Freddy Fazbear, later known as Future Freddy, is the main antagonist of the fifth Fazbear and Friends episode: Extermination and the overarching antagonist of Season 2's first episode: Death By Mimic.

He is an alternate future self of the present-day Freddy who, after losing everything by choosing quantity over quality due to deciding to go back to shorts travels back in time with a time machine that he brought from Walmart to convince his past self and his friends to kill all the non-FNaF characters that he claims would "end the world", and so that they wouldn't suffer the same fate as he did.

He is voiced by Jarret Griffis.

Biography[]

Backstory[]

Freddy Fazbear was the protagonist of his series Fazbear & Friends, and together with his friends, they made several shorts to increase the popularity of the show, however, they felt that fans missed the music videos, so they decided to bring back the music and leave the shorts aside.

Over the years, he made several music videos that became huge hits, with over YouTube views and favorable positive comments, but one fateful day, after the success of "Happy Place" Caine of The Amazing Digital Circus, suggested they make a sequel to Wacky World where there is more than there can be, but Freddy didn't like the idea since his last music video cost over $ 100.00 to make, to everyone's surprise, when Bendy asked him if there was another way to lower the budgets, Freddy said they'll go back to shorts, to everyone's disappointment, Freddy told everyone that they shouldn't risk spending so much money on music videos and that it was time to go back to shorts.

Unfortunately, after making that drastic decision, many shorts such as "Digital Circus vs Fazbear and Friends", "Skibidi Toilet vs Jumbo Josh's Twin Sister" and "Bendy's Uncle Felipe vs Mosquito Brothers" were not well received and the series became a resounding failure as they began to lose glory, respect and fame, many of the comments on YouTube had a very bad opinion of the series and wanted them to make music again, however Freddy was left with nothing to do, until in 2099 a new short called "Mosquito Brothers vs Mister Quantum" was going to be released and therefore, Freddy decided that the only way to prevent the series from failing, is to kill hundreds of characters that are not FNaF, to prevent the decline of the series.

So he stopped by Walmart and bought a time machine, which allowed him to travel back in time and force his past self to follow in his own footsteps.

Episode 5: Extermination[]

Upon returning to the past, Freddy arrived at the meeting that was taking place about returning to the shorts, and warned the Fazbear gang that their world will collapse if they do not return to their worlds, Caine replied that they do not know how to return to their commands, to which Freddy took out a gun and shot him in the head, causing fear to the cast of TADC and those who tried to escape, only to be shot down by Freddy, Freddy of the present asked him about what he had done, he told him that he was saving his world and that the only way to prevent the collapse of his universe is to kill all the IPs that did not belong here, Freddy of the present was tempted to such an act of genocide and accepted, he asked him how much time they have, to which Freddy told him that they will have five nights to do the job.

After several murders of several IPs from the Fazbear & Friends universe, the police forces arrived at the pizzeria, since Freddy of the present was being held hostage by Baldi, Caine and Bendy, Future Freddy explained the situation to Bonnie, Chica and Foxy, and ordered them to turn off the lights and execute the last IPs, when they finished their work, the animatronics realized that Baldi was still alive but dying, when Baldi died, Freddy asked Future Freddy what they had done, then Future Freddy told them that they had already fulfilled the mission of killing everyone for real, this caused the animatronics to become desperate after the deception, Freddy called Future Freddy a monster, and he replied that he is a monster who condemned everyone to a miserable future, and showed him the decision Freddy made about returning to the shorts, then he told them everything about the decline of the series and how he decided to travel to that time to commit the massacre, the animatronics began to attack but Future Freddy outnumbered them and told them that their mission here was over.

When he was about to return to his timeline, he sees that his time machine had disappeared, and he saw Freddy who stole his machine while they were beating him, he told him that his future self has nothing to lose, Future Freddy, desperate and horrified, told him not to do anything to return to his past, warning him that he can do whatever he wants but not to bring back the IPs not belonging to FNaF, however, Freddy commented that money does not matter, but the quality and popularity of the series, they will no longer continue making shorts and that they will focus solely on their series that they do not want to know anything about the Mosquito Brothers, then Freddy sent his future self back to his world and decided to return to his time to save the universe.

Upon returning to the past, Freddy and his friends warned everyone that the world was ending and that they were going to save it, he explained in detail about the massacre that would occur but that he would soon lay a mine that his future self would step on and fix the future, Freddy put the mine on the table and wished them good luck before Future Freddy appeared, but upon stepping on the mine, he barely realized he had stepped on it, and was destroyed in an explosion, which caused the past versions of the Fazbear gang to disappear to the confusion of the current gang. Freddy, having learned his lesson, destroys future Freddy's time-traveling device so that none of this can ever happen again.

Future Freddy eventually reconciled with the Mosquito Brothers, founding a new production company: Mosquito Entertainment.

Appearance[]

Physically he looks just like Freddy except he has a slight beard and one of his eyes has a red pupil and black retina, he wears an outfit similar to an FBI agent however he has a metal arm and his other arm has some metal on it as well, and what looks to be gun ammo around his neck.

Personality[]

This version of Freddy is much more serious and dark than his original counterpart, he doesn't show any comedic moments, and he has an irrational hatred towards IPs other than FNaF, which is why after the failure of Fazbear & Friends in his universe, he became more bitter and lost all his emotions in the process, which led him to become a time killer.

On the other hand, he believes that the best way to prevent each Fazbear & Friends universe from collapsing is to send all the other IPs to their home universe, when in reality, it is only to kill them all to undo the decline of the series and convince his present self to follow in his footsteps, this is also explained by Future Freddy himself, that with the other IPs dead, the world would be left in devastation.
