The Health Inspector is the overarching antagonist of the YouTube Poop video Mr. Krabs' Unquenchable Blood Lust by EmpLemon. He is a con artist who poses as a health inspector in order to obtain free food. Although he only appears in the beginning of the YTP, he serves as Mr. Krabs' first victim, and thus kickstarts his descent into insanity.
Though he did not speak, his choking sound effect was provided by Dee Bradley Baker, who also voiced his original counterpart in the SpongeBob SquarePants episode Nasty Patty.
History[]
One day, the Health Inspector arrives at the Krusty Krab. The news anchor reveals that this "health inspector" is a man who poses as a health inspector, conning restaurants in order to obtain free food. Enraged at the idea of giving away free food, Mr. Krabs forces SpongeBob to help him poison a Krabby Patty. SpongeBob serves the poisoned Krabby Patty to the Health Inspector, who dies upon eating it. At night, Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob go to a muddy hill where they bury the Health Inspector's corpse so no one would know about the murder.
Later that night while Mr. Krabs is sleeping, he dreams about the Health Inspector, as well as the two police officers that he killed. He hears a voice in his head telling him to kill more people, driving him to insanity.
