HIM is one of the major villains in the Character What series. He is the Powerpuff Girls' most powerful enemy and one of their most cruel opponents.
Character What: Hero Force[]
In Powerbuck Morbucks, when Shadow Aaron wanted one of the villains to destroy the Powerpuff Girls to lower the population in Shadow Joe's kingdom, Mojo Jojo volunteered first but HIM wanted to destroy the Powerpuff Girls himself since he is their most powerful enemy that they ever faced. However, Shadow Aaron choose Princess Morbucks instead, due to making her more powerful than the Powerpuff Girls and could easily them without difficultly, much to HIM's dismay
Character What: Chronicles[]
In Nightmare Terror, When Shadow Joe along Dawn, Twilight Sparkle and Bambi were asleep that night, HIM take advantage and made Shadow Joe and his friends' own fears against them in their dreams. When Shadow Joe realize that HIM is responsible for them having nightmares of their greatest fears and went to find his friends to warm them that everything is only a dream. After Shadow Joe and his gang conquered their deepest darkest fears, HIM transforms into a giant monster to fight Shadow Joe and his team. However, Shadow Joe with the help of his friends defeated HIM and woke up from their dreams.
Character What: Ultimate Hero[]
HIM reappears in Tough Love Blinky, when he brainwashes everyone in Greenpatch (except Shadow Joe, Dawn, Twilight Sparkle, Bambi and Penelope Poodle) into killing Blinky Bill as revenge for making fun of his appearance, but Shadow Joe free everyone from HIM's control while HIM disappears in disgust of his failure.
In Villains Pals, Rainbow Dash free HIM along Pete, Captain Hook, Cruella de Vil, Ursula, HIM, Discord and accidentally the Toiletnator from their prison cells. Rainbow Dash blackmails the villains that if they don't what he wants to them to do, she will used the invisible shock collars on their necks to electrode them painfully. Rainbow Dash's plans for the villains was to find a lost amulet that Daring Do failed to recover. When the villains success, Rainbow Dash foolishly revealed that she was joking about the invisible shock collars on their necks from the beginning, just to help her retrieve the lost artifact, leaving the villains frustrated for tricking them and plan to harm her. However, Ben Tennyson transform Way Big and grab the villains in his hands (except Tolietnator who was beaten by Twilight Sparkle and his friends).
In Pinkie Deal, Pinkie Pie wanted to buy a delicious cake but it 200 bits and she was one bit short. HIM appears makes a deal with her that he will offer one bit she need, in exchange for Rainbow Dash's soul. Pinkie foolishly accept the deal while having no idea what a soul is. HIM came into Rainbow's house and shrink her down when she was about to charge at him. HIM explain to Rainbow that Pinkie had sold his soul for a delicious cake and she now belong with him. HIM took Rainbow to his dimension and locks her into a cage when she would paid the rest of her days in solitude. However, when Pinkie show Shadow Joe the cake she brought and explain everything to him. Shadow Joe realize that Pinkie had unintentionally sold Rainbow Dash to HIM and made Pinkie understand her mistake and she agrees to get Rainbow back. Shadow Joe and Pinkie invade HIM's house and request him to released Rainbow, but HIM refuses since he has the contract for Rainbow's soul. With no other option, Shadow Joe decides to battle HIM while Pinkie free Rainbow and found the contract so she can rip it and undo the deal she made from the start. When Pinkie and Rainbow found the contract and destroy it, Shadow Joe revealed to HIM that he was only distracting him long enough for Pinkie to find the contract. With the contract tear. Rainbow was free from HIM's bound and return back to Equestria, much to HIM's dismay.
Character What: Villains Revenge[]
In Laugh At The Joker, HIM was among the villains who have been recruited by the Joker to help him attack everyone that Shadow Joe love.
In Take Them Down, HIM was one of the few villains participating in Shadow Aaron's plan to ambush Shadow Joe and eliminate the Piplings for causing Shadow Aaron's demise in The End of Shadow Aaron. When Scar and General Woundwort captured Rainbow Dash and brought her to Shadow Aaron, HIM tainting Rainbow while hugging, but Shadow Aaron tell him to stop so he can seek some answers from Rainbow. Later, HIM fight Rainbow Dash during the battle against Shadow Joe's team, but was defeated by Rainbow in the course of fighting.
In Watch Out for the Gorg, HIM appears on one of Twilight Sparkle's pictures of the villains she was examining of their origins.
In Shadow Aaron's Rate, HIM joins forces with Shadow Aaron and some other villains to track down and capture Twilight Sparkle, but they couldn't find her anywhere in Ponyville.
