General King Ghidorah (simply known as "General" and later known as "Mecha-King Ghidorah") is an antagonist in Godzilla: Cataclysmic Kaiju Combat. He is the son of Lord Ghidorah, the grandson of Keizer Ghidorah, and the great-grandson of Grand King Ghidorah.
Biography[]
Past[]
In the past, General was abused by his father in order to he "shaped" into a true general for their army. This caused General to develop a deep hatred for his father, as well as a desire to take control of the army for himself.
Earth Invasion[]
In 1991, General was tasked with killing Godzilla, and he went to do just that. He was a bit disappointed that the task, to him, was "simple", but he would soon find out that trying to kill the King of the Monsters was not as simple as he thought it would be, as Godzilla withstood his gravity beams, and charged into him. Godzilla then grabbed General's two tails, and repeatedly lifted him up and swung him back down to the ground with a lot of force. Finally, Godzilla finished General off by decapitating the three-headed servant's middle head with his atomic breath, forcing General to retreat.
The Xiliens found General King Ghidorah and turned him into a cyborg that they called, "Mecha-King Ghidorah". The aliens then sent General to kill Godzilla again. Godzilla was located in a nearby city, and General went to confront the King a second time. This time, General had better luck with his new equipment, as his middle head was replaced by a mechanical head that could shoot an anti-gravity beam, which was more affective than his gravity beams. His other new attack was his most deadly one: the Machine Hand. Using this, he held Godzilla in place and shocked him with millions of volts. However, the enraged G-Man broke free from the Machine Hand, and proceeded to lift General up and throw him into a building before blasting the general's chest armor with his atomic breath.
Heavily injured, General retreated again, dodging Godzilla's atomic breath on the way, not knowing that the worse was about to come. The mechanical general flew into outer space and bumped into a familiar trio of faces, it was his father, Lord Ghidorah, who actually observed the fight and saw that his son lost. Due to his constant failure, Lord Ghidorah lashed out as his son, calling him a disgrace to their kind. Having enough with his father's abusive behavior towards him, General retaliated with gravity beams. Enraged that his own son would attack him, Lord Ghidorah started up a fight with General. Determined to kill his father and take the army for himself, General came up with strategies to outsmart the Lord, such as hitting his wings with gravity beams and biting his necks from behind. However Lord Ghidorah saw through his son tactics, and managed to avoid his attacks and then he proceeded to beat him to the brink of death. When General was injured enough, and struggling to breath, Lord Ghidorah decided to his death as slow and agonizing as possible, by biting him and absorbing his energy. After General finally died, Lord Ghidorah ate most of his son's corpse before leaving the remains for any scavengers.
Resurrection[]
In 2021, two years after Lord Ghidorah died, an organization known as "Apex Cybernetics" found the skull of General's middle head, and used it to make a new weapon. Godzilla sensed this, and went to attack several facilities.
Meanwhile, King Kong was taken out of his sanctuary and was being carried out to sea on an aircraft carrier, with several other battleships sailing with him. The crew with Kong including a little Iwi girl named "Jia", who could communicate with Kong by using sign language. Later, the ships encountered Godzilla, who sliced them in half with his dorsal plates. Battleships and military vehicles starting firing at Godzilla, and Kong covered his ears, due to the noise being too loud, and sensing danger approaching, he tried desperately to break the chains and free himself. Soon, Godzilla reached Kong, but swam downwards. Kong roared, and Godzilla responded by toppling the ship over, causing Kong to fall into the water. The giant gorilla tried again and again to resurface and breathe, but the chains were too tight. It wasn't until the chains were unlocked when Kong finally got free, but he was completely out of his element, and Godzilla, being a sea monster, at the field advantage. The underwater fight raged on until Kong grabbed Godzilla hands, and when Godzilla was trying to bite Kong, Kong headbutted him and kicked him away before climbing onto the ship, tired. Unfortunately, Kong still had to keep moving, and seeing other boats, Kong jumped from boat to boat, with Godzilla chasing after him.
