King Ghidorah (also known as "Ghidorah.EXE") is the titular main antagonist of GHIDORAH.EXE. He is an alternate version of King Ghidorah that comsumed an EXE, becoming an EXE himself and destroying everything in his path.
Biography[]
After a humiliating defeat by Godzilla, Mothra and Anguirus, King Ghidorah retreated to fight another day, but on the way, he encountered a blue EXE who tried possessing the hydra. However, this backfired when Ghidorah consumed the demon and gained control over it and its powers. The three-headed dragon felt power like never before, and he also gained the ability to speak. With these newfound powers, Ghidorah broke free from the Xiliens' control and became his own master.
Godzilla was on the "Earth" field, smashing up tanks and jets, as well as destroying mountains that were in his way. However, his rampage came to a halt when he found loads of destruction not caused by him. The Monster King decided to investigate further, and eventually, he found a mutilated Gezora. Ghidorah (now dubbed "Ghidorah.EXE") suddenly flew in and revealed himself to Godzilla before lunging towards him, causing everything to cut to black before Ghidorah mocks Godzilla, saying that he's ready for another round.
Godzilla woke up on a dark area on Mars. After walking for a bit, Mechagodzilla suddenly showed up and started a fight. Godzilla won, but he was low on health and energy. This would lead to his downfall, as Ghidorah started a second fight, defeating Godzilla before forcibly ripping the king's head off.
Mothra was on Saturn in a desert, getting bombarded by spaceships and tanks. The Goddess fought her way through them easily, but was quickly taken off-guard when Ghidorah.EXE suddenly swooped in and lunged at her. He then taunted the moth, asking if she has lost her way.
Mothra found herself in a dark forest, and as she moved, she saw the decaying corpses of Baragon and Hedorah, along with the rusted remains of Moguera. Mothra continued forward, but eventually stopped as Ghidorah.EXE appeared again, holding Godzilla's head in one of his jaws. When Mothra saw this, she was horrified, shaking in fear. Ghidorah then taunts Mothra again, telling her not to cry because the King is dead and that he's safe from what's next. Suddenly, Mothra flew away and Ghidorah.EXE chased after her. As Mothra flew as fast as she could, trees got in her way, and she used her eye beams to destroy them. Fortunately for her, she successfully escaped the three-headed dragon.
Anguirus was in Neptune where he found a blue city. Anguirus proceeded to walk his way through, fighting off the armies that attacked him. Suddenly, the city changed color from blue to red, then eventually, to black. After that, no armies where encountered. However, Anguirus had one last challenge to face. Gigan charged towards the ankylosaur-like kaiju, and the two began to fight. One new ability that Gigan had was that he had a flamethrower in his mouth that allowed him to breath green fire. Although this new attack did hurt Anguirus a lot, Gigan still lost to the ankylosaur kaiju and died. Shortly after, Ghidorah started chasing Anguirus. Phoenixes, red lizards and hallucinations of Godzilla got in Anguirus' way, but he tore his way through them and outran Ghidorah.EXE.
A final fight was now coming, but with their king dead, it was up to Mothra and Anguirus to kill Ghidorah and finally end his reign of terror. Unfortunately, their efforts were all in vain, as Ghidorah ripped Mothra's wings off and ripped Anguirus' tail and arm off. After that, Ghidorah.EXE threw the corpses into an inescapable abyss, possibly wiping them out of existence.
Ghidorah then turned his attention to the player, telling them that he was now King of the Monsters, and that to them, he was their devil. Ghidorah started to transform into a new form, however, its entirety is not seen, as the game fades to a "GAME OVER" screen. However, a screen with monsters from a different universe appears, indicating that Ghidorah is going to find and kill them next.

- Ghidorah.EXE was inspired by Spy08's Godzilla.EXE, Starved Eggman, Ink Bowser, King_Ruthless, Mathrus' Brother, and Fatal Error.
- While most other EXEs use red as their base color, the EXE that Ghidorah consumed was blue.
- This is a reference to the rumors of a blue Showa King Ghidorah suit, along with King Ghidorah's blood being blue in Godzilla: the Ride.
- Along with the Nowhere King version, this is one of the few versions of King Ghidorah to successfully kill Godzilla.
- This version of Ghidorah is based on his Showa incarnation.
- However, unlike the Showa King Ghidorah, Ghidorah.EXE possesses bird-like feet, much like the GMK King Ghidorah.
