Heather Kwan, a.k.a. The Queen Bee, is one of the 2 secondary antagonists (alongside Julia) of the 2024 adult drama-comedy fanfic Total Drama Ruin, which serves as an adult reboot to FreshTV's Total Drama and also acts like a fanmade final season for the franchise.
Just like her canon self, she's a manipulative queen bee who acts like a villain and even enjoys villainy but is way worse than her counterpart via also being a flat-out rapist towards Cody and even uses blackmail to do whatever she wants with him, being pretty much a sexually abusive bully with none of the redeeming traits at all.
Because of this, she's now the arch-nemesis of Cody and Lindsay, still the archenemy of Gwen, a member of the Killer Bears and Villainous Vipers, Mal's right-hand lady, and also has 41st place as the 47th boot of the season and the 3rd villain to be arrested for her crimes.
Early Life[]
Similar to her canon self, Heather had always been a manipulative queen bee who was even hated in her own hometown and even her own family seem to dislike her for good reason to the point of celebrating when she's gone.
However, she didn't share the likable traits and was full-on abusive while even becoming worse via seeing Cody accidentally use X-Ray glasses and blackmailing him into serving as her "pet," pretty much raping him or just sexually abusing him.
Of course, many viewers of the show saw this and angrily hated her for it while even wanting to call the police on her and yet are unable to due to some old-fashioned people not believing males could get raped, almost like they let her get away with it.
Despite this, her school angrily expelled her for it and banned her from returning to it while even her family disowned her and threatened to call the police if she dared return home, although she didn't care and decided to be a criminal.
Fortunately, Cody was still able to keep a warm distance from her for the next 9 years and only saw her on TDA and TDWT but still got abusive messages from her and unable to warn Lindsay of what's happening, having believed that she would hate him for what he's being blackmailed over but only Alejandro and Sierra are taking notice and wishing to save him.
Eventually, she's one of the contestants that accepted the invite to Total Drama Ruin, unaware of her upcoming downfall.
Total Drama Ruin[]
In the prologue, she is on the blue boat with her team and yet she doesn't care about the glares that she's getting but instead spends more time picking on Cody for a bit and smirking at the latter's fear while ignoring the glare from Lindsay, who fortunately didn't join Heather's alliance in the 1st season and had hated her too for her true nature.
However, she does roll her eyes in annoyance at Lindsay cheering Cody up and seems upset that Lindsay ruined her "fun," although she still seems to plan on making Cody's life miserable.
In the 1st chapter, her team is called the Killer Bears and she also willingly joins Mal's evil alliance called the Villainous Vipers, not caring if she's betraying the town or even the world via making this evil decision.

Personality[]
Just like her canon self, Heather is still an abusive and manipulative queen bee who is well aware that she's evil and yet she is happy to be evil but unlike her, this version doesn't have any redeeming traits and turns out be way worse via also being like a female rapist that is blackmailing Cody into being her "pet" or "toy" with obvious hints that she is sexually abusing him and using the blackmail to keep him from fighting back, even to the point of slapping him or even licking his cheek.
Even worse of all, she's well aware that what she's doing is wrong and that it's causing even her own family to angrily hate her to the point of disownment but she sadly doesn't care and actually enjoys being a hated villain while mocking the entire world for how they can't arrest her due to delusional beliefs and clearly takes enjoyment in the horrible crimes that she's committing without consequences, even seeing the hatred as worth it and showing how irredeemable she is.
Despite this, she's at least loyal to the Villainous Vipers and never tries to betray them but this might be pragmatic due to sharing mutual sadism with them and she still doesn't care about saving them from a downfall, although they do bond with her because of her villainy and Mal mostly being the one who enjoys witnessing what Heather's doing to Cody to the point of him and the alliance wanting to join in on how she torments him.
Of course, this would cause her downfall as she ends up resorting to attempted murder and finally gets arrested for it while even showing herself to be a pathetic coward that ends up begging Cody to save her via convincing the officers that she meant no harm only to be rightfully brushed off by him via refusing to tell lies about her, causing her to now start threatening revenge for her arrest and claiming that she'll be back one day.
Appearance[]
While now having her ponytail again, she also now dresses up like Revy from Black Lagoon, even having the option of wearing a black sweater and pants underneath a coat.
Interactions[]
- Family: Of course, even her family rightfully hates her.
- Mr. and Mrs. Kwan: Former parents (Disowned). Surprisingly, her parents are good people that also hate her for the evil nature and even angrily disown her for what she's doing to Cody but of course, she doesn't care and also too hates them for always disapproving of her antics to the point of brushing off any concern for them.
- Damien "Drake" Kwan: Younger brother (Disowned). Unsurprisingly, she's not a good sister to him and even looks down on him while in return, he hates her too and angrily disowned her as well for what she's done.
- Melody Kwan: Younger sister (Disowned). No matter how bratty Melody seems to be, even she hates Heather for what she's done and feels bad for Cody to the point of angrily disowning Heather, who still doesn't care and hates her back.
- Allies: Of course, even her allies aren't really friends but just accomplices.
- Villainous Vipers: Alliance (Disbanded).
- Mal Smith: Boss (Erased). Due to both of them being villains, she obviously accepts his offer to join his evil alliance and doesn't mind that it means that she'll end up betraying her own world.
