Biography[]
When we first meet him, he is a Military Chief offering house tours. Boris takes Caillou and Rosie after Caillou told Boris that two children are required per person to go to the tour. He shows off that he is such a good soldier even winning an Oscar in being one. He even keeps heads of people he's killed, most of those being in the war against ISIS in Afghanistan. During the tour he shows off his guns and explains he quit the military because "killing isn't his character" which is a lie. He admits that he is a military owner and he just has his employees do all the work for him.
After Caillou and Boris meet his best employee, Brenan, he shows off his bedroom and then takes Caillou on the rest of the tour while Boris looks around his bedroom. When the alarms sound after Boris kills Port's wife, he tells Brenan to get everyone to evacuate his house and throws Caillou out the window. When Port goes to investigate his room, he has his gun and Boris gets into a fight with him. The fight causes a lot of damage to his bedroom resulting in explosions and platforms breaking.
Moments after the fight ends, we see Port mourn the loss of his wife, and declares war against Boris. He goes to his computer to track down where Boris is. Once Boris' location was found, military tanks confronted Boris, Caillou, and Rosie. One of the tanks fires at innocent people and a war is caused. We see Port's men start to kill many innocent people and take them into custody, while this is going on he surrounds three people demanding to know where Boris is. He placed microchips into his soldiers bodies and ordered them to kill the so-called "criminals" for "treason against America" or else he would kill them. He kills one to send the message to Brenan after he stands up to him. Port also killed Boris' daughter, Rosie who is a young child out of revenge.
Port realizes he didn't kill Boris, because someone with his same name was in the area and the tracker led to him. The computer has an error which now makes it hard for him to get to Boris. Him and his men break into his house and one of his men tries to shoot Port only for him to kill him. When Boris and Caillou return home, his men start shooting at them when a bunch of soldiers are in Caillou's living room. He tells them to make their own decisions and not to follow orders that shouldn't be followed. He calls his soldiers idiots and tells them to kill Caillou as the instructions say, they refuse and he decides to electrocute them, resulting in their deaths. Port then reveals a backup plan to bomb their house, which Boris and Caillou manage to escape.
Port confronts Boris and Caillou once their house is blown up and tries to kill them, he uses soldiers as well and asks Boris if he lost someone. When Boris tells Port he killed his daughter, he doesn't care and orders his soldiers to kill Caillou, the two manage to escape but that doesn't stop Port from killing more of his men. He kidnaps Boris' nephew and kills him once he finds out where Boris and Caillou are going to go next. It's revealed after this that he was fired from the military after a grenade killed some of his men when fighting in the war against ISIS. This was an accident, but it was a huge mistake and he tried to forget about his past, which is why he said he "wasn't a killing man" earlier in the movie. When he was called out during this flashback, he killed one of his soldiers out of spite just for saying that he didn't understand why he was an Oscar worthy soldier. He was taken to court and the court decided to set him free but also give him mental treatment and he can't work in the army. After trying to kill Boris, which he claimed would be his last murder, he lied and tried killing many other people who were innocent. Brenan and the rest of the army is fed up with Port's actions and decide to stand up to him and stop him once and for all due to the rest of the soldiers being persuaded by Brenan's speech.
When Boris and Caillou find a rest stop while on the road to see his wife, Kayloo, the two of them go to bed and Boris has a nightmare. During the nightmare Caillou and Boris notice a helicopter in the sky, the two attempt to escape they area, Port manages to strangle Caillou and knocks Boris off a cliff. Boris wakes up and realizes this is only a nightmare and Caillou isn't dead. We then see Port walking to where his computers are and kills a soldier for trying to get rid of the device that electrocutes them. He warns Brenan that he can try all he wants, but he'll always keep a close eye on him.
Port tracks down Kayloo's house, Boris and Caillou are there to gather weapons to fight against Port. When he arrives, he kidnaps Caillou to lure Boris to him. On the news, it's reported that a military group has gone out of control and killed over 6000 people in New England. Boris calls the military for help because of Caillou being kidnapped, and offers to help them get out of the mess they are in if they save Caillou. When Port interrogates Caillou, he asks why he's against Boris and not him because he started the whole thing, and believes he's blinded by the love of his father. Caillou is on Boris' side because Boris only killed one person, now Boris's actions aren't justified, but neither is Port's because he killed thousands of people. Port then shows a video to Caillou about Boris talking badly about him on video which breaks Caillou into tears.
With one final confrontation, Caillou shoots Boris and tries killing him because of what he was shown. During the fight as well, Port kills Brenan, his favorite employee and shoots Caillou. After shooting Caillou, he asks Boris why he still loves him while trying to kill him. Once Boris explains why he apologizes to Port, he starts to break down saying he lost everything and that he will go to jail, he didn't even apologize for killing all those people and seemed to only care about him going to jail. Boris then kills Port by shooting his backbone. Port collapses onto the ground dead and Caillou is taken to the Hospital for his injury.
