Goku Black is one of the two titular villainous protagonists of the DEATH BATTLE episode, "Goku Black VS Reverse-Flash". He is a Supreme Kai who stole Goku's body to obtain his power so he could deliver justice to the universe. He is Reverse-Flash's arch nemesis.

He was voiced by Michael Kovach, who also voiced Niles from SMG4 and Bendy from Fazbear and Friends.

Personality

Goku Black is shown to be a sadistic and ruthless god. He has no problems killing people like his opponent, and does so with a smile. He also has no problems causing collateral damage to the planet Earth or anything else close to it, all of which are likely results of his literal god complex.

History

Goku Black is first seen appearing sipping tea to a cheering audience who believed him to be Goku. Goku Black then tells everyone to "prepare for divine justice" before he starts massacring them. His tea is knocked out of his hands, by Reverse-Flash annoying him. The fight starts properly with Black shooting ki blast at the speedster, who uses an innocent civilian as a meat shield. As the fight continues, the two cause massive collateral damage to the city, but Eobard proves to be too fast for Black. Eventually, Goku Black activates his Super Saiyan Rosé form and punches Reverse-Flash through the Earth, then through the moon, and then striking him all the way back through the moon and Earth. He then unleashes a Black Kamehameha, which destroys the entire city. Thawne time travels to before the fight began, with Goku Black following thanks to his Time Ring. Eventually though, Goku Black's premature self is killed by Reverse-Flash.

However, a Goku Black suddenly emerges from a portal and kills the past Eobard, confusing and angering both fighters at how they are not dead. Black then summons an army of clones to fight Reverse-Flash, which prompts him to time travel to multiple points of the fight to kill the other Goku Blacks, with Goku Black following right behind, with them even disrupting when Eobard placed that statue to kill Quicksilver. Eventually, the two are brought back to the present at the destroyed city, where Goku Black taunts Thawne, until he realizes the yellow speedster took his Time Ring and crushed it, stripping him of his immortality and leaving him vulnerable and unable to time travel. A Reverse-Flash then impales him from behind with a vibrating arm and drags his body across the Earth at super speeds, grinding him to a barely alive, if not dead, bloodied pulp. He then throws the body into the sun with enough force to detonate it, finishing the Supreme Kai off for good.
