Prince Hans Westergaard is a supporting character of the webseries The Villains Lair by PattyCake Productions. He is a egocentric prince who teams with other villains to rewrite his fate.
He is portrayed by Steven Moeslein.
Biography[]
Hans was the thirteenth son of the king and queen of the Southern Isles, and was therefore thirteenth in line for the throne. Seeking a throne of his own, Hans traveled to the neighboring kingdom of Arendelle in an attempt to seduce their princess, Anna, and then kill both her and her sister, Queen Elsa, to take Arendelle's throne for himself. This almost succeeded, with Elsa being imprisoned and Anna at death's door, but a last-second act of love from Anna to Elsa saved them both. Hans was cast out from Arendelle and sent back to the Southern Isles to face punishment.
However, Hans escaped, and was later summoned by Maleficent and the Evil Queen, who gathered the villains together to begin working on a way to undo their fates.
Hans is hit on by Anastasia and Drizella Tremaine, but turns them down. He is tasked to join Maleficent, Gaston, Captain Hook, and Cruella De Vil with going to Morva to retrieve the Black Cauldron. However, he is angered when the role of captain on his own ship is taken by Hook, who (along with Lady Tremaine), explain to him how unfair life is and to learn to deal with it.
However, the ship is attacked by Ursula. The villains escape, but Dr. Faciller uses shadow magic to make them hallucinate their enemies. Hans sees Elsa taunting him, but Maleficent is able to use Oogie Boogie's dice to ward off the shadows.
