The Giant Looky is the main antagonist of the GameToons' Rainbow Friends episode "The LOOKIES Get REVENGE!".
Was originally thought to be an amalgamation of multiple Lookies, before later being retconned to be a sentient clone of Red. After he discovered that Red only left them to die, he grew vengeful and plot to kill him and the other Rainbow Friends.
Biography[]
The Lookies Get Revenge![]
The Giant Looky frees the other Lookies and orders them to tear up Odd World as part of a revenge plot. He later re-appears after capturing Green, Purple, and Cyan. The Giant Looky explains to Yellow and Red that the latter experimented on them for their potions (like the elemental, rainbow, and robotic potions), including the potions that he would later re-use on the other Rainbow Friends. At some point, he used a potion on a group of small Lookies, that would merge them into the Giant Looky. After finding out about the other Lookies being imprisoned, he freed them to try and take revenge on Red.
Red and Yellow attempt to escape the Giant Looky with a minecart, but the latter rolls after them. He is then tricked by the duo when they baked a cake with dynamite in it. The dynamite explodes on the Giant Looky's face, killing it. The duo then leave the other Lookies behind, glad that the Giant Looky had finally been finished. However, this wouldn't be the last time they see the Giant Looky.
Dark Origin of the Lookies[]
The Giant Looky returns, alongside the other Lookies. It's revealed that they were once clones of Red, that was created after Red spliced part of his DNA into a cloning machine. Because he didn't give him his intelligent side, the Lookies were mostly amoral husks of Red. However, Red accidentally cut himself during one of his experiments which had part of his intelligent DNA to fall into the batch where the Giant Looky would be created.
Giant Looky didn't find out about Red's true colors until he caught him pulling the head off one of the Lookies. He tried to run away with a pink Looky, but Red caught up to them and pulled the head off of the pink Looky. Later, Yellow and Cyan find Giant Looky, who agrees to help them stop Red. Giant Looky then drinks one of Red's potions, making him huge. This resulted in him betraying Yellow and Cyan, and tried to kill Red by splicing all of his DNA to revive the Lookies. However, Yellow and Cyan quickly defeats him, and the video ends with Red pulling Giant Looky's head off.
Trivia[]
- It is unknown whether the Giant Looky in "The Lookies Get Revenge!" is the same Giant Looky in "Dark Origin of the Lookies". It is most likely that his origin story from the former video was retconned.
