Grimace is the titular main antagonist of the viral Grimace Shake trend. He is one of the mascots of the popular fast food chain, McDonald's, being a purple blob who is obsessed with milkshakes. While mostly depicted as a light-hearted character, in reality, Grimace is anything but that, but truly a devious monster who kills anyone who would drink his Grimace Shake.

Origins[]
On June 6th of 2023, McDonald's would announce that in honor of Grimace's 52nd birthday, they would be releasing a special Grimace birthday meal in the United States, including a milkshake known as the "Grimace Shake". Very soon afterward, millions of people across the country would flock to McDonalds to try the so called Grimace Shake, curious of what this so called Grimace Shake would taste like.
The Grimace Shake Incident[]
On June 14th, 2023, a TikToker by the name of Fraz would buy the Grimace Shake from McDonald's. Immediately after returning home, he would take a recording of himself trying the Grimace Shake for his TikTok. However, soon after trying the shake, Fraz would collapse onto the floor, with a purple substance from the shake oozing out of his mouth. The Grimace Shake had claimed his life.
The Grimace Shake Trend[]
As the days went on, more reports of incidents relating to the Grimace Shake would occur. More videos surfaced on TikTok of people trying the Grimace Shake, only to then find themselves dead with a purple substance on them. Some videos even seemed to depict innocent lives still succumbing to the Grimace Shake, coughing up purple fluid. In some videos, interestingly, Grimace would appear behind whatever unfortunate soul was trying the shake.
Not all who had the shake would die, however. Those who did survive the shake however would seemingly be driven to a state of insanity, their minds flooded with the madness within the shake. Few people would however survive the shake, being unaffected from the effects of the shake. Only a few would actually survive, however.

- Fraz - Vomited to death.[1]
- BoyWithUke - Vomited to death.[2]
- CG5 - Vomited to death.[3]
- Kirby (SheepBoyTheBFBFan030) -passed out when he was about to say "see not the bad."
- Red, Green, and Blue (GameToons) - Seen dead.[4][5]
- Unnamed GameToons cameraman - Killed by Grimace.[4]
- Zach King - Died after exploding from the shake.
- Sherrifeye - Seen dead. Body was blooded, decapitated, and covered in the shake.
- Challenged and an unnamed man - Bodies seen floating down a river while a fire alarm can be heard.
- Gooner - Seen dead. The shake splattered on his corpse.[6]
- Crimson (Eleeysium) - Died after vomiting the shake. Corpse was presumably dragged into the Rainbow Friends Playplace.[7][8]
- Hunter (The Owl House Abridged) - Tried reviewing the shake for his YouTube channel. After he died, Belos had to make a new Grimwalker.[9]
- Mario - Lost one of his lives after drinking the shake. When he came back, he was immobilized on the floor, vomiting out the shake.[10]
- Nagito Komaeda - Died collapsing on the floor. For this kill, Grimace adopted the identity of "Monogrimace" to announce it.[11]
- Walter White, Gustavo Fring, and Mike Ehrmantraut - Upon drinking it, Walter collapsed on the floor, Gus exploded, and Mike was hit by an unknown purple missile.[12]
- Mario (SMG4) - After drinking it, he had the flesh stripped off his bones and his remains were left next to a dumpster in an unmarked alley. [13]
- 5 unnamed men - Three of them seen dead. One died from vomiting and another is unresponsive.
- Unnamed man - Vomited to death. Body was dragged into a garage.
- TheAverageDimentio - Unknown fate.
- TAAddictX - Vomited to Death.
- 410Gone - Torso cut open, entrails spilling out of the gash. Was also decapitated, body was found in a trash can.
- Grease boi - Killed by Grimace off screen with his final words being STOOOO- before getting interrupted as dying.
- Lennester - Turned into an eldritch creature after a few sips.
- Chun-Li, Ky Kiske and Yang Xiao Long (TheGamerLover's Mematic Universe) - Died from intoxication and other deadly ingredients.
- Countless others - Either died or went insane by the Grimace shake.[14]
- Riggy Runkey (temporary) - Drank a Grimace Shake under the assumption the deaths were just a myth, but proceeded to be proven wrong abd died. However, he came back do to being in the "real world." [15]

- Funnily enough, the original version of Grimace was a villainous character. When Grimace was first introduced back in 1971, he was depicted as a monster with an obsession for milkshakes and would often try to steal them. In fact, he was originally known as "Evil Grimace". In 1972 however, Evil Grimace would just simply become known as "Grimace" and would now just be depicted as a rather goofy character who just so happened to like milkshakes.
- Supposedly, the Grimace Shake tasted like a combination between a vanilla shake and some sort of berry. The ingredients are unknown, but are presumed by many to be related to Grimace himself.
- It is theorized by famous YouTuber, MatPat, that Grimace doesn't kill his victims himself, instead using Cholera (or some similar disease) to poison the customers as payback on Ronald for humiliating him years ago.
