as freckles and sharp teeth. He wears a dark blue shirt, gray pants and brown shoes.
Personality[]
Franklin Wilson is a very reckless and careless individual who doesn't hesitate to drive around GoAnimate City anywhere as he wants, not showing care to anything on his path such as other cars, causing several accidents and chaos around him as long as he wants. He is also very persistent as he refuses to be stopped easily, shooting police officers down with his pistol and resuming his driving, to the point it even required superheroes to stop his rampage.
Biography[]
One day, in GoAnimate City, J0rdI is told by his friend Simon that a man was recklessly driving around and causing mayhem in the town. Due to how dangerous the situation seemed to be, he, along one of his friends, became superheroes and went after the man.
Meanwhile, Franklin Wilson is seen being chased by the police on the freeway. When they order him to stop his car, he refuses and continues to drive as there is no hiding spot available for him. As he does, he crashes through a car, almost killing it's driver. The police catches up and attempts to arrest him, only for Franklin to shoot them dead with his pistol and get back in his car. An old man then berates Franklin for nearly killing his granddaughter and that he will sue him for it, only for both of them to get run over as Franklin drives away once more, destroying a bus as he does so, presumably killing everyone in it.
Two sheriffs attempt to break down his car window, but to no avail as the car speeds away. As the chase continues, the police is accompanied by J0rdl and his friend, now superheroes. However, Franklin would still not give up and start insulting them, but his attempts of outrunning the authorities would come to an end when the superheroes use their dragons and their superpowers to destroy his car, flinging it away as it crashes down on the ground, ultimately destroying it. With Franklin's car now destroyed, he is finally arrested for his crimes and thrown into prison for the rest of his life until his execution date.

- Due to being sentenced to death with his execution sent on an unknown date, it is possible that Franklin Wilson was executed off-screen as he never appeared in other videos afterwards.
