He is a roommate of Damien Sanders (aka makemebad35) who Goofy often antagonizes and continually harasses for either a personal reason of his (like his money) or for practically no reason other than for his own enjoyment.
He is voiced by Brock Baker, who also voiced Brody Foxx from the Yo Mama YouTube channel.
He has made plenty of appearances on Brock Baker and Brock Baker 2. Having his own fair share of videos that relate to him, these include the "Goofy Reacts" shorts and the "My Roommate is Goofy" shorts.
He was first introduced as a comedic antagonist who seeks revenge for wanting his money while Damien doesn't take him seriously and constantly ignored his concerns. This has made Goofy become much more aggressive and homicidal as a result.
Personality[]
He is depicted as an intelligent roommate despite being an overreactive and resentful extremist. As he got Mickey, Pooh and especially Donald to support Goofy with provoking Damien to give back what Goofy demanded him to do in the first place, giving him back what Damien borrowed from Goofy. At the end of the day, he succeeded at getting his "money" back from Damien. Outside the aforementioned saga, he's either being the silly but aggressive provoker that he was or he is instead depicted as a humorous commentator in several shorts.

Goofy Wants His Money[]
He pesters and harasses Damien over wanting his "money": that being 3 dollars, 42 cents, 5 rubber bands, an old boot and half a bean.
He tied up Damien to a chair and slapped him twice.
He tried physically harming Damien more than once when Goofy wanted his money back, such as him slapping Damien with his floppy ears, especially when Damien once pushed him away after Goofy asked for the money he wanted.
Stole his guitar and threatened to throw it into the ocean.
At one point, he attempted to choke Damien with his hand and nearly killed him.
While he made Damien have a coma for over a month, he murdered Clarabelle Cow and fed pieces of her into Damien when the latter was asleep.

Personality[]
Even though he is free-spirited, cunning, manipulative and sometimes villainous, Goofy can be really eccentric and ridiculous (as his name implies) and he is often very hedonistic, manic, immature, irreverent, loud-mouthed, crude, and sleazy at times. He may not be taken too seriously by Damien in the "Goofy Wants His/Your Money" skits, but he can get very pushy and temperamental if Damien still fails to give Goofy what he wants.
Goofy is very much a wacky nuisance who wants nothing but to mess around. He can sometimes even say mean and blunt things in a facetious way to characters like Donald, often for comedic purposes. He also has great pleasure in making jokes in any way possible (even when he takes what he says a little too seriously in an edgy manner). He seems to have psychosis; which would explain why his personal desires give him an insatiable lust for power and a drive to do just about anything to get his way (even if he does something reprehensible), and he can seems to have bipolar disorder; which would explain why he switches from acting like a psychopath to being a little more empathetic on random.
As stated above, he is nearly impossible to deal with. If Goofy gets frustrated, quick-tempered or reckless (often due to wanting his money back); he doesn't know when to stop bugging others about it despite possessing a high level of intelligence and common-sense, to the point he can get very psychotic, vengeful, wrathful or emotional, depending on the video.
Despite having an immature, wrathful and psychopathic streak, he can be pretty self-aware, perceptive and sarcastic as well.
Appearance[]
Goofy is a puppeteered dog who a bearded man named Brock Baker seems to be controlling. He has conjoined eyes, three shreds of hair on his forehead, visible whiskers, gap-toothed teeth, a bouncy orange & blue hat, wears a white shirt with an orange vest, long blue pants, a pair of gloves and brown leather boots. All of which resembles Goofy in his older years.
As seen in "Goofy Reacts 6", he reveals to have a stitched in tongue into his mouth due to being a puppet.
Powers and Abilities[]
Despite being a hyperactive, wrathful and psychotic version of Goofy, he has some abilities that are worth noting.
Durability: As a puppet, Goofy can survive landing onto a pool table after being violently pushed from a long distance.
Strength: Most notably his "choking hand" is often exercised by a handgrip strengthener.
Toughness: He has a level of fearlessness, from not being afraid of a real-life dog in-person and in "Goofy Reacts 6", he's unafraid of a foppa (which were all still played for laughs)
