Godzilla, also known as Gojira, is the main antagonist of the 2024 Monster Horror film Godzilla Unbound and it's sequel Godzilla Unbound II, as well was the anime TV series Godzilla Unbound: Time Paradox.
He is a massive extradimensional lizard-like monster with god-like status that is able to manifest into earth's dimension as a large dinosaur-like creature. He was worshipped in feudal times as a shadow of destruction, as well as being a disturbingly vicious murderer, who strove to be remembered as the deadliest virus and disturbingly deadly kaiju known to mankind.
He was portrayed by Damien Endy.
Appearance[]
Godzilla has a slender but muscular body build. His arms are very slender and muscular and, like Godzilla (Godzilla VS Gigan Rex), has 5 fingers; his index finger on his left hand extends as it glows any color within his powers. Godzilla has thick dinosaur-like legs with 3 toes with odd-looking digitigrade feet, but with several spikes on his heels. His 5 rows of dorsal spines are large, sharp, and are shaped like needles. He has a long tail, and he has rougher-jagged and mutated skin, as well was sharp-pointy ears.
This Godzilla was mostly inspired by AI Godzilla designs Tremolandi made, but the head and osteoderms are from Godzilla Ultima from Godzilla Singular Point, the teeth and spikes are from Dinocroc 2004, and the eye is from one of the posters of the 1998 film Deep Rising
Personality[]
Godzilla is a murderous, heartless, aggressive, bloodthirsty, and a vicious beast who is known to inflict mass fear on anyone. Godzilla lacks remorse, as he utterly killed Emily's beloved prodigy Timmy and showed no remorse, even showing absolutely no respect to anyone or any monsters.
Godzilla was disturbingly deadly when it comes to combat, as he laughs while overpowering his opponents, and refuses to spare anyone despite their pleas for him to spare, making this Godzilla very evil.
Origin[]
Godzilla is a monster that emerged from a singularity, and that the monster originated from another dimension or reality. Godzilla is a Singular Point that emits a lethal and contagious virus around his surroundings, terraforming the very Earth, altering wildlife, and even bending space-time itself. Godzilla is the physical extensions of an omnipresent extradimensional entity that witnesses all of space and time simultaneously. It has the desire to destroy multiple universes, but at times simply wishes to be idle and observe, as shown when he observed the resulting mushroom cloud and let out a fierce roar at it.
Biography[]
It was a dark and stormy night. Suddenly, an apocalyptic beast from another dimension to bring about the end of the world once the night goes pitch black, a Dinocroc-Like monster called Godzilla, which resembled a hybrid of a Ferocious Baryonyx and a Ruthless Crocodile, attacked a Japanese military airbase on Odo island following the end of World War II. The beast landed on each of the boat's halves then quickly leaped again, spinning around in the air before slashing through the military's wrecked submarine midair, left over from World War 2, and landing again while bringing his Atomic Blast down on a vehicle. Godzilla leapt backwards and destroyed another vehicle and unleashed his Atomic Blast into the ground, dragging it through several soldiers and slamming it down again on the base, destroying it. Godzilla roared before disappearing in a cloud of black smoke off-screen, with most records of the attack later being lost.
When Dr. Buchanan winds up in Postwar Japan he meets John. The 2 discuss science and John reveals that a monster was on a murderous kill spree in 1946, so John enlists Buchanan’s help in dealing with a violent and murderous Japanese Lizard-Like Monster. Legend has it that when the night goes pitch black, an unstoppable beast emerges. The townsfolk whispered of an ancient entity, an enormous Lizard-Like Beast that had been desiring to destroying all universes. It was said to be a relic of a forgotten era, a monster of colossal proportions that had once terrorized the land. The monster then kills Timmy in the woods later that stormy night.
Emily prepared herself to embark on the journey of driver's education. However, her fragile peace was shattered once again when news of a second monster attack reached their shores. The driver's education program was immediately postponed. Emily’s disappointment turned into concern when news of a 3rd monster attack reached her. This is when the 3rd monster attack was far worse than before.
That night, Godzilla began emerging through a singularity and entering this reality; it resembles a Dinocroc, a hybrid of a ferocious dinosaur and a ruthless crocodile, which later attacks the island amidst a thunderstorm, killing everybody except John, Emily, and Buchanan, who are on an expedition to investigate the Brutal and Graphic Killings at the remote tropical island.
Godzilla transforms into its now fearsome state due to exposure to nuclear tests at Bikini Atoll, destroying US warships and creating tensions between Japan and the United States. With the American government reluctant to aid Japan, the calm waters were disturbed by a monstrous roar that echoed across the waves. The crew looked out to see Godzilla. Panic spread through the ranks as the crew scrambled to ready their weapons, but it was clear that nothing could stop the colossal creature. Godzilla unleashed a deafening roar as it lashed out at the ships with its massive claws, tearing through the metal hulls like paper. Blood and gore splattered across the decks, as the US Navy fought desperately to defend themselves. The sea churned with fury as the battle raged on, the night illuminated by flashes of gunfire and the eerie glow of Godzilla's radioactive breath. The once pristine ocean was now tainted with blood, a grim reminder of the horrifying conflict unfolding before their eyes. As the US Navy struggled to contain the monster, it became clear that Godzilla was an unstoppable force of nature. The crew watched in horror as their comrades were torn apart by the beast, their screams drowned out by the crashing waves and the monstrous roars of the creature. In a desperate bid for survival, the crew attempted to lure Godzilla away from the ships, using every weapon at their disposal. But no matter what they threw at the creature, it continued its relentless assault, leaving a trail of destruction in its wake. He vanishes back into the sea, but his appearance sparks panic nationwide.
Violent storms began to rage across the entire planet, shaking the very foundations of civilization. Earthquakes erupted in places where they never had been before. Panic gripped the hearts of man as they realized something so Cruel and so Evil was about to be out upon the world. Suddenly, the ground began to tremble as destructive earthquakes occur on the city. Without warning, Godzilla rises and causes multiple shipwrecks as it approaches Japan. With the city in ruins, Godzilla, standing approximately 60 feet tall, makes a devastating landfall in Shinagawa. He roared, and announced his arrival. They heard him, and froze. They saw him, and gasped. They felt him, and shivered. They remembered him, and trembled. They knew him, and feared. They ran for their lives. He followed them. He walked through the countryside, and the villages, and the towns. He crushed the farms, and the shrines, and the schools, including Anna’s drivers education college.. He burned the crops, and the trees, and the flowers. He killed the cattle, and the birds, and the people. They hid in the shelters, and the basements, and the sewers. They prayed to their gods, and their ancestors, and their heroes. They cried for their families, and their friends, and their lovers. They waited for their death, and their salvation, and their miracle. They hoped he would leave. He didn't.
He found them. He sniffed them out, and dug them up. He tore them apart, and ate them up. He stomped them down. They fought back, with their guns, and their swords, and their knives. They fought with their courage, and their anger, and their pride. They fought with their will, and their spirit, and their hope. They fought for their survival. He laughed at them. He swatted them away, and shot them down, and blew them up. He mocked their efforts, and their resistance, and their defiance. He showed them no respect and remorse. He showed them no pity. The military scrambles to evacuate the city and prepare counter measures against Godzilla. Civilians are then evacuated from the city and put into bomb shelters. The JSDF then prepares a blockade along the fence line...the plan obviously failed.
Without warning, Godzilla rises from the depths, casting a long shadow across the ruins of Shinagawa. Its massive footsteps shook the ground, echoing through the air like thunderclaps. Fear gripped the hearts of the townsfolk as they watched their world crumble before their eyes. Buildings collapsed like sandcastles, reduced to dust and debris. The streets were swallowed by cracks, swallowing cars and people alike. Panic filled the air, mingling with the acrid scent of smoke and the sound of desperate cries. The ground trembles beneath his massive size, and his powerful roar shatters the windows, piercing the eternal night Godzilla made. The humans spoke of the monster so immense , so scary, that his Violence and Evil sent shivers down their spines. Fires and disasters and suicides. Murders, crowds, catastrophes. Sometimes an earthquake with a casualty list as long as someone’s arm.
But there was a deeper horror at play in Tokyo, one that lay beyond the colossal figure of Godzilla. The city was riddled with supernatural terrors that fed on the darkness and despair that permeated its streets. Haunting specters lurked in the shadows, their tormented souls forever trapped in a realm between life and death. News of the awakening spread like wildfire, igniting panic amongst the city's residents. Streets once filled with bustling life became deserted wastelands of abandoned cars and shattered glass. Fear gripped the hearts of people, their imaginations running wild with tales of the monster that towered above them.
In the midst of the chaos, soldiers armed with nothing but their determination and the hope of survival fought valiantly, trying to divert the monster's attention. Tanks fire incessantly, Helicopters launched missiles, but their efforts were in vain as Godzilla unleashed its wrath upon them, a force beyond mortal comprehension. Through the darkness, the silhouette of Godzilla moved with an eerie grace, its massive form casting long, distorted shadows against the crumbling buildings. The moon's white light bathed the scene in an ethereal glow, heightening the sense of dread and the unknown. Godzilla's reign of destruction seems unstoppable, leaving behind a disturbing trail of mutilated corpses. Meanwhile, the Japanese military attempts to engage Godzilla, but unfortunately, this made the problem far worse than before.
Eventually, something strange happened. The dorsal fin, which grew all the way to the tip of its tail, began to protrude as 10 rings of energy form in front of Godzilla’s mouth at the same time. And each of its roots began to glow blue. The phenomenon progressed from the neck to the tail. Godzilla’s back was now wrapped in blue light emitting from the base of its protruding dorsal fin, making it look like it was carrying light on its back. The people felt an instinctive awe and fear at the sight, and stood still in front of the situation, as if they were seeing a raging god. A blue mist of light began to form in Godzilla’s mouth as Godzilla’s eyes glow blue. Then, the dorsal fins made a loud sound and dug into the body.
Immediately after that movement, reminiscent of an explosive reaction, a pillar of light with a brilliant blue-white glow was shot toward the National Diet Building from Godzilla’s mouth. All sound disappeared for a moment. The extremely high temperature of Godzilla’s heat rays instantly vaporized all objects around the Capitol, bypassing the liquid process and turning them into gas. The former solid material expanded to an enormous volume and caused an explosive reaction beyond human comprehension, turning into an explosive scene that expanded with tremendous force while mercilessly engulfing everything around it. The blast wave created by the explosion process destroyed surrounding buildings like a flood, but also pulverized Japan within a 500 kilometer radius. The shock wave and smoke quickly approached the Hattori Clock Store where Anna was standing. It was almost an instinctive action. Anna was blown away along with the smoke from the shock wave and the large amount of debris it engulfed, killing Anna when she screams in horror.
Eventually, as the epicenter became vacuumed, the implosion phenomenon began rapidly. The destroyed pieces, along with the violent wind, are now gathering towards the epicenter. Eventually, the world became calm. The landscape had completely changed its appearance. There didn’t seem to be anyone alive around. There was nothing but merciless piles of rubble piled on top of each other. Ahead, a huge mushroom cloud was rising from the place where the National Diet Building once stood. Suddenly, an ominous black rain began to fall as Godzilla walks away. By the end, the entire city is destroyed and thousands of innocent civilians are violently killed.
As the humans struggle to find a way to defeat Godzilla, the situation worsens even more. The molecular lasers emitted from Godzilla's mouth are amplified in time, and the phases of the material are aligned to form an intense light that cuts through the space-time and causality, rupturing it. They knew they're time was running out, that the shadow of Godzilla will claim their lives forever. As Godzilla continues to rampage through Tokyo, a squadron of jets fire rockets at the monster, which they do not phase the creature. Now completely insane, he unleashes the virus onto the city, infecting innocent civilians and animals. It gives rise to new Plant and Animal life, but if that’s not scary enough, it caused Godzilla to grow 197 meters tall as the city was terraformed after 10 seconds. With the virus unable to be cured, the humans and animals mutate into Xenomorph-like creatures that later attack a SWAT team in a museum, where the last larger one attempted to escape, but was caught on fire and it fell to the ground, crashing through the floor and into the science lab.
With the city in absolute ruins, and when an ominous black rain suddenly began to fall, Godzilla returns to the sea, where he has a showdown with warships. The JSDF scrambled to respond, their ships and planes mobilizing to face the monstrous threat. As the JSDF fired their missiles and cannons at Godzilla, the creature retaliated with terrifying force. Its razor-sharp teeth and massive claws tore through the ships, leaving a trail of destruction in its wake. The sea turned crimson with the blood of the fallen soldiers, as the battle raged on into the night. The soldiers fought bravely, but they were no match for the sheer power of Godzilla. As the creature demolished their weapons and equipment, the JSDF realized they were facing an enemy unlike anything they had ever encountered. Amidst the chaos, screams of horror filled the air as Godzilla's brutal attacks took their toll. Limbs were torn asunder, and the once proud ships were reduced to twisted, burning wreckage. It was a nightmare come to life, a gruesome spectacle of death and destruction. Godzilla then began swimming away.
They knew that their time was running out, that the shadow of Godzilla would soon claim them all. Desperate to stop the monster, John and Buchanan seek help from Daisuke Serizawa, the inventor of the Oxygen Killer, a weapon capable of killing Godzilla. Though reluctant at first, Serizawa eventually agrees to use the weapon but warns of the consequences. A plan was hatched, a desperate final stand against the threat that defied reason. they armed themselves with whatever they could find, bracing themselves for the inevitable clash. One night, another strange rumbling shook the Earth, and a massive storm cloud formed over the ocean. As the storm raged, the waters began to churn and boil, and suddenly, Godzilla burst from the waves with a terrifying roar. He was filled with a primal rage that knew no bounds. The governments of the world scrambled to mobilize their armies and defenses, but it was no use. Godzilla tore through cities with devastating force, leaving a trail of death and destruction in his wake. As the world looked on in horror, it became clear that this time, there was no stopping him. As the days passed, the terror of Godzilla only grew. It seemed as if nothing could stop the creature as it tore through the city without mercy, leaving behind a trail of gory and bloody destruction. Realizing about the plan, Godzilla began swimming back to Japan and makes landfall, and approaches the castle.
But the laser later opens another space-time rift, sending Buchanan, John, and Serizawa, far into the future. They land on a mountain with no sign of civilization. Serizawa was put in critical condition, not from being hit but from a heart-attack. John and Buchanan discover the devastating aftermath of New York's destruction at the hands of Godzilla. The horror of his presence was accompanied by a palpable sense of dread and impending doom. The sky darkened with an eerie haze, casting a gloomy pallor over the already devastated landscape. His scales glisten with a haunting darkness, and his eyes burn with a malevolent fire, a reflection of the bleak world he has awoken to. Godzilla, an embodiment of mass destruction, roams the desolated landscape, leaving nothing but destruction and despair in his wake. As the moon cast an eerie glow upon the decaying streets, Godzilla's thunderous footsteps echoed through the silence, causing buildings to quiver in fear. The creature's glowing-white eyes pierced the darkness, reflecting the twisted souls of those who laid their eyes upon it. Its prehistoric scales, like blades of obsidian, gleamed with a malevolent intent.
Word of this monstrous apparition quickly spread, and the city's inhabitants were consumed by terror. They had witnessed the grim aftermath of its wrath before – entire towns reduced to smoldering ruins, forests left barren and lifeless. Nobody knew the true origins of this nightmare, but rumors whispered of a atomic bomb gone wrong, resulting in the creation of this abomination. The once bustling streets now stood eerily silent, devoid of life. Survivors huddled within their homes, their hearts pounding in their chests like war drums, as they desperately tried to formulate an escape plan. But hope was a scarce commodity in this forsaken city, like a flickering candle struggling against the relentless howling wind. Realizing that the monster has transported itself into the future to continue its path of destruction, the group seeks a way to save humanity.
The city devises a daring plan to sink Godzilla to a depth of 1,500 meters. If that fails, they aim to force him to the surface using balloons, causing explosive decompression. They fail to injure and fail to kill Godzilla, leading to the destruction of all attacking ships except one. Despite the devastation, John and Buchanan refuse to give up.
John and Buchanan head to sea on a boat to kill Godzilla. As the sun painted the sky with hues of red and gold, the final battle began. The clash between man and monster was a symphony of destruction, a dance of shadows that would be etched into the annals of history. The monster suddenly chases after the boat, with Buchanan shooting the monster’s face non-stop, but little did he know the boat stopped moving. Presumably, John returned to his original world from once he came. It is then that Godzilla stood for a long moment before (out of shear bad temper) his eyes became violently bloodshot when he loses the last of his mind and sanity. He swims after Buchanan with great speed and did not stop at anything.
When Buchanan enters the lake filled with computers and machines, the machines chirp to life and a voice says, "Welcome back, Dr. Buchanan." Godzilla enters the area and attempts to lunge at Buchanan. Buchanan engages security devices and Time Machine, but Godzilla fractures the core of Time and Space and unleashes an army of Xenomorph-Like Creatures out into the world. Buchanan manages to engage the device himself, but in doing so, it goes out of control and consumes anything in its path, in which the Xenomorph-Like Creatures begin to die. Now completely insane, Godzilla finally had enough of Buchanan and lunges at Buchanan, who fell into wreckage. The chaos was cataclysmic, a whirlwind of fury and determination. Failing to escape, Godzilla was pierced by a lightning bolt and gets dragged in. Before he can succeed, the electrical energy that were about to be released inside Godzilla’s body began to pierce his skin. The electricity then pierced through the weakened parts, resulting in his body getting violently ripped apart and brutally devoured in a tunnel of fire, ridding the threat of Godzilla for good.
The nightmare had come to an end, but the scars would forever remain. The feeling of his accomplishment should have filled his heart. However, all Buchanan thought from beginning to end was that it was over. The people on the ship watched Godzilla’s final moments as if they were watching a religious painting. They may have accomplished something that humans should not have done.
Buchanan then makes his way to shore, and finally to the city through the mountains alone. As he walks, he never knew anything about Godzilla when he came to 1947. The memory of Godzilla lingered like a shadow, a constant reminder of the fragility of life. The survivors carried the weight of that fateful night, their hearts forever scarred by the horrors they had witnessed. The tale of Godzilla became a legend, whispered around campfires and passed down through generations. It served as a grim reminder of the unknown terrors that lurk in the darkest corners of the world.
And as the sun set, casting long shadows across the town, the memory of that monster would haunt their dreams forever. It was a reminder that nothing is ever safe from the monster’s evil, by this definition: Godzilla is not just futuristic, or a legend. Godzilla, is extradimensional…a MENACE, that’ll always would be, "Unbound."
Powers/Skills[]
- Atomic Blast
Godzilla has a blue Atomic Breath which looks like a blue laser. Before using the attack, Godzilla's dorsal fins jut out from his body and emit a blue glow one-by-one, while his spines flicker neck to tail as 10 atomic rings form in front of Godzilla's mouth. Glowing blue ionized radiation leaks from his mouth as his eyes glow bright blue. The fins then all retract back into his body as he fires the heat ray from his mouth and the rings expand as the ray fires in the center of the rings. This Atomic Blast is incredibly powerful, having an endless range and being extremally hot. This beam can cause explosive reactions that level countries and blow apart monsters in a single hit.
Godzilla can sear the ground with this beam, setting it ablaze with cataclysmic blue flames after an explosive reaction in the form of an Atomic Fire Wall. Anything extremally stupid enough to touch it will get unsurvivable damage, and nuclear rain will fall to the ground, though Godzilla is resistant to them both. When fired down directly into another monster or robot's throat, the energy released into the body will violently rip apart and devour them in a tunnel of Electrical Energy, convulsing and expanding as the electrical energy peels of their skin or metal, suck off their bones, and explode them on-screen.
- Hotflash Heat Blast
A stronger variant of his original heat ray, this beam is now purple in color and it's surrounded in white spirals. It's even hotter than his normal Atomic Breath and it's more destructive.
- Laser Vision
Godzilla is shown to shoot Blue Laser Beams from his eyes, and these have a deadly effect on another kaiju or robot. The area of his pupils turn blue and then beams of light of similar color is emitted. The lasers can be used for precise attacks and underwater. It is shown to be able to melt coastal artillery and render any kaiju defense useless. It can have enough kinetic force to explode buildings and skyscrapers.
- Flammable Ice Vapor
Godzilla can breath a flammable vapor that has a temperature of -20 degrees Celsius. If ignited by a tank shell, for example, the vapor, like his Atomic Breath, creates a huge explosion about 500 meters tall and crater that generates incredibly powerful shockwaves that level anything around the blast. After the explosion, the explosion can suck material up into the air until black rain begins to fall and cause disturbingly intense fever.
- Sonic Scream
Godzilla can emit an incredibly high volume sonic scream powerful enough to horribly damage another opponent. Godzilla's mouth, nose, and head bleed before using this attack, though he can still regenerate the bleeding parts with no struggle.
- Dark Magic
Godzilla has the use of supernatural powers or magic for evil and selfish purposes. Dark magic has many links and interactions with religion. He can manipulate dark magic and create his own weapons like when he successful made a Tail Blow, a brutal cutting attack that can cut through and pulverize the target with an electrical shock through movement of Godzilla's tail stinger at supersonic speeds, accomplished by twisting motion of the body along with additional acceleration in the direction of motion from his agility, as well as deformation of the tail into a blade shape and repeated high-speed motion of this blade.
- Electrokinesis
Godzilla has Electrokinesis and use them in many ways, such as the ability to move fluids or particles using an electric field on a fluid with a net mobile charge, the ability to create an electrical force using the mind, or the study of the dynamics of electrically charged fluids. It is also known as electro-fluid-dynamics (EFD) or electrokinetics. Godzilla can also use it in other ways like the ability to fly at varying speeds, levitate, or propel himself without taking flight.
- Necromancy
Godzilla can create Godzilla-Like Creatures, splitting his soul to defy death, and even true ressurection. Godzilla can even tell them what to do upon release. Godzilla can also communicate with the deceased – either by summoning their spirit as an apparition or raising them bodily – for the purpose of divination, imparting the means to foretell future events or discover hidden knowledge. This is most frequently depicted as being able to resurrect the dead to varying to degrees, from shambling corpses to Xenomorph-Like Monsters to even complete Resurrection. Godzilla can directly convert the living into the undead, allowing them to bypass conventional durability by turning an opponent into a Xenomorph-Like Creature at his control.
- Resurrection
Godzilla can ressurect the dead humans and animals and will be saved from physical death. While this power is similar to necromancy in that it raises the dead, resurrection is different in that it fully restores another's body, mind, and soul to full health.
- Possession
Perhaps his most powerful attack, Godzilla can possess other monsters, even humans and animals. he can even his vessel into having traits of his appearance when he was alive, but the possession would cause Godzilla to have tears and cracks in his skin, with pure white eyes, as well as stealing their motor functions and senses. Godzilla may use the body as their own. Godzilla may not even be limited to inhabiting other entities, but inanimate objects, structures or environments as well.
- Eldritch Physiology
Godzilla can emerge from a singularity and enter this dimension, allowing Godzilla to transform into an Eldritch Lizard-Like Monster upon entering a reality. He wields godlike powers and is, for the most part, not bound by the laws of the universe. These interpretations can range from the unusual to the awe-inspiring, to the mind-shatteringly terrifying. It is rare, but not unheard of, for the presence of such a being to benefit the universe it currently inhabits.
- Reality Warping
Godzilla is able to warp reality like bending time and space, destroying virtually anything, traveling across timelines, rewriting the laws of physics, etc, like how he took away other monster's strength and intelligence, as well as their energy. He also manage to turn an Armorclaw into a Blazemetal with a simple bolt of fire energy to fight Guiron.
Other examples Godzilla warping reality include altering any item already considered real. Any decision made in the past, any item ever created, any movement, choice, color, atom, or molecule that exists can be changed, randomizing the universe, items, people, rewrite physics; Godzilla change where the universe around them sits putting him anywhere, or speaking items, decisions, or events into reality; Create new items or imagined items; Give himself new powers such as the Tail Blow.
- Gigantification
When Godzilla begins emitting a disturbingly huge mass of the virus, the virus creates a huge tornado that can cause Godzilla to grow larger and stronger. He can even grow larger when resurrecting himself. When he grows larger, he will reach a higher state of existence. The virus is likely the blood of Godzilla from another dimension. In general, viruses that naturally infect and replicate in tissues with high oxygen content are impaired by hypoxic environments. Conversely, hypoxia has been shown to increase the infection of viruses that naturally infect organs with lower oxygen tensions. This however does not kill Godzilla at all.
- Self-Resurrection
Godzilla is a Singular Point, and is in control of the virus. While Godzilla can be killed and die from other factors, he will always manifest itself again after his death with improved control over the virus as he comes to understand our reality better. he can manifest himself again in hours, minutes, or seconds.
He never ages, is completely self-sustaining, free from all bodily necessities, and can survive virtually any kind of harm, remaining immune to all forms of decay. Any damage done to Godzilla would either be regenerated or simply remain non-fatal. As a byproduct of having everlasting life, Godzilla may have an infinite reservoir of life energy that fuels the dynamic system of his immortality. In some cases, Godzilla attains immortality through unconventional means, such as resurrecting/reviving himself after his death, switching into new bodies when his current form nears death, or achieving a state of transcendence beyond the concept of death altogether. These alternative paths allow him to achieve eternal life and evade the limitations of mortality.
As much of a Singular Point however, Godzilla was unable to manifest himself after BB's Microchip gets implanted into his brain, which controls him before getting killed again by Guiron. He was able to manifest himself, but this results in his face getting ripped apart after his hands grab Guiron's neck, which reveals a silver robotic variant of Godzilla's head. His skin strips away, revealing half-robotic bones underneath.
- Molecular Laser
The molecular lasers emitted from Godzilla's mouth are amplified in time, and the phases of the material are aligned to form an intense light that cuts through the space-time and causality, rupturing it. The Molecular lasers also converge and strengthen multiple beams from the future.
Molecular Lasers have a small amount of gravity, which allows them to warp space and slow down time as they move. Gravity can distort space-time and cause light to follow curved paths. Molecular Lasers can bend their path when they pass through a massive object, but the bend is very small. A single continuously circulating unidirectional beam of light can produce weak and strong gravitational fields. In the weak gravitational field of a unidirectional ring laser, it is predicted that a spinning neutral particle will be dragged around by the gravitational field. Laser light is also coherent, which means the wavelengths of the laser light are in phase in space and time. This property of laser light allows it to be focused to a tight spot or propagated over long distances with little change in beam size.
Godzilla can also accelerate molecules to the point that they strike a target with such speed that said the target is ripped apart. Godzilla can accelerate molecules of the target, increasing heat and friction causing molecules to rip apart to the point of combustion/explosion. These Molecular Lasers are powerful enough to badly damage Blazemetal to the point of activation, ignition, melting, oscillation or vaporization, which killed Blazemetal in an explosion.
- Telepathy
Godzilla is very able to read other people's thoughts or to send messages without using gestures or any words, despite the fact of lacking the ability to speak or talk. However, many other mind-based abilities fall under telepathy due to those powers overlapping with the core concept of telepathy, allowing Godzilla to interact with their own mind and the minds of others in a variety of ways. Some of the more common abilities also considered telepathy would be perceiving the thoughts of others and detecting the presences of other minds through extrasensory means. Godzilla can influence or completely control the minds of his targets and manipulate their thoughts, memories and emotions at will. Potentially, he even controls Psychic energy from their telepathic abilities, strengthening their previous powers and maybe even gaining new ones.
- Invisibility
Unlike Willie The Giant, who's invisibility is not shown on screen, Godzilla can disappear into atmosphere and can also remain in the state of being impossible to see, or of not being noticed, allowing him to evade an opponent's attacks, catch them off-guard, or cause them to lose their balance with his own. Godzilla can move about an environment unseen by others and act without being observed. He can choose to let certain people see him, while staying invisible to others. This kind of power can be used for stealth, causing chaos, and getting the upper hand against an opponent.
- Clairvoyance
Godzilla has the ability to use extrasensory perception to gain tons of information about an object, person, location, or physical event. Usually, he can also do so without the aid of his vision, allowing him to act when he's unable to use his eyes. He used this to figure out why Paul attempted to revive Samantha after he himself brutally killed her and realized it was dangerous.
- Dimensional Travel/Teleportation
Godzilla can travel between different dimensions and universes, and cross over different planes of existence or travel across various forms of reality. Godzilla is also able to create Space-Time Rifts in other universes, which would explain how Paul, Samantha, BB, the Horned King, entered a new universe among others with Godzilla.
- Dimensional Aura
Godzilla has the ability to surround himself in dimensional energy/power while charging his Atomic Blast, possibly becoming almost untouchable and granting them various abilities/attacks. The aura may also give Godzilla enhanced physical capabilities such as speed, strength and durability.
- Tail Blow
Using his Dark Magic, Godzilla created a brand new and disturbing weapon called the Tail Blow, a brutal cutting attack that can cut through and pulverize the target with an electrical shock through movement of Godzilla's tail stinger at supersonic speeds, accomplished by twisting motion of the body along with additional acceleration in the direction of motion from his agility, as well as deformation of the tail into a blade shape and repeated high-speed motion of this blade. This blade his powerful enough to slice through several Armorclaws and cleave every building in half.
If he likes to, Godzilla can use the Tail Blow to produce something known as the Plasma Cutter by swinging his tail at supersonic speeds of Mach 6.70. The shockwave produced by this attack is extremely devastating, capable of destroying anything in its path over an endless range. Godzilla used the Plasma Cutter to wipe out all of the countries Godzilla was in forces. He employed again it against several monsters, which is able to cut through monsters like Armorclaw, Spikewyrm, Sailjaws, and other monsters he fought, but to little apparent effect on Blazemetal and Guiron.
- Superhuman Strength
As attributed to his size, weight, and mass, Godzilla has displayed varied levels of physical strength sufficient to lift weights exceeding 20,000 tons and smash skyscrapers. He has been depicted lifting and throwing monsters in excess of his own weight, such as Blazemetal. This strength goes far as being able to snap a kaiju's neck.
Other feats Godzilla has for Superhuman Strength: his jaws are able to lift a train, he can crush multiple people with a single step, and he can knock over buildings with a swipe of his tail like a hot knife through butter. Godzilla also demonstrates the ability to use his clawed hands to grab onto the Empire State Building and can deliver destructive punches that can crush every single bone, or to tear through buildings during his kill spree. His Superhuman Strength is so destructive that he effortlessly launches objects such as boats and trains through the air over incredibly long distances, as shown when Godzilla literally throws an Atomic Fire Ball from his hand at an Armorclaw's face, destroying it. Godzilla even has a prehensile tail which can be used for mass constriction. He was also able to throw Sailjaws with ease using his tail. He was also able to use his tail as a club, as demonstrated when he attacked by slamming his tail onto the ground when he confronted several Armorclaws.
- Durability
Godzilla is extremely durable, rendering him effectively immune to conventional weaponry. One of the most deadly things about his hide is that's 100 times harder than diamond. Godzilla's resistance is even credited with his Spinal Cord
- Spinal Cord
Godzilla's durability can be credited with his Spinal Cord, located below his Dorsal Spines which act like Blazemetal's armor. It can protect the monster from almost all damage, including strikes from multiple nuclear warheads. Though it can protect Godzilla from harm from the JSDF or other monsters, it can't prevent Godzilla from getting disturbingly destroyed by the Time Machine or being disturbingly murdered by Blazemetal and Guiron; Blazemetal snapped Godzilla's neck with a swipe of his Venomous Thagomizer Club which badly damaged his Spinal Cord, killing him. Guiron was smart enough to figure out Godzilla was protected by the Spinal Cord, and that the Spinal Cord can be prevented when sharp blades can damage it, which would explain how Guiron managed to successfully kill Godzilla. Guiron exploited it again during his fight with Godzilla.EXE
- Super-Regeneration
Godzilla has regenerative capabilities in the same manner as the Axolotl, able to regrow lost limbs and ripped out organs. This healing factor extends far beyond regenerating wounds quickly, as after the destruction of Godzilla's head he begins to regenerate from a piece of flesh in 5 seconds. It can also allow them to give rise to all-new species possessing Godzilla's DNA. New monsters spawned by Godzilla's cells include other Godzillas. Additionally, Godzilla's cells allow his tissue to heal completely in a manner of seconds if damaged. After Godzilla's size surpassed from 197 meters to 500 meters tall, his regeneration extremely increased a lot, as he immediately regenerates after he successfully murders all monsters he fought.
Even after his death, Godzilla is still able to regenerate from heavy damage, as shown when his destroyed skeleton regenerates into smaller versions of himself in the sequel. Due to this structure, Godzilla can split apart into multiple bodies and recombine later, as well as a single cell regrowing its entire body back. The regeneration process also increases the speed of processes his body uses in the healing such as endorphin production to mitigate pain reducing the amount of time and severity the subject feels discomfort leading to an increased pain threshold. Other processes included are the production of adrenaline and the fight or flight response which are greatly extended by the increased recovery leading to increased physical performance as Godzilla gains elevated strength and energy while also able to push his body harder due to decreased sensation of pain.
- Superhuman Speed and Agility
Godzilla was, perhaps a fast monster despite his size. Godzilla can outrun and it exhausts the opponents. He can even walk and run on all fours, or even climb.
- Superhuman Stamina
Godzilla was able to run and swim with no struggle, as well as being able to survive the crushing depths of the deep sea.
- Deoxygenation
Godzilla can unleash his own Oxygen Destroyer that removes every single oxygen atom from a molecule or monster. It can also refer to the removal of molecular oxygen from gases and solvents. Once released, the chemical reacts violently with the water, isolating oxygen molecules and splitting them. The molecules are then liquefied. This means that any organism exposed to the chemical will first suffocate from the lack of oxygen, and then disintegrate. Depending on the amount of the oxygen destroying chemical released, the body of the victim will be destroyed completely. When used to its full potential, the Oxygen Destroyer will leave no remains.
- Vibration Manipulation
By releasing the Sonic Scream, this can cause huge multiple earthquakes and avalanches. A mechanical phenomenon whereby oscillations occur about an equilibrium point. Thus, he can manipulate vibrations in himself, others, objects, the environment/surrounding, etc., through the ground, water, or air. Vibration is a very overarching concept and phenomenon that affects almost everything on a physical level, including sound, temperature and shockwaves, allowing Godzilla to exert the power over them.
- 6th Sense
Godzilla possesses a special ability to know something that can't be learned through the 5 traditional senses of sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell. using this, he was able to detect several Armorclaws and other monsters behind him and attack them violently. This applies to any and all kinds of information, knowledge, wisdom, experience, etc. Information can be either personal (memories, thoughts, etc.) or impersonal (academic knowledge, data, etc.). This ability can be used passively (as an instinctual reaction) or actively (by wanting to know specific information).
- Savage Intelligence
Godzilla is extremally intelligent throughout the franchise, and is shown to have a brain similar to Kong's brain, but more larger. He used this to solve problems such as confusing enemies with a variety of attacks, or preventing Blazemetal from returning by using his CTC Molecular Laser to kill Blazemetal and destroy it's portal to ensure Blazemetal won't come back. Godzilla can detect weaknesses using his Vision, which would explain how he exploited weaknesses first.
- Futuristic Powers
Air/Wind
Godzilla can release/use air/wind for attacks of various shapes and/or intensities, either projected, used as a part of melee attacks and has an ability in a similar manner to the Big bad Wolf, which Godzilla can Huff and Puff and blow everything away, this time in a very wide and endless range in incredibly high speed, able to obliterate buildings, skyscrapers, and send them flying. This ability is also used during his battles, in which it's destructive and powerful enough to violently rip apart and gruesomely skin a monster to death.
Earth
Godzilla can release/use earth and earthen materials to attacks of various shapes and/or intensities, either projected, used as a part of melee attacks, etc. He can release boulders from his mouth, cause them to fall from the sky, and turn the ground into quicksand, in which no one will be able to escape. He can also make rectangular structures which he can control so he can crush and trap anyone beneath it. He can also create blinding winds of thick fog.
Fire
Godzilla can can utilize fire to attack targets. The exact nature of this attack may come in various shapes and sizes, intensities, or forms. For example, he user may hurl explosive balls of fire or may augment other forms of attack with fire. Godzilla is able to expel fireballs from his mouth, in which he uses during his kill sprees and fights. They are powerful enough to create large explosions or incinerate and vaporize entire kaiju body parts. He can also rapid-fire these bullets, increasing the damage greatly. Each fireball is described as being composed of a magma-like rotating core covered with plasma energy and pulsating electricity. It can penetrate the energy shields of other kaiju, and kill small monsters in its vicinity without direct contact using its extreme heat and electricity.
Godzilla can also release an incredibly thick stream of fire, which is capable of burning through entire city blocks at high speed. Godzilla also has a flaming surface underneath himself in all directions that repel everything. He can also erupt lava from the ground and can cause massive lava geysers. He can even create theses abilities that can move.
Water
Godzilla can release/use water to attacks of various shapes and/or intensities, either projected, used as a part of melee attacks, etc. Godzilla can release a Liquid Ray, literally a thick stream of water, or create create whirlpools when rising from the ocean. Godzilla can produce plasma energy and super vibrations which coat him in air bubbles, helping to propel him forward and cause shockwaves. When activating the ability, Godzilla occasionally emits energy which can be visible on its body surface as blue colored lights.
Darkness
Godzilla can release/use darkness/shadow to attack in various shapes and/or intensities, either projected, used as a part of melee attacks, etc. Godzilla used this mostly during his kill sprees or fights. Godzilla can also manifest in this dimension as a shadow that bites down on the shadows of the cultists present at the summoning, which causes their actual bodies to be dismembered. Godzilla also uses this during anyone's worst nightmare. Even after his demise, Godzilla can still cast long Shadows across Japan and New York, allowing him to continue to violently haunt their dreams forever.
Lightning
Godzilla can release/use lightning to attack in various shapes and/or intensities, either projected, used as a part of melee attacks, etc. Godzilla can blast Mass amounts of Lightning from his mouth or they can take the form of explosive blue-colored lightning. These rays are said to burn anything with their tremendous destructive power. Godzilla is capable of creating a giant vortex by firing lightning from his eyes into the sky. The resulting maelstrom ejects streaks of light that strike nearby monsters, exploding on impact.
Godzilla can also unleash a deadly taser from his mouth which takes the form of a blue lightning bolt. This taser is incredibly devastating, capable of shocking another monster or robot and preventing them from using their powerful attacks. It also allows Godzilla to engage the opponent from a distance of more than 5 kilometers, preventing the opponent from having the opportunity to attack or counterattack and allowing Godzilla to approach them safely, giving him enough time to deliver the final blow.
Energy
Godzilla can release/use energy to attacks of various shapes and/or intensities, either projected, used as a part of melee attacks, etc., from huge rays of pure energy that can knock over or even obliterate dozens of targets, or slightly singe them. Godzilla is able to release deadly energy blasts that split into multiple fragments, project energy pillars or energy spikes.
Godzilla can also release Chest Missiles that take the form of Dark Silver Knife-like Projectiles from his chest. These homing missiles have massive destructive power, and are immediately replaced after each shot, allowing for virtually continuous firing. These missiles penetrate the target's skin before exploding, increasing the damage greatly and gruesomely.
Ice
Godzilla can can release/use ice to attack in various shapes and/or intensities, either projected, or used as a part of melee attacks. Godzilla can Chilling Liquid at a temperature of 100 degrees Celsius below zero from his mouth. This liquid takes the form of an icy vapor-like smoke, and can freeze objects or opponents completely solid. The Chilling Liquid has an impressive range and potency, freezing entire city blocks in mere moments. Godzilla can also utilize the Chilling Liquid to create massive, miles-wide ice storms.
But perhaps his most ultimate ice weapon of all was his Type-3 Absolute Zero Cannon, also known simply as the Absolute Zero, installed inside his chest and concealed by the center of his chest which bears a eye like device. As its name suggests, this weapon fires a beam that instantaneously freezes the target to absolute zero, the lowest theoretical temperature of -273.15 degrees Celsius or zero kelvin, at which all atoms cease movement. Because of this, a target struck by the Absolute Zero will be instantly frozen on an atomic level, smashing its atoms and causing it to collapse under its own weight. The Absolute Zero was shown to instantly freeze and disintegrate skyscrapers when fired at them.
Light
Godzilla can release/use light to attacks of various shapes and/or intensities, either projected, used as a part of melee attacks, etc. Godzilla can create and launch spheres of light in a long range in great speed. Godzilla is also able to control the sun to blind another monster. He is able to Send out a wave of light in all directions underneath himself, as well as fire a beam of light from the sky, and it'll follow the target non-stop.
Weather
Godzilla is able to release/use the weather to attacks of various intensities, shapes, and sizes, which can be projected, used as melee attacks, etc. Godzilla's body is described as being incredibly hyper-tensile, and their massive aerodynamics could generate hurricane-force winds when levitating. When combined with his body's electro-receptor molecular biology, water vapor in the air would be superheated, creating a localized storm system as he flies, equivalent to a Category 6 hurricane. The power of Godzilla's levitation is so great that as a result, "the stratosphere would be torn open by an otherworldly tempest of thunder and lightning [Earth's] sky has never seen." He begins creating multiple offshoot storms around the world.
- Aether Manipulation
Godzilla can create, shape and manipulate Aether, a powerful and unique celestial element said to flow throughout the universe and existence, and also binds the four classical elements: water, fire, earth, and air together. Commonly recognized as the essence breathed by gods in the same way humans breathe air, Aether is a power and force that allows control over elemental, cosmic, spiritual, transcendental and primordial forces. Regarded as divine power, Godzilla is god-like, essentially becoming virtually invincible, despite Godzilla getting consumed in a tunnel of electrical energy to his death.
- Cosmic Manipulation
Godzilla can create, shape, absorb and manipulate cosmic forces and energies to produce nearly any effect they desire, including the manipulation of matter and energy across space and time, the manipulation of the space-time continuum, altering the fabric of reality, the creation of force fields, the creation of inter-dimensional portals and vortexes, psionics, energy projection, and cosmic awareness.
Godzilla can summon or manipulate comets, meteors, asteroids, moons, planets, stars, nebula, neutron stars, quasars, black holes, white holes, galaxies, antimatter and dark matter. Godzilla can generate stellar winds, solar flares, cosmic storms, and invoke meteor showers. He can also empower themselves and others by harnessing the power of cosmos. This power can also be used for combat purpose.
- Gravity Manipulation
Godzilla can manipulate gravity, a natural phenomenon in which all things with mass or energy — including planets, stars, galaxies, and light — attract (or gravitate toward) one another.
Gravity manipulation would allow one to increase or decrease gravity, be it the environment's gravity or individual objects. increasing gravity would cause everything in an area to become heavier, causing loose objects to propel to the ground and cause people to be immobilized or crushed depending on the amount of gravitation force applied. When doing the exact opposite (decreasing gravity), the user could achieve a similar effect to Zero Gravity since all objects would float upwards or allow the user to lift heavier objects with astonishing ease due to the decreased weight. With enough control and skill, one could attract or repel objects regardless of direction, achieving an effect akin to Telekinesis, ignore or defy the laws of gravity altogether, allowing one to walk on walls or ceilings or manipulate orbital fields on anything. Godzilla demonstrated the ability to control gravity and redirect Shimo's Corona Beam.
- Nether Manipulation
Godzilla can create, shape and manipulate Nether, the "chthonian element" and the substance that makes up the Underworld, a subterranean dimension where all souls go when they pass on. Nether is very similar to Aether “the celestial element” in that it is from a plane that exists between the planes of both matter, and energy.
Like Aether, nether is a spiritual element, which means it cannot be perceived by any physical sense. It represents the destructive dark part of reality and as such all such forces are derived from it. The only way nether can be physically seen is if it were mixed with an element of the physical realm, with darkness, fire, or earth being the most common choices.
- Space-Time Manipulation
Godzilla is able to manipulate, bend, distort, control and fold the space-time continuum, the fabrics of reality & existence itself in which all and everything exist in. This ability also Manipulates and Controls all aspects of Space-Time such as Space-Time Energy, Space-Time Fabric and many more and also Godzilla may be able to manipulate/control the entirety of concept of Space-Time. Space-time serves as the boundary of existence, separating different realities and timelines and keeping them flowing and functioning properly; distorting this boundary can cause devastating effects, causing timelines to become fluid, even destroying all the world.
- Crystal Manipulation
Godzilla can can create, shape and manipulate crystals and crystalline materials: homogenous solids formed by a repeating, three-dimensional pattern of atoms, ions, or molecules and having fixed distances between constituent parts.
- Swimming Talents
Godzilla is very fast underwater, able to outswim boats, airplanes, etc.
- Pressure Resistance
In addition to swimming talents, he is able to withstand significant underwater pressure, stalking a submarine at depths of 900 meters.
- Black Rain
Instead of releasing the Atomic Breath for Flammable Ice Vapor to wait for them both to release Black rain, Godzilla can bring forth the apocalypse even further, parting the skies and pouring radioactive rain on the land. No one is immune from hell, as it'll kill anyone who gets caught by the rain's extremely intense fever.
- Lethal Virus
Godzilla has a lethal and contagious virus that is able to terraform an environment, and give rise to new plant and animal life. This virus is extremely impossible to be cured. His Atomic Breath also has this same virus, as after an explosion, The explosion produces an intense burst of radiation, primarily gamma rays and neutrons, in less than a second. The force from the gusts can lift and throw someone off the ground. If it occurs above ground, the explosion can suck material up into the air and create dangerous, sand-like, radioactive particles called Black Rain. These particles can cause a disturbingly intense fever, capable of raising the body heat until it can no longer bear it.
Weaknesses[]
Despite being extremely powerful and unstoppable, he still displays multiple weaknesses.
Godzilla had one of the most brutal and graphic deaths seen in a Godzilla movie, in which the Time Machine Dr. Buchanan engages peeled off his skin, sucked of his bones, and exploded him on-screen.
Though his Spinal Cord can protect Godzilla from harm from the JSDF or other monsters, it can't prevent Godzilla from getting disturbingly killed by the Time Machine or being disturbingly murdered by Blazemetal and Guiron; Blazemetal snapped Godzilla's neck with a swipe of his Venomous Thagomizer Club which badly damaged his Spinal Cord, killing him.
Trivia[]
- Godzilla's Japanese name, Gojira (ゴジラ), comes from a combination of the Japanese approximation of "gorilla" (ゴリラ gorira), and kujira (クジラ), the Japanese word for "whale." In-universe, Godzilla's name is known to the natives of Odo Island by the ateji spelling 呉爾羅 (Gojira); the kanji do not have any intended meaning, and are simply used for sound.
- Godzilla was inspired by other villains, which include the Horned King, Professor Ratigan, the creation from Frankenstein Unbound, Samantha Pringle, and Thrax. Godzilla's magic, necromancy, and death was from the Horned King. Godzilla's anger was the only inspiration from Ratigan, and both the virus he spreads and his index finger extension was from Thrax. The molecular laser effect on monsters and robots were both from the creation's death from Frankenstein Unbound, while his superhuman strength and disturbing resurrection was from Samantha Pringle.
- One of the most disturbing things about this Godzilla is that his ressurection after he became Godzilla.EXE, in which his face rips apart after his hands grab Guiron's neck, which reveals a silver robotic variant of Godzilla's head. His skin strips away, revealing half-robotic bones underneath. This was perhaps his most brutal and disturbing resurrection seen in the Godzilla Franchise.
- The Molecular laser effect on other monsters and robots is inspired by the Monster's death in the 1990 film Frankenstein Unbound, where Dr. Buchanan kills the creature by setting off security devices and burning it alive by lasers. In the TV series GODZILLA UNBOUND: Time Paradox however, the effect of the lasers instead blows up a monster such as Blazemetal, who's hard skin failed to save Blazemetal from the lasers, killing him.
- Godzilla has one of the most brutal and graphic deaths seen in a Godzilla movie, in which the Time Machine Dr. Buchanan engages peeled off his skin, sucked of his bones, and exploded him on-screen.
- During his death, his scream keeps being heard a little time after his body has been entirely destroyed. It might be a mistake, but it is also possible that it is meant to imply that he is screaming from his very soul in great terror.
- Godzilla's Spinal Cord was similar to Godzilla Earth and Filius' Asymmetrically Permeable Shield. Both can protect these monsters from all harm, from projectiles to nuclear explosions, but unlike Godzilla Earth and Godzilla Filius, Godzilla from the Unbound series can't redeploy his Spinal Cord after it was damaged during combat. He can redeploy it after he resurrects himself, with it being more stronger than before, but when it was badly hit again, he did regenerate the wounds, but he can't regenerate or redeploy it again. It was completely destroyed after he transforms into Mechagodzilla.
