I admits it's gonna be interressing seeing how things go from here on out, especially considering that I live with a foid in my house. I mean she's my mother, but now I can't see her foidish behavior whenever I look at her. I know they're incapable of real love or depth and only care about shallow surface level stuff when it comes to mate selection. They are cognitively deficient in every way and even their "friendships" lack any real meaning and depth. Honestly I'm not sure if they're even PEOPLE, but at least now I know how they work and that they'll never see eye to eye with me.
~ Greg Heffley's misogynistic rant.
It's going... dark.
~ Greg Heffley's catchphrase and also his last words before dying.

Gregory "Greg" Heffley is the main protagonist of the Diary of a Nice Guy Reddit Fanfiction created by the user u/MisterMystery5086. In this fanfiction, after being rejected by Holly Hills and being publicly humiliated by Patty Farell, Greg will end up being radicalized to incel ideology over the course of the story. Under his younger brother, Manny's influence, he goes so far as to organize a mass killing in his middle school.

Personality[]

At the beginning of the story, Greg's personality was similar to his original, seeking his goal of becoming popular at school, albeit with even less morals than his original self, referencing Elliot Rodgers. He is extremely arrogant and is under the belief he deserves affection from all women and will resort to different methods to achieve his goals by pretending to support feminism to show his "caring side." After this fails, he seeks to become a dominant male who doesn't follow society, but when this fails, he becomes vengeful and spiteful to all women, eventually leading a murder spree against all higher-class people. He takes noticeable sadism in his murders.

After being sent to Hell, he understandably loses his mind by torture from Manny and can only think of serving his master, being a broken shell of his former self.

Biography[]

Greg 5622

Greg joins the Femenist Club.

At the beginning of the story, Greg Heffley supposedly had the same beginnings as his original version. After seeing a poster announcing the creation of a feminist club for his college, he decided to join it, not out of conviction but to show girls what a Nice Guy he is so that they would fall in love with him. He is given a shirt that says “F—k the Patriarchy” on it. Rowley tells Greg that his parents wouldn’t let Greg hang out with him due to the shirt having a swear word. But Greg says that if they can’t handle it, it’s their problem.

At home, Manny calls Greg a “beta”, which makes him confused at first. When he tells Susan about it, she angrily tells him that he’s just three. While walking to his room to play Twisted Wizard, Rodrick glares at him suspiciously, but Greg ignores it.

When he's at the feminist club, he'll just say banalities like saying he's on the women's side and that he thinks patriarchy is bad, or singing certain lyrics from Lana Del Rey songs. After Patty Farrell aggressively pointed out that he was a man, Holly Hills came to his defense. Impressing that Holly would be interested in him, Greg tries to show his affection to her. He grabs some of Frank’s clothes and prepares to meet her the next day.

Greg 5632

Greg's lies are exposed to the Femenist Club by Patty Ferrell.

Greg snook away from his parents and showed off his outfit to the school, only to get made fun of instead. He then decided to ask her out via a poem the next day. Following her refusals, to Greg's great astonishment, Patty discovers in his diary Greg's plan to try to seduce girls by joining the feminist club, calling him a faker. She read it in front of the entire club and threw the diary at Greg, causing the other members to throw their things at him or filming the scenes before broadcasting the video throughout the school to humiliate him. Following this, Greg began to have a misogynistic view towards women, believing that they should not have rights.

The next day, as he expected, everyone in school (including the teachers) made fun of Greg, making him an outcast. Greg compares this to the caste system in India and how his social status will not change anytime soon. At home, Rodrick tells him that what he did was “next level simp sh-t” and that it would blow up in face, meaning that the entire school district found out about his behavior.

He then remembered Albert Sandy's words about "Red Pills" and saw him after eating. He invited him to an abandoned restaurant where he made him join the "Hustlers University", an after-school society for "elite men". Albert told him about the “Red Pill” and stated that women are only interested in strong and muscular men. He will encourage him to behave like an "alpha male" and to refuse to submit to orders.

Greg goes home and watches YouTube videos by Andrew Tate about the “Red Pill”, despite his mother stating that he’s misogynistic and a danger to society. He is later caught by Rodrick, but not before Greg calls the former a beta male.

Greg goes to school and sits in the front seat of his class next to Rowley. But after noticing that he isn’t following “Red Pill” behavior, he tries to convince him about it, only for Rowley to reject every single part of it and say that it is sexist nonsense.

In his next class, Greg then refuses to submit to the orders of a teacher and will have him sent to the vice principal's office and get a week of detention. He was then taken away by his mother who will scold him about his extremist ideology and how she is gonna have Frank involved with him being punished. Unbeknownst to Susan however, he congratulates Greg for trying to bring back "traditional values" to his great astonishment.

Greg fights Bryce

Greg challenges Bryce Anderson for the title of Alpha Male.

After this, the members of Hustlers University will be impressed and call Greg the super alpha. They will says that Greg is the "chosen alpha" and will convince him to try to beat Bryce Anderson in order to take the place of the "Alphas of the school". The following day, he tried to fight Bryce, but was knocked out after a punch after learning that Greg doesn’t know how to fight. This caused the whole school to make fun of him again and even get kicked out of Albert's group.

Greg will start writing in his journal that he was destined to be weak and that he will always be a beta male. Suddenly, his little brother Manny will interrupt him. He will read in his journal, and will confirm his vision of the world, calling it the "Black Pill". Manny will say that men were predisposed to becoming an alpha male or a beta male. It will make him join an incel forum. From there, Greg's hatred of women will increase, calling them "foids" and coming to hate his own mother. Greg attempts to black pill Rowley, but fails to convince him to have the same misogynistic views as him.

After a dating site for teenagers is installed in the school, Greg will start creating a fake profile pretending to be a chad in order to prove that girls were only attracted to chads. After a girl named Leslie responds to her date, he films her before accusing her of only dating chads. When she tells Greg to leave her alone or she’ll report him for harassment, he refuses and doesn’t when he had return to the vice principal's office. He posted the video of him harassing Leslie on YouTube and his Incels.io forum, where another Incel recognizes the school that Greg goes to and how he used to be a student there.

Endings[]

Ending 1[]

Manny will tell him that "it's time" and tell him to commit a mass killing in order to incite all the beta males in his area to revolutionize and kill all the “Chads” and “Staceys”.

The next day, Greg and some other Incels began their killings. Greg starts by killing Holly Hills despite her pleas that she has a cousin. Greg then kills Patty Farrell by mocking the way she was crying and writing in her diary that she is a bitch. Finally, he kills Bryce Anderson and two of his friends after they tried to get him to calm down. According to him, he killed a few other college students before he and the other incels were shot and killed by the police. During his final moments, he shows no remorse for his actions, being proud of having started the beta revolution and expecting to go to heaven for his actions.

However, Greg found himself in Hell in front of Manny. Manny will explain to him that he is Satan and that Greg had become his slave before being pushed into the flames by a demon.

Greg Demon

Greg becoming Manny's demon slave.

Years later, Greg began writing in his diary again, he explained that he was no longer a human and that his only thought was to serve his master and his desire to kill, sow chaos and spread sins.

Ending 2[]

On the day that Greg is planning to start the "beta uprising", he ran into Rodrick while getting some breakfast. He tells Greg that what he was planning on doing is messed up, and says that the actual secret to attracting girls is “self-respect”. Rodrick tells Greg to call off the “beta uprising”, only to find out that the uncles were already preparing the attack. Greg begins to worry, but Rodrick was ahead and called up his friends to defend the school.

Rodrick and his friends managed to defeat the incels, leading to the latter’s arrest. Greg begins to rethink his life choices and subvert his misogynistic beliefs. He is later arrested and sentenced to an indefinite amount of time in solitary confinement, but is eligible for parole. Greg said that Rodrick does visit him once in a while, and that he doesn’t have to worry about girls since there are no girls.

After being released from prison at 25 years old, only serving a few years due to his good behavior,he would end up getting released. He was given what he needed to start a new life and became a waiter, who could just get by living in an apartment.

Greg finds Love

Greg meets a new potential girlfriend.

He bumps into a woman at a grocery store. The two chat about Twisted Wizard and other things that they have in common. Before they leave, he gets her phone number. Greg ends off his diary by saying how things are actually gonna go right, and that he has a good feeling for it.

Ending 3[]

Similar to Ending 2, Greg tries to redeem himself and help stop the Incels, except he is shot and killed while him, Rodrick, and his friends were defending the school.

Greg wakes up in Heaven and meets Rodrick, who reveals himself as the archangel, Michael. The latter states that he was sent to earth to combat the influence of Satan (revealed to be Greg’s little brother, Manny). He also states that Satan was trying to tempt Greg as Manny, which the latter was planning for years. Michael tells Greg he managed to save himself from being damned to hell by Satan. Greg ends off his diary by saying how Heaven is beautiful, and that he has so much knowledge.

Quotes[]

They're conniving, cruel backstabbing creatures, and the CERTAINLY don't feel bad after they use and abuse you. You're just one in a line of many victims. Honestly, I'm done with women. Fuck women, fuck femenisim! As far as I'm concerned, women shouldn't even HAVE rights!
~ Greg expressing his anger towards women after being exposed by the Femenist Club.
I hate women so much. I'd love for there to be a way to show them who’s boss, but the way things are, that's pretty much impossible. Society is basically controlled by women, which means that if you do something a woman doesn't like, she can ruin your life just like that. Maybe some day, someone will find a way to stand up to them, but for now, best of luck to you. If you're a handsome guy like Bryce Anderson and his cronies, then you'll obviously be fine, but for the rest of us, things aren't as kind. Because there is a HUGE difference in how women treat men who are attractive vs how they treat men who AREN't attractive.
~ Greg's hatred toward women.
Tomorrow is the big day, the day when we will finally rule the school as the ultimate alphas.
As I'm writing this, I'm in a pool of blood. All the other incels are dead, as I will soon be. I like to think I did some good. Thanks to us, the beta revolution will start, and once that's done and incels are in power, men will finally get women distributed equally. It's a shame I won't be around to see it.
~ Greg's dying thoughts in the extended ending.
But hey, at least I get to go to Heaven, right... It's going... dark.
~ Greg meets his demise.
Oh no. I just woke up, and I'm not in Heaven. All around me I could see fire. I could hear screams of torment all around me. I look up, and standing above me was Manny.
~ Greg realizing he's in Hell.
I am no longer human, my only thoughts are on how to serve my master. I want to kill, I want to maim. I only want chaos. I want to spread as much misery as I can. I want to take people to Hell with me. Spread sin and depravity across the world for the will of my master. The only thing left is my master's will.
~ Greg's last words in the fanfic.
