Frisk is the main antagonist of the fanmade Undertale comic Unbreakable, created by TheJessofMess.
While in most Undertale interpretations Frisk is mostly portrayed as a hero or a protagonist, this version of Frisk is a full blown villain in the comic.
They are the Eighth human to fall into the Underground and is the archenemy of Sans.
Appearance[]
Frisk is a child with shoulder length hair. They wear a turtleneck long-sleeved striped shirt with shorts.
Frisk mostly has their eyes closed/squinted. However, they are capable of fully opening them. At times they also show a wicked grin.
Personality[]
In the eyes of the monsters (except Sans), Frisk is a kind-hearted child who wishes to help free the monsters. They can be lively and playful, given how they are seen talking to Monster kid and Undyne. They also seem to be selfless, as they chose to stay Underground rather than killing Asgore and using his soul to return to the surface.
However, it is later revealed that this is a facade they use to gain the monsters' trust. In reality, Frisk is a psychopathic, sinister, selfish and manipulative megalomaniac who only helps others for their own benefit. They are bored and want something new in life. By doing that, they travel through the Underground and go through routes.
They have gone through many runs before their current Pacifist run. Prior to this, they had done the Genocide Route and killed the monsters that stood in their way. Even on the Pacifist Route, Frisk is still trigger-happy and wants to cause harm to others. They enjoyed the pain they brought to Flowey and his sanity at one point in their run, adding to their selfishness.
Frisk is highly arrogant and narcissistic, as they believe they are above consequences and deserves no karma for their actions. This is shown when Sans brings up not being able to judge Frisk due to them having gained no LV or EXP (because they are a "pacifist") Frisk screams and lashes out at Sans, pointing out his faults while ignoring their own. This makes them a hypocrite.
Frisk seems to very much dislike Sans due to him remembering the events of the Genocide Run, as they believe he will cause problems for them on their Pacifist Run. As a result, they use this to their advantage and torture him whenever given the opportunity. They even make threats towards him to keep his mouth shut about their true behavior or else they will hurt someone they care about, such as Papyrus. It is heavily implied that Frisk would not hesitate to kill Sans if they weren't doing a Pacifist Route.
It is revealed later on in the comic that Frisk is corrupting monsters into doing their bidding, such as Toriel and recently Grillby. It is currently unknown what they intend to with the monsters they've brainwashed, but Frisk is only making them eavesdrop on Sans and to let them know if he is planning something against them.
Trivia[]
- At first, fans who reviewed the comic thought Chara was responsible for Frisk's behavior, as in most fan made comics/stories of Undertale. TheJessofMess dis-confirmed this, as Frisk is truly the villain in this story. Jess also claimed that since this hasn't been done before, and he wanted his comic to be more unique.
- It is unknown how Frisk can summon knives and change their LV from 1 to 20 and back at will.
