Freakachu is an antagonist in the Friday Night Funkin' mod, Friday Night Funkin' Lullaby. It is Red's Pikachu and an enemy in the song Frostbite.

Biography[]

Prior to Frostbite[]

Freakachu was a normal Pikachu and one of Red's Pokémon that went with him at the top of Mount Silver. However, due to the cold and the snow, Red's Pokémon slowly started dying by frostbite and decomposed, leaving only Freakachu barely alive, but heavily damaged.

Frostbite[]

Freakachu doesn't appear for at least half of the song. When Red throws the Pokéball containing, Freakachu comes out screaming, before Red's true decayed appearance is revealed. During the other half of the song, Freakachu will occasionally use Pain Split and bite himself, causing Blake's health to decrease. After beating the song, the screen goes black, the player can hear Freakachu attack Blake and killing him before jumpscaring the player.

Appearance[]

Freakachu appears to be heavily decomposed Pikachu, having turned white as a result of frostbite and also suffered huge physical damage. It is completely lacking eyes, leaving behind large empty eye sockets, with the rest of its face having a menacing grin, showing its sharp teeth. Freakachu also is missing its left ear and right arm, as well the skin and muscle of its right leg, leaving only the bone, and also missing a part of its tail and various portions of its skin, showing decaying muscles and organs underneath.

Trivia[]

Even though Freakachu uses Pain Split in both the original Creepypasta and the mod, Pikachu has never been able to learn Pain Split.
Freakachu attacks Blake at the end of the song "Frostbite", tearing off his remaining limbs and eye, the result of which is shown later in Monochrome.
Though Freakachu wasn't the responsible for Red's appearance in the original Creepypasta, it may be responsible for his sudden change in the mod.
Freakachu's Pokédex entry is the one for Pikachu in Pokémon Yellow.
It's possible that Freakachu was partly responsible for alot of the decay or was eating at the corpses for food or warmth as he's the only outright evil thing.
